✧ Meanwhile: Hyunlix Chaos Begins ✧
Room 17 was pure chaos. Felix, originally creeped out, was now... intrigued. Hyunjin was loud, dramatic, but oddly sweet in the most unpredictable ways.
One night, after a long drawing session, Hyunjin flopped beside Felix, holding out a sketchpad.
"I drew you," he said dramatically. "Because you keep haunting my mind."
Felix blinked. "Bro. That's the gayest thing anyone's ever said to me."
"It's also the truest," Hyunjin replied with a grin. "You're like... the chaos I didn't know I needed."
Felix stared at the sketch. It wasn't perfect, but it was him — hair messy, mid-laugh, his eyes soft. No one had ever seen him like that before, let alone captured it on paper.
"I hate how much I like this," Felix mumbled.
Hyunjin smirked. "And I hate how much I like you."
Felix paused. "Wait, are you... flirting or being annoying?"
"Both," Hyunjin whispered, way too close.
And Felix, for the first time, didn't back away.
He laughed. "You're insane."
Hyunjin winked. "Insanely into you."
✧ Final Scene: 143 Cafe — Fall Festival Night ✧
October arrived with golden leaves and crisp wind. 143 Café hosted a Fall Festival night, with pumpkin-themed drinks, fairy lights, and music.
The café was packed. Han wore a light brown sweater and an orange beanie, handing out drinks with a smile that reached his eyes. Minho worked beside him, subtly adjusting Han's apron when it slipped, handing him warm drinks like he was serving more than just coffee.
At the end of the night, after closing, Bangchan waved them off early. "Go enjoy the stars or something, you two. You're young, it's autumn, fall in love or whatever."
Han and Minho walked out into the chilly night, sipping on leftover hot chocolate.
"Hey," Minho said, stopping near a park bench under a streetlight. "Remember when you asked why I smile only at you?"
Han nodded.
"I have a better answer now." Minho turned to him, tucking a piece of hair behind Han's ear. "Because you're the only one who makes me feel like I don't have to pretend."
Han's breath caught. "Minho..."
