Chapter 8 - 8

Hey, how are you all doing?"

Appearing before Thor and his group, who had eaten their fill, were Andre and Max Dillon, not wearing their Superheroes costumes.

"Who are you?" Thor tilted his head; he was already eagerly awaiting the second drinking feast.

Bar, take me to it!

"You're the ones who just paid for us, right?" Dr. Jane Foster looked at the two with confusion in her eyes.

"Yes, we have something we want to discuss with Thor."

Thor!

Hearing his title, Thor's eyes lit up, and a sly glint appeared in them.

"Easy to say, it's possible." His eyes conveyed nothing but the meaning that without benefits, he wouldn't go with them.

"Drinks, we have drinks prepared."

"Very good, then let's go." With that, Thor was about to follow them.

Dr. Jane Foster quickly stopped him, and Thor was puzzled.

"Aren't you afraid of them? Aren't you afraid of danger?"

Danger?

Thor chuckled inwardly, what is danger?

As the son of the first person to conquer the Nine Realms.

He was fearless.

"Not afraid."

He waved his hand without hesitation.

Jane also wanted to stop him, but seeing Thor so resolute.

Dr. Jane Foster whispered to Jane, "His physique must be the reason Thor dares to go, right?"

Jane looked at Thor's physique and muscles.

Then she looked at the two men opposite.

Alright.

As for the two calling Thor "Thor," both subconsciously ignored it.

Thor directly followed them into the car.

Arriving at a bar, Thor looked around in confusion.

"Why is no one here today?" Thor had been to this bar before, and the crowd was quite large, but today there wasn't a single soul.

But Thor didn't care; he sat down on the sofa with a flourish and shouted, "Bring the drinks!"

Andre and Max Dillon exchanged glances, both reading the same thought in each other's eyes.

"This guy really doesn't treat himself as an outsider."

Andre waved his hand, telling someone to bring the drinks.

"Awesome!"

Thor drank heartily, downing glass after glass of iced beer.

Max Dillon drank with him, while Andre drank cola and iced fruit smoothies.

The two didn't speak, and Thor wasn't in a hurry; he wasn't afraid of them playing tricks or making a move. With their physiques, he could take them down with One Strike.

"You are Thor of Asgard, so as a member of Earth, I wanted to invite you for a drink and make friends." Andre said slowly after a sip of cola, his glass floating directly onto the glass table.

Seeing Andre's move, Thor became interested. The other party's ability was somewhat like a sorcerer's.

Making friends, and with the other party being somewhat capable, as his friend, that's fine.

If it was just an ordinary person, then forget it.

He was a god, and even if he was a good god, a small Midgardian couldn't just be his friend.

"Are you a sorcerer?"

"No, this is a superpower. Psychokinesis."

Andre waved his right hand, and all the surrounding objects floated up, even Thor was suspended in the air.

"Cool, brother, I've decided you're my friend."

Sitting back down, Thor looked at Max Dillon.

Max Dillon was sparking with Electrical Energy.

"Lightning!"

Thor watched this scene with great excitement.

Andre and the other looked at each other, something was wrong.

Shouldn't seeing lightning be a look of disdain, saying, "My lightning is much stronger than yours"? What was with this excitement now?

Thor quickly stood up, went to Max Dillon, and grabbed his hands firmly.

"Quick, quick, quick."

Quick what?

The two were greatly confused.

"Quickly electrocute me. Hurry." Thor jumped up and down anxiously.

"Hurry, it's fine, just electrocute me."

Thor gestured with both hands for Max Dillon to attack him with lightning.

"Then I'm coming?" Max Dillon hesitated, his eyes a bit confused, half-reluctant and half-agreeing.

"Hurry, I can't wait." Thor gritted his teeth.

Andre, standing by, looked at Max Dillon and then at Thor.

Are gods all this playful?

Although this god currently had no divine power.

"Here I come!"

Max Dillon erupted with Electrical Energy, instantly entering his Electro form.

A burst of Electrical Energy struck.

Bang!

Thor was directly sent flying.

Max Dillon didn't dare to use too much force, so he only adjusted the power to a level that could knock a person flying but cause no harm, though there was still an impact.

Thor was knocked to the ground, feeling his body tingle.

Lying on the ground, he said, "Oh, I'm fine, come here and give me some more electricity."

Feeling the faint Electrical Energy in his body, Thor was instantly overjoyed. It was just that after being knocked flying, his body was a bit numb, so it wasn't very visible on his face.

Max Dillon came to him, squatted down, and condensed Electrical Energy onto his fingertip, "Then I'm coming. Should we try it step by step first?"

"Whatever." Thor was indifferent; he was Thor, fearless.

Zzzzt zzzzt zzzzt ~

"Increase it, increase it!"

Thor felt a bit numb, but it wasn't enough, so he shouted even louder.

"You said it."

Then Max Dillon increased his Electrical Energy output, directly channeling it into Thor's body.

Zzzzt zzzzt zzzzt zzzzt… "Ah ah ah ah!"

"That's it, I feel the thunder calling."

"Oh yeah!"

"The feeling is here."

Thor's eyes began to glow blue, his entire body tingling from the electricity, and he suddenly raised his right hand.

He shouted loudly.

"Hammer, come!"

Instantly.

A booming sound rang out, and the corners of Thor's mouth involuntarily curled upward slightly.

"Ah ah ah ah ah…"

Bang ~

A man, blackened by electricity with his hair standing on end, lay on the ground, foaming at the mouth.

"Uh, he seems to have fainted."

Andre floated over and nudged him with his foot.

Max Dillon didn't know what to say, turning his head away in exasperation, truly, he didn't know what to say.

Nathan Hawke came in from outside, glanced at Thor lying on the ground.

The corners of his mouth curved slightly, and he quickly walked over, saying to the two, "My medical team is on the way."

"So late?" Andre almost blurted out, cautiously glancing at Nathan Hawke.

Max Dillon looked at Nathan Hawke, seemingly knowing his intentions.

"It's fine, Thor's body is very robust; he should wake up early tomorrow morning."

Smiling slightly, Nathan Hawke looked at Thor being carried away on a stretcher, feeling somewhat pleased.

This way, he had gained an advantage over S.H.I.E.L.D.

Thor's Superheroes plan was also part of Nathan Hawke's scheme.

This was a good thing; how could the famous Thor not have a resounding reputation?

Especially in today's 21st century.

Entertainment, entertainment, entertainment, still entertainment.

For sustainable influence, Nathan Hawke had racked his brains bald.

Hahahahaha, Nathan Hawke couldn't help but laugh at his own shamelessness.

Early the next morning, Thor, illuminated by the Sun, raised his arm to block the light, slowly opening his eyes.

Then he heard the sound of someone peeling an apple nearby.

"Awake?"

Thor looked over.

A man.

A man who wasn't as handsome as him.

A man who wasn't as handsome as him was peeling an apple.

He placed the peeled apple into a bowl.

"Do you need a cup of hot water first?"

Seeing that he didn't answer, Nathan Hawke continued to ask.

"I want beer, hot, spicy beer."

"Eat the apple first."

Taking the apple, Thor bit off half of it in one large mouthful.

"I thought I would regain my divine power, but it still didn't work."

Thor's eyes dimmed, and he lowered his head, lost in thought.

But then, a book suddenly appeared in his line of sight.

"Perhaps you need to see what kind of existence you are in the book?"

"Actually, you're just one step away."

"But, what that step is, you have to figure out yourself."

Nathan Hawke gave him an Andersen-style fairy tale version of Thor's story.

"If you finish reading that, there's another one here."

Nathan Hawke pointed to another book on the table but didn't tell him what it was.

"I want beer."

Thor looked up at Nathan Hawke, saying it again.

"Alright."

Nathan Hawke smiled slightly.

"But you'll have to wait a bit; I don't want to just give you ordinary drinks."

Nathan Hawke exited the room and closed the door.

Thor thought of Nathan Hawke's words just now and couldn't help but chuckle.

He was just an ordinary person now, not the son of the first person to conquer the Nine Realms, the invincible War God Thor of Asgard.

"Sigh~"

He sighed.

Looking at the storybook cover, himself holding mjolnir, looking very majestic, he inexplicably flipped it open and began to read under the Sun's illumination.

Nathan Hawke walked all the way to another room.

Looking at the blood in the storage tubes.

The Umbrella Corporation elite squad stood by, protecting the storage tubes in the vacuum freezer.

"When is Wesker coming?"

"The Captain will be here in about an hour."

"Alright, I'll stay here for a while."

The others looked at Nathan Hawke and nodded.

Thor's blood was of utmost importance, hoping to discover something different from Thor's blood, thereby better reversing the virus.

As for whether Odin would find out, Nathan Hawke didn't care.

Suddenly, sounds of fighting came from outside.

"Thor! Thor! We've come to save you."

The Umbrella Corporation elite squad in the room instantly chambered their weapons.

The squad Captain quickly came to Nathan Hawke's front.

"Boss."

"No need, I know who's here."

Nathan Hawke shook his head, gesturing for them to be quiet with his hand.

He directly pushed the door open and walked out.

"Who are you? You cannot trespass here."

Bang!

A figure was directly sent flying next to Nathan Hawke.

"Are you alright?"

"I'm fine, Boss." The guard painfully clutched his chest.

"You, it's you, where is Thor?"

Nathan Hawke saw that it was The Warriors Three plus Sif.

"Heard there was an enemy attack?" Andre appeared beside Nathan Hawke.

Zzzzt zzzzt zzzzt ~

Electro directly came before The Warriors Three.

"Are you looking for trouble? Or have you come with goodwill?"

The Warriors Three looked confused.

Sif's expression was a bit unpleasant, but she still said, "During our journey to Earth, we met a woman who said he might be here."

Andre suddenly spoke, "I told Thor's girlfriend that he was here."

"Girlfriend!" Sif's eyes widened.

"Tell me, where is Thor?"

Nathan Hawke stared at Andre, who looked a bit guilty.

"Ha, isn't it because I was afraid they'd worry?"

Nathan Hawke understood; this guy must have gone to see Dr. Jane Foster last night.

"Take them to Thor, but just let them look from outside, don't disturb him."

Nathan Hawke ordered the two.

"Understood, Captain." Andre immediately agreed, saying to the four people opposite, "You all come with me, but don't disturb Thor."

The Warriors Three still looked confused, only Sif's face was ashen.

The words "girlfriend" kept echoing in her mind.

"Thor!"
