Location the New Earth: Manhattan; New York, Hell's Kitchen-Large Warehouse-During the Bludhaven Attack
While the whole was still, focused on the Forsaken attack on Bludhaven, a new player was making moves in the criminal underworld of Hell's Kitchen.
Inside a large warehouse, that is near the trainyard of the city, filled with rows of shipping crates, and old car parts, several thugs and bangers from various gangs, from Latinos, Italians, and African-Americans, all cursing and looking for an excuse to start a fight, when the steel door from the upper level, burst open and soon several bloody heads were tossed out.
All landing in between the bangers and criminals, all of the guys that saw the heads of the bosses and lieutenants of their respective gang, etched with twisted agony and fear, the bangers backed up, some even threw up, after seeing that sick shit, as a deep laughter filled the room, as a red hat, along with outfit completely red long-sleeved buttoned shirt, pants, and shoes.
He was walking down some steel railing and stair, holding his hat in one hand, while carrying a big brown duffle bag over his shoulder, once on the ground floor he placed his hat on a nearby crate.
He introduced himself as Blackmore, and confessed he was the one that dealt with all their "superiors" when he'd said this all the bangers, pointed their guns at him, Blackmore made a mock surrender pose, and said, "Woah. Woah. Players, before you all make the stupidest mistakes on your lives, check this and my offer." tossing the duffel bag over to them, in it over 20-mill, as Blackmore watched these goons take the bait, he walked over to the stairs and climbed them back to his office, saying, "For too long you all have been living like dregs, instead of kings. Hoping for scraps, while other fead on gourmet steak. Don't you all want that steak, that power, that respect? Here my offer, work for me apart of the Hell Street Kings, or go off to be killed by another dreg, or arrest by a cop to rot away in prison, or execute by the Defenders." reaching the second floor railing, he looked down at all the leaderless gangs, listening to him attentively.
As Blackmore continues, "Or you could try your luck with Kingpin, which will be worse pay and protection than you'd all had with those fools you'd once called bosses." once again Blackmore went quiet, as he could tell these punks were considering his offer.
Blackmore's eyes shun a bit red, for a quick second as some punk asked, "what else were their getting by following him?" Blackmore laughed, saying, "Apart for being a part of my empire, 50% of all earning goes to you all." shocking them, as Blackmore told them the key for a successful empire is loyal, well feed soldiers, and he finished, "...also, a great dose of fear." snapping his fingers, and razor-sharp blades sprouted from the ground all over the bangers, just barely stabbing them all, as Blackmore laughed, and addressed his new workers and soldiers, "So player, does any of you, have powers. Or the guts to challenge, the true king of these streets." seeing them shaking their head and saying, "No Boss" over and over, Blackmore successes on dramatically expanding the Hell Street Kings, snapping his finger again, the blades were gone, and he went into his office, banishing in a black fog.
Location the Bludhaven, Battleground
Meanwhile in the attack on Bludhaven, on a burning rooftop, Superman, and Batman in his Bat-Bot were fighting against Mao, on top of the building, who to Batman surprise seemed different, a more capable and skilled fighter.
Capable to fighting at equal terms, with them, using his superstrength, speed, and agility to beatdown Clark, and out perform Bruce Bat-Bot, as Mao blasted a wave of hellfire at Batman, who used his mech's blasted the booster to leap away from the attack, as Nightwing and Red Robin threw electric wingdings and explosive birdrangs, destroying the building as Mao flew out the smoke and destruction.
As Shazam used a thunderclap, putting out the fires still burning from the chemical plant explosion, when Mao flew over to him, and started throwing super-powered punches at the wannabe man.
Using the shadows to make long clawed hands, to pull down one of the bigger threat to Mao, Green Lantern, seeing Billy getting attack used his power ring, to create a pair of green-will constructs, of a pair guided missiles launching them at Mao, who covered himself in a swirl ball of hellfire.
Protecting himself, as Ant-man in his giant size, pulled Shazam free from the shadow claws and tried to use a weak chunk of skyscraper to smash onto the Mao and his fireball shield...thing, as Scott's makeshift weapon, smashed onto Mao's hellfire not only it exploded but burned Ant-man's hand back.
Making the Avenger, back away as Shazam tried his magical lightning on Mao, as Ant-man backed up, Shazam, he immediately noticed that those flames are reacting to his lightning, this is demonic, which means extremely dangerous, he'd warn everyone immediately.
Bad move revealing someone's powers fully...in front of the devil in question, so Mao command his infernal flames to expand and burn everything, while instructing all his legions to move out the blast radius, he wanted BBQ superhero, not fried aliens, minions, and drones.
While he can replenished all loses quickly, only a idiot would purposely weaken his chance of a win, or cause utter destruction and chaos.
As all legions banish in black fog rifts, and Mao's hellfire expanding burst was burning, and obliterating everything caught on the inferno, Mao started smiling inside his cocoon of hellfire, reminded in the doomsday scene from Terminator 2, everything destroying on contact of those hellish fires.
That's when he received a mental word, from Blackmore whom back in the Void, having secured the basic structure of his gang, he can smoothly rise to power, and twist the masses with special concoction that he and Sabrewulf were cooking up, meaning that it was time to leave Bludhaven.
A bit disappointed that the fun and anarchy was over too soon, sending a telepathic message to all his legion, his wives, and Nomu King to fallback, he could feel both Cyn and Lilithmon's disappointment...while Nomu King was obedient, as he'd manifested a massive amount of black fog, in the area those three are on.
Mao, he really didn't want to leave with some meager amount of damage, so he has a plan, he'll summon someone capable of mass destruction and be able to handle the League, Titans, and Avengers on his or herself, he thought of one man, and smile quickly activating his Chaos System, and commanding the system to show his status to see how much Chaos Points, he has for this little surprise for the heroes.

It was more than enough Chaos Points, to unleash a truly destructive monster, that will give Batman and many DC heroes nightmares.
For Mao is about to summon the fantasy version of the Joker, with not only magical power, but also God like qualities, well this monster is considered in lore a God of Magic.
He was thinking about the main villain of Final Fantasy VI, Kefka Palazzo, making the mad magic clown an actual Esper, instead of a human with esper magic in his vein, he'll be more powerful, and of course fully loyal to Mao and the Forsaken, having such insane, master of magic at their disposal, which is surprisingly a smart but utter psychopath military leader, and quite verse in magical research would be invaluable asset to the Forsaken, a worthy addition to this ever growing faction of monsters.
He needed for Kefka to be fully an a esper, or something similar to his rival Terra, while also possessing his full magical might, and unlike Joker, this Kefka can work well with others and have more loyalty, than other Infernal Lords, so he as he was retracting his hellfire, commanded the Chaos System to summon Kefka, as it prompted [Dark Esper, Kefka Palazzo + God of Magic Empowerment + Comradery + Increased Loyalty + Gestahlian Magitek Factory Lab= 150000 CP. Do you wish to proceed?] telling the system to proceed, as 215650, was reduced to 65650.
Immediately he sensed that the Void, once again drastically expanded, as the images of a dark, grimy, fantasy sci-fi lab, filled with multiple rooms, floors, corridors, and glass pods that used to hold capture Espers, were on display almost everywhere.
He saw a colorful harlequin, skipping around, calling out to air, "Come on, come on, come on!!! I'm ready to destroy something...or drink some hot chocolate." making Mao laugh, this is exactly what he'd expected with the fantasy equivalent of the Joker.
Batman and the others barely managed to escape Mao's last attack, if not for Flash and Kid Flash rushing in while Mao's hellfire was expanding Captain America, Nightwing, and Red Robin would have been killed.
Green Lantern helped him, by inshrouding him a bubble construct, Superman easily out ran the pace of the expanding blast, but Nightwing noticed that the inferno was no longer expanding, as all the gathered heroes regroup on a rooft with a water container, Dick was horrified with the amount of destruction that has befallen to his city, so frustrated he punched the beem of the water container, over and over starting to make his knuckles bleed, it took Wally and Tim, holding him back before he could hurt himself further.
That's when Wonder Woman, Wasp, Crush, Black Panther, Iron Man, and Cyborg reported that Cyn, Lilithmon, and to those that unaware, Nomu King have left through Mao's fog.
This was a shock, Iron Man and the other heroes were heading to the rest of their teammates, all a bit bruised and battered but still ready and willing to fight, Fury than contacted all the superheroes that all signs of the Forsaken have left Bludhaven except Mao, who was sitting on the edge of a badly damage rooftop, he commented that he'd didn't like that Mao called back his forces, and might have something up his sleeves.
Batman and the other agreed, once Hulk, Wonder Woman, Starfire, Wasp, Crush, Black Panther, Iron Man, and Cyborg joined them, they planned to attack Mao together, as Batman turned to Flash about to give him the command to bring the Phantom Zone Projector, when Mao opened a rift on top of the building opposite of their.
Standing there with a big smile on his face, as he spoke loud enough so they can all hear him, "It has been fun, but as one of my Infernal Lord likes to say, destruction without death. Boring." speaking of him, he has been getting a bit ansy, making a presenting motion with his hands at the rift behind, came outa clown with extremely colorful and patchwork style clothing, this is Kefka Palazzo the fourth Infernal Lord.
Kefka has long blonde hair tied into a ponytail, worn with a feathered headdress, his face and skin is pure white, with around his eyes painted red his eyes, said eyes being green in color and his lips are variably bright purple, slightly gobling shaped ears, as he is wearing a very flamboyant and crazy outfit a large, ruffled collar that is primarily yellow with red stripes.
His robes have an erratic mix of colors and patterns, his torso of his robes is a mash-up of white with pink polka-dots, black with yellow stripes, and plain purple.
He wears a long red cloak with a yellow lining and red triangle trim along the interior and yellow and red tassels along the edge, emerging from above his left shoulder is a mass of material in different patterns, the largest is white with red triangle trim and with it are three more swatches of material; yellow with blue crown-like patterns, blue with red and white stripes and red trim, and the last is a solid green.
Continuing his outfit, his left sleeve is red with an elbow-length yellow glove that fades to white at the wrist and has green accents along the fingers, while Kefka's right sleeve is a puffed purple pattern with red polka-dots and ends above the elbow at a yellow material, his glove is orange with a large cuff, white fingers, red claws, and white swirl patterns like flames emerge from under the cuff and run up his sleeve.
His leggings are red, his left leg runs down to his boot, which is two-toned black with pink and gold lining, and the right leg has the red end above his knee over a single blue tight and his boot is white with a black triangle trim and pink lining, and both of his boots are pointed and curled.
In a high-pitched voice, this clown said to Mao, "Thanks master, for letting me out to play. Any request?" Mao, shuke his head, as he walked over at the black fog rift, responding to Kefka's question, "No request, have fun...and make them scream." in a high-pitched, madness laced, laugh, that brought discomfort from Batman, and his two former protégé, it was like staring down another Joker, only with no idea on what this man can do.
Mao returned to the Void, leaving the Justice League, Avengers, and Titans at the mercy of Kefka, that was still laughing hysterically.
When suddenly the building and surrounding area that they were started to shake violently, distortions were happening around Kefka, as well as spark of violet energy, like lightning.
Shazam sensed powerful magic the likes of Dr. Fate or similar leveled individuals, he'd warned everyone, as Kefka laughter became more erratic, and he started to speak, "Destroy. Destroy!! Destroy!!! Let's us destroy everything!!!" as he'd summoned a massive surge of magic thunder to dance and crash upon the building that the heroes stood upon.
Being blasted and zapped off the building, as Kefka continued the destruction wrought by his [Thundraga] spell, and blew up the building, making him happy, and joyful, as Green Lantern and Iron Man were the first go recover and engage the new enemy.
