Chapter 77 - Chapter 78: If You're a Real Man, Climb Ten Thousand Meters!

Red Line Continent – The Great Cliff

A roaring torrent plunged from the sky, the cracks in the stone walls gaping wide like hungry mouths, gulping down the water to feed the moss clinging to the surface.

Storms churned the waves, slamming them against the cliff that split the world in two, grinding down every jagged edge until the rock was impossibly smooth.

Under the cover of night, fish-men laden with guns, cannons, and swords swam through the deep sea, dodging World Government patrol ships below the Red Line. They crept closer to the sheer cliff that no one in the world believed could ever be crossed.

"This is the spot."

Fisher Tiger found a relatively rough patch of rock wall. He unhooked a kunai marked with a cherry blossom from his back pocket.

He held it for a long time. In the end, he didn't snap it in half like the girl had told him to.

Because in the eyes of this towering fish-man, hatred—forged from suffering and despair—burned bright. He swore to devour every last one of those "gods" living high above the clouds!

So he chose not to drag an innocent into this. The fish-men's fight had to be settled by fish-men alone!

Crack!

With arm strength dozens of times greater than a human's, he gripped the slick Red Line wall.

Fisher Tiger began to climb. Even at five meters tall, he was nothing more than a bug against this ten-thousand-meter cliff.

The wails of his people, the brand of slavery... everything seared into his soul.

Celestial Dragons!

Pure, blazing hatred ignited his will. His Armament Haki condensed to its peak, his fingers piercing straight through the famously unbreakable Red Line.

A vengeful demon was clawing his way, inch by inch, toward the home of the gods!

Meanwhile, in the Sabaody Archipelago...

Dark clouds loomed over Tree #13. A girl in black ninja gear tilted her head back, letting cold rain splash across her face.

"As expected, that guy stood me up!"

Sakura opened her emerald eyes and glanced back at the worried crowd behind her.

"Should we go provide backup? We have nothing but respect for that famous adventurer!"

A man cloaked in a dark green hood stepped forward, faint breezes swirling around him.

"No need. Stick to the original plan—the Revolutionary Army will pick us up with mangrove soap bubbles."

Sakura shook her head, pulled out a Flying Thunder God kunai, and handed it to Rayleigh, who was sitting inside the bar.

"What's this?"

Rayleigh stared at the kunai in confusion, setting it on the table.

"A safety measure!"

Sakura smiled, light and dreamlike, like a fleeting bubble.

"Then I'm off!"

Whoosh!

A shimmer of space-time swallowed the girl's figure. She dissolved into the air like a delirious illusion.

The people left behind gaped, eyes wide, at the unbelievable scene.

Rayleigh clutched his forehead and laughed, downing a glass of iced vodka in one gulp.

Piercing through space and time, scattering every obstacle in her path, Sakura's chakra surged, carrying her toward the other Flying Thunder God kunai.

Halfway up the climb, Fisher Tiger's eyes flashed red. He whipped his head around.

Far beyond the thick fog and dark clouds, a burst of light flared—a pink star, spewing endless streams of flame, rocketing straight toward him.

"Not good!"

Tiger hurriedly coated his entire body in Armament Haki, bracing for impact.

But when the terrifying momentum faded, before he could even speak, the one who tore through the mist and darkness was... the pink-haired girl.

"You really didn't break my kunai, Mr. Tiger."

The girl stood straight up on the cliff, leaving Tiger's mouth hanging open, his throat rumbling.

"Why... why did you follow me? You're our precious future!"

The giant fish-man roared in fury.

"If I don't come, the Government will paint your actions as fish-man revenge, deepening people's fear and rejection. I won't accept that future!"

Her will was even more untamed than his. She stared him down, unyielding.

Tiger fell silent. But what was done was done...

"Keep up!"

His webbed hands clamped onto the rock, and he climbed again.

After dozens of grueling hours, blood mixed with the red earth on his arms, indistinguishable from his skin.

When blood and red soil became one, he finally reached the top of the cliff. Obsession beyond all reason had let him work a miracle.

Now, it was time to take revenge on the gods!

"The slave town is on the outskirts of the Holy Land. The guards aren't strong. And whatever you do—whatever you do—don't get caught!"

What should've been a caring warning turned ice-cold in this hell.

His demon-like eyes reflected the peaceful, serene pinnacle of the world—the Holy Land.

Neon lights streaked through wide, pristine streets. Towering, extravagant buildings stood tall.

Intricate carvings, glittering gems, golden lamp posts... every brick and stone was a treasure scavenged from across the world over eight hundred years.

Delicate flowers in the greenery released a faint fragrance, reflecting the neon glow, painting the surroundings in dazzling colors.

All of it fawning over the descendants of the Creators, who carried noble blood in their veins.

These descendants strolled through, some leading slaves, others chatting about their gains and losses in the colosseum that day.

Always so blissfully untouched by time.

Sakura sighed at the sight—but her Observation Haki revealed something else: suffering and screams coalescing into a thick, black tide, surging and churning beneath the glossy surface, nearly spilling over.

"Tiger?"

Her call snapped the trembling fish-man back to focus.

Fisher Tiger raised a hand, slapped his own face, and hyped himself up.

Get it together, Fisher Tiger!

For your people—and for the human comrade who made it here with you!

"Let's move!"

Holy Land Mariejois, 23:55!

BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!!

Howling winds carried thunderous explosions through the town.

Sakura, sprinting through the slave district, looked back. All of Mariejois shook violently. Massive flames shot up from the earth, rising endlessly.

"This guy doesn't waste time—let's speed up!"

She pulled out another Flying Thunder God kunai and hurled it toward the center of town.

Whoosh!

She arrived with the kunai's glow—an axe-wielding girl.

The Cipher Pol agent guarding the Celestial Dragons' shield widened his eyes in shock. Before he could react, fire and ice erupted, shattering any defense he tried to form.

"Eighty Shōshū: First!"

Dark lightning roared wildly. Axe light and flames lit up the night. Ice boiled and surged across the red earth, turning the gods' home into a frozen wasteland.

After forty years, the light of Conqueror's Haki finally exploded once more over the ancient Holy Land!

A rebellion against the gods high above the clouds.

"ENEMY ATTACK!!!!"
