The general's room was deadly quiet; Evelyn leaned back in her chair with closed eyes, contemplating what she had been told.
"How certain are you of that information, Victoria?" She questioned.
"Remember the anonymous message that warned me about the incoming invasion? The information came from the same source."
Michael had judged that they had a better chance of convincing Evelyn if she didn't know he was the one that had come up with the information. Few would believe a simple Early Expert. But an anonymous figure shrouded in mysteries was an entirely different matter.
Seeing that Evelyn was considering the information made Victoria sigh in relief. Naturally, the two were the only ones that were in the room at the moment.
"Even if what you say is true, it won't change much." Evelyn said.
"At the end of the day, we all have to get stronger in order to liberate Neptune… We would just have to speed up our efforts severalfold."
