Chapter 1 - Prologue

The world was never supposed to see that night.

A night when the sky itself shattered.

People called it an eclipse, but that word was too small. The moon bled crimson, then fractured into shades of violet and blue, and the heavens trembled as if they had been torn open from the inside.

I was there.

I saw the first crack split the sky.

And I heard the whisper that followed, a voice that no one else could hear.

That was the beginning of everything.

From that night forward, the earth changed. Titans that had been sealed in myths awoke, shadows lengthened over cities, and ordinary lives crumbled under the weight of fear. People looked for heroes, but all they found were graves.

And me?

I was just a boy… sixteen, ordinary, weak, fragile. My hands shook even when I tried to hold a pen. My voice never reached anyone. My smile had vanished long before that night.

But the eclipse chose me.

It cursed me.

It blessed me.

It carved its light and darkness into my veins until I became something that was neither human, nor monster.

And now, standing here beneath a broken sky, I can only say one thing

This story is not about heroes.

It is about a boy who walks alone, and the destiny he cannot escape.

Eclipseborn.

The name they gave me.

The name I never asked for.
