After the attic incidence I hadn't gotten the chance to check the other diaries for various one being the fear of finding out what other secrets my family was hiding from me especially that strange picture
Another one is my schedule. Lucien and I had several meetings to finalise the corporation with Genesis Corporation. We agreed on a joint cooperation since Lucien couldn't lose to Killian and vice versa. It was crazy that he was fighting himself.
Because of how full our schedules were, I barely had any free time when I was alone. There was no way I could read the diary in Lucien's presence.
"We have arrived," the Uber driver informed us, snapping both of us back to reality. I was lost in my thoughts while Lucien was stuck on his phone.
I glanced out the window to see the large hospital. It was owned by the Voss family, the same family as Dominic Voss, the big shot involved in Amelia's failed contract.
