Welcome to Asterra, a realm where steam-powered machines, noble houses, political, military, magic and forbidden magic collide.
Here's a quick reference to help you follow the story without getting lost.
🌎 Main Setting
Asterra – A vast realm divided into four main regions (North, South, East, West).
Ruled by a Sovereign(just like a president).
• Calensport – The capital city, where the Sovereign rules over asterra, and where the great Tribunal Court stands (just like the white house but bigger)

• Olsmere – A small town in the west, known for its lively streets and mechanical workshops.

• Nareth – A southeastern town striving through growth.

NOBLE HOUSES
Noble society in Asterra is divided into High, Mid, and Low Houses:
High Nobles (4 houses only) – Command immense power and armies. Only one can be elected Sovereign of Asterra, they inclide:
Eryndor of house VALESSE – Masters of politics and strategy.
Marien of house VEYMONT – Industrialists and weapons-makers, focused on invention and progress.
Sylven Veynar of house CALVASSET – Cunning manipulators, experts in finance and intelligence.
Erry O'Kael of house DRAKOVAR – Fierce warlords, renowned for battle prowess.
Mid Nobles (10 houses) – Manage lands, trade, and military units under the High Nobles' oversight.
Low Nobles (30 houses) – Hold minor privileges and struggle to maintain status in a world dominated by power and wealth.
Other nobles like HOUSE SOLHERENE, attend to matters of debt, money, aid law, can be used to settle disputes in asterra, in the absence of the wardens or the sovereign, but they are strongly against political rulling of asterra, and focus more on finance.
All nobles are monitored by the Wardens, an elite order tasked with enforcing order and keeping all rankinh noble houses in check.
