The siren of the silver phone bug blared through the air.
It was responding to the signal from the golden phone bug far out at sea. This was the launch signal for a Marine Buster Call!
Instantly, Naval Headquarters erupted into chaos.
"Hurry! Move out!"
"The Buster Call is active! Confirm the target location!"
"Yes, sir! The golden phone bug signal came from Enies Lobby, Ace Hall!"
"Nani?! Enies Lobby?! How… how is it—an island of the World Government?!"
"I don't know, sir. But the golden phone bug never lies. Call the nearest Vice Admirals immediately!"
"For this distance, it's faster to send troops directly from headquarters through the Gate of Justice!"
"I've obtained Marshal Sengoku's permission—dispatch!"
"Yes, Ghost Spider Vice Admiral!"
Fairy Tail had their own rules. The Naval Headquarters had theirs. And the golden phone bug's orders were absolute.
Once a Buster Call was activated, even Marshal Sengoku himself could not stop it.
Within moments, five Vice Admirals—Flying Squirrel, Huoshaoshan, Dauberman, Ghost Spider, and Stolo Berry—took command, each leading ten warships toward Enies Lobby and Ace Hall.

Marshal Sengoku's expression was grim, laced with worry.
Even now, he didn't know what had happened at Enies Lobby. Who had triggered this Buster Call?
Normally, every Buster Call was planned carefully. Warships already positioned, troops ready for coordinated strikes. But this time… it had happened too suddenly, without warning.
"Sengoku, news from Maejima!"
Vice Admiral Crane, Chief of Staff and son of He Kuaibu, frowned.
"What happened?"
Seeing Crane's face, Sengoku's chest tightened.
"Fairy Tail."
"Nani?! Fairy Tail again?!" Sengoku froze.
"Yes. They've taken hold of Nico Robin." Crane nodded solemnly.
Sengoku's brow furrowed. He had anticipated such a day… but not so suddenly.
"Why didn't we receive any reports?"
"Robin had only just been sent to Enies Lobby. Fairy Tail struck immediately after. President Sugisawa Yuuto pierced Enies Lobby in mere minutes. Everything happened too fast for reports to reach headquarters!"
"World Government probably thought they could test Fairy Tail… but this time, they hit steel. Fairy Tail is ready to declare war."
Enies Lobby, Tower of Justice
A suffocating, deadly tension hung in the air.
Yuuto pressed the golden phone bug, launching the Buster Call. The three CP0 agents led by Guernica froze, eyes wide beneath their masks.
The golden phone bug was supposed to be a bargaining chip. No one used it without necessity.
But Yuuto gave them no chance for negotiation.
Seizing the golden phone bug, he activated it himself.
Burning the World Government's flag, declaring war… even starting a Buster Call alone.
"No…this can't be right…" Guernica whispered, panicked.
Even if the closest Naval Headquarters dispatched warships, it would take at least fifteen minutes to reach Enies Lobby. And in that time, Fairy Tail would already be gone.
"Is he trying to destroy the island with the Buster Call?" Guernica muttered.
Yuuto smiled faintly. With his current strength, he could sink Enies Lobby without a single warship.
The Buster Call was only a performance—showing Robin the fear she associated with it was nothing but a shadow. Fairy Tail was far stronger than the Straw Hat crew ever could be.
"Crazy… Fairy Tail is insane!" Guernica thought, staring at him.
"Finished? Are these your last words?" Yuuto said casually.
Before the Buster Call could fully start, the three CP0 agents leapt forward.
"Don't underestimate us! We are CP0! The strongest shield of the Celestial Dragons!"
They moved with incredible speed, almost too fast to see.
But Yuuto was faster.
Without warning, a forest erupted from the ground, covering the room and throwing the three CP0 agents into the ceiling. The impact barely harmed them, but it stunned them completely.
Erza, Juvia, Wendy, Vivi, and others launched a magical combo attack.
"Water Laser!"
"The Roar of the Dragon!"
"Star Shooter!"
Boom! Rumble!
The Tower of Justice shook violently. A massive hole tore open, light piercing the sky. Even the CP0 agents could not withstand the combined assault and were forced onto the streets.
Time ticked by, a quarter of an hour in an instant.
"President! That's the door!" Juvia shouted.
"It's coming—the Buster Call!"
Robin clenched her fists.
"Don't be afraid. We're here," Erza said, holding her hand.
Vivi grasped Robin's other hand.
"And me!" Wendy jumped, hugging her tightly.
The warmth of her friends melted Robin's fear.
"See, Robin? Nothing terrible about a Buster Call. We can turn it back with a backhand!"
Yuuto climbed skyward calmly, hands behind his back.
"Attention all units! The Door of Justice is opening! Buster Call warships, proceed!"
For the first time in eight hundred years, the Doors of Justice swung wide. The surrounding currents stilled, leaving the waters calm and free.
On the sea behind the Gate of Justice, ten Buster Call warships charged forward.
Vice Admirals—Flying Squirrel, Dauberman, Huoshaoshan, Ghost Spider, and Stolo Berry—stood on the bows of their ships, commanding thousands of elite marines. The combined firepower rivaled a full-scale war.
"Ghost Spider, Dauberman! Look—above the Tower of Justice!" sailors shouted.
Fairy Tail had not left. They were waiting. Or perhaps initiating the order themselves.
"Hmph, madmen!" Ghost Spider growled.
Stolo Berry frowned. "There's no one that crazy in the world!"
Flying Squirrel shook his head. "No matter what, we must see how many of them can make Marshal Sengoku and Sister He lose their composure!"
Dauberman ordered decisively, "Concentrate all firepower! Target: Fairy Tail!"
Boom! Bang! Bang!
Artillery fire rained down. Sky-darkening shells hurtled toward the Tower of Justice.
Yuuto raised a calm hand. Cannonballs froze midair. The next second, they reversed, raining down on the Buster Call warships.
"Everyone, take cover!"
The Vice Admirals ordered counterattacks, but the damage was already done. Decks shattered, masts broken.
"Damn… what is this power?! Lightning… and… gravity?!" Dauberman screamed.
Flying Squirrel remembered the Rogge Town report. "He might have two Devil Fruit powers—Thunder and… Gravity?"
"Impossible!" Stolo Berry shouted.
"Unprecedented double abilities!" Huoshaoshan yelled.
Boom!
Supergravity slammed down, bending the Vice Admirals to their knees. Even their warships groaned under the immense pressure.
Sugisawa Yuuto—controlled the sea, the ships, the battlefield. Everything was his toy.
With a snap of his fingers, the gravity vanished. A tsunami smashed into the Buster Call fleet.
"Damn! What monster is this?!" the Vice Admirals screamed.
Before they could react, a chill swept across the sea. The air temperature plummeted…
"Ice Age!!!"
