The crisp sound rang out as Admiral Aokiji pedaled his bicycle onto the warship. After handing the bicycle to the sailors for safekeeping, the Admiral turned and walked toward Yuuto.
All eyes—from the Fairy Tail girls to the Marines—watched as the distance between Yuuto and Aokiji slowly closed.
Finally, they stopped about fifty meters apart.
"Ah la la… Sugisawa Yuuto, President of Fairy Tail," Aokiji said lazily. "I've admired your reputation for a long time, but I didn't expect our first meeting to be like this. Honestly… I'd rather sit down and have a drink with you!"
Yuuto's lips curved in a faint smirk. "Better not. You're a Marine Admiral. I'm a wanted criminal. I doubt we'd be able to drink together without complications."
"Such a shame," Aokiji murmured, the corners of his mouth twitching.
Then, in an instant, both figures vanished from view.
Swish! Whoosh!
Above the icy sea, the battle between a top Admiral and the Emperor of a pirate guild began.
"Ice Cube—Two Thorny Spears!"
Aokiji ascended mid-air, activating his Logia Ice-Ice Fruit powers. Two spears of pure ice materialized from nothing, flying straight toward Yuuto.
Yuuto didn't flinch or dodge. The moment his fingers curled into a fist, his Fire Dragon's Fist erupted in blazing heat, effortlessly shattering Aokiji's ice spears.
"Nani?!" Aokiji's pupils narrowed in shock, his calm composure cracking.
It wasn't the failure of his attack that startled him—it was the power Yuuto wielded.
Fire.
Yuuto was wielding fire.
The Logia Thunder Fruit user suddenly wielding the power of the Mera-Mera Fruit? Impossible!
"This era's rightful Mera-Mera user is Fire Fist Ace," Aokiji thought, utterly confused.
"You possess multiple Devil Fruit abilities?" he asked aloud.
"The reports suggested a thunder ability… Smoker mentioned you can manipulate gravity as well," he continued, disbelief evident. "I didn't believe it… until now. And now… fire? What's happening?"
Yuuto grinned. "Want to know? Then beat me first. Win, and you'll understand everything."
Without waiting, Yuuto struck.
Fire wrapped his fist, a dragon's fury unleashed, smashing toward Aokiji.
"Ice Cube—Storm Pheasant's Mouth!"
Aokiji condensed the air into a massive ice bird, sending it hurtling toward Yuuto.
Dragon's Wing Strike!
Flames erupted around Yuuto's arms, wings of fire colliding head-on with Aokiji's ice beast.
Boom! Boom!
The heat vaporized the ice instantly. Water vapor swirled, obscuring the battlefield as the two figures clashed with superhuman speed.
"Admiral can really fight fiercely with the President," Mira said solemnly, eyes wide.
"The President hasn't even gone all out yet. If he does, Kuzan Admiral alone won't be enough," Juvia added firmly.
"But… isn't the President supposed to use lightning magic? Why flames?" Vivi asked, puzzled.
"Magic can evolve. He's just awakened a new power," Nami explained. "I think he's testing it against the Admiral."
Erza nodded. "He's using the Admiral as a target to experiment."
Meanwhile, the Marines aboard the Buster Call fleet were in disbelief.
"This… is Kuzan Admiral!"
"One of the strongest in Marine Headquarters!"
"Even a pirate with a billion bounty wouldn't challenge him—but that man… the Fairy Tail President… can match him!"
The Vice Admirals exchanged grim looks.
"That strength… it's at least a 500-million-level threat," Dauberman said, voice low. "And he's suppressing the Buster Call fleet as if it were nothing."
Even the most stoic Vice Admirals were forced to reconsider the Pirate President's overwhelming power.
Suddenly, water vapor thickened, forming dark rain clouds.
Crash! Heavy rain poured over Enies Lobby.
"Ah la la… it's raining," Aokiji said lazily.
"So what?" Yuuto replied, unconcerned.
"Water and ice are… the same substance," Aokiji warned, sending extreme cold through the raindrops. The rain froze midair, forming slender, deadly ice needles.
Ice Cube—Rainstorm Pear Blossom!
The air filled with countless ice spikes, surging toward Yuuto.
"Time for the final warm-up," Yuuto said calmly. Flames surged and twisted around him.
"Dragon Slayer Profound Truth—Red Lotus Explosion Flame Blade!"
A storm of fire erupted from Yuuto's body, consuming everything in its path. Water vapor hissed as scorching heat collided with freezing ice.
The Marines could feel the heat from thousands of meters away, beads of sweat forming instantly.
Suddenly, Yuuto emerged from the flames—Thunder Dragon King mode. Black and red lightning arced across his body, crackling with raw power.
"Is that… Conqueror's Haki?" Aokiji muttered, eyes wide.
"Nope," Yuuto grinned.
In an instant, he vanished, moving faster than Aokiji's Observation Haki could track.
Boom!
Yuuto's fist, wrapped in black-red lightning, shattered Aokiji's frozen form, continuing down to the ice below.
"Thunder Dragon King—Collapse Fist!"
The ice shattered in all directions, black-red arcs of lightning ricocheting across the battlefield. Aokiji, even using elemental Logia powers to escape, was thrown into the air.
He spat blood streaked with black-red lightning, barely recovering before Yuuto struck again. A whip-like kick smashed into his defenses.
Click!
The sound of bone breaking echoed—Aokiji's arm had been shattered.
Whoosh! He flew like a shooting star, crashing into the Tower of Justice.
Boom! The tower collapsed under the sheer force of Yuuto's attack.
But Yuuto wasn't finished.
He leapt, right foot raised, descending on Aokiji among the ruins. The small island shook under his impact.
Aokiji managed to avoid the direct strike using elementalization, but the shock of black-red lightning surged through his body.
"Ice Cube—Great Ice Edge!" he counterattacked, forming a 100-meter-long ice blade, crashing it toward Yuuto.
Yuuto didn't dodge. He met the attack head-on.
Boom! The ice shattered into fragments. Yuuto's legs stabilized, lightning crackling as he surged forward, crushing Aokiji in Thunder Dragon King mode.
Even the highest Marine Admiral had been overpowered.
