Chapter 3 - Death

The intricate number of plans I had for the people were put into place, and the results even exceeded my expectations.

The party boy got caught with drugs and met his tragic end at the hands of gang members in prison.

This devastated the woman who had given birth to me. Also, the loss of her brother caused the daughter of that woman to be vulnerable, which helped my con artist to make her rely on him.

Afterwards, the loan sharks' interest rates and the money swindled by a con artist from the entertainment company caused the company to file for bankruptcy.

At the end, the daughter of the woman was dissected, and her organs were sold on the black market.

This caused the husband of that woman to commit suicide from the double combo damage.

Also, the man who contributed to the birth he survived, but he was crippled below the waist, which made him unable to walk.

This was better than him being dead because I wanted him to live in the pain and misery that he inflicted on me.

Sometimes I thought about what humans fear the most, even though they are fearless in the face of death. The answer to that question is the fear of a legacy they had built to be forgotten.

And the most important thing to ensure that the legacy remains is to have offspring.

Now, according to my sources, my grandfather ordered my search because my father was now an empty husk, unable to conduct business.

And the woman who gave birth to me, now she was frantically bothering my grandfather to let her meet me.

Moreover, my ex got her husband and father-in-law arrested. She was devastated that behind her father and mother's indirect deaths was the man she loved.

I would have loved to see the expression on her face when she found it.

I would have loved to mock her by saying, " Now smile at him like you smiled at him on prom."

Now, nearly three months have passed, and I have deliberately spread information about my whereabouts to the people who are related to me.

Now they are coming to my hospital to gain hope that maybe I will be fine. To make sure that I can provide emotional support at this time.

But I know I have no time left. Then, suddenly, a sharp jolted me from my inner monologue, and doctors are frantically trying to revive me.

While doctors were trying to save my life, suddenly my parents entered the ward and bolted towards my bed with a desperate expression.

I wanted to laugh in their face and say, "Now you want this mistake to support you emotionally. Where were you when I was emotionally and physically tortured? Where was your worry when you ruthlessly abandoned me? Why did you treat me inhumanely?"

Now there is darkness surrounding my vision, and I know these are my last breaths. In life, I wish someone had cared for me a little or loved me for who I am.

The coldness of death is encroaching on me amidst the frantic efforts of the doctor.

Then I took my last breath. After a while, I opened my eyes to be surprised to find out that I was not dead. Now I am seeing a void. I thought life would end at the checkpoint of death.

I guess I was wrong. I moved into this void with no sense of direction, and then I came to a halt because I found out I was in the form of a small pearl, illuminating my surroundings. There is nothing except darkness around me.

To tell you in truth, I am quite comfortable in this void; there is no need to eat, no need to work, and I want to sleep for a long time now.

(3rd-POV)

The thing the small light pearl with packman design didn't know was that he was moved unconsciously toward a sole source of light in the void by a pale, withered hand with long nails.

Then he was pulled by the source of light.

Beyond the realm of light lies a labyrinth of ever-changing colors where a pearl has just emerged from the well of eternity. Above this scene presides a chaos god, the Lord of Change, known as Tzeentch.

By the stroke of luck, the owner of Lybrinth was busy hunting demigods in warp to retrieve essence to fulfill his end of the deal with someone.

Unbeknownst to him, the pearl of light travels through the sea of souls to the essence of a particular warp demigod whom the Tzeentech has hunted.

Thanks to the blessing of a certain pale, withered hand, the pearl fused with the essence and was reclaimed by the Lord of Change.
