As the world stopped spinning after the super-fast wizard-style teleportation, I stood in the middle of the Hohenberg residence living room with messy hair, ragged breathing, and a neck wrapped in a masculine cloth scented with the Duke Tristan Original Scent™.

Lucien still held my hand elegantly, like a handsome man on a romantic novel cover.
