"ROAR!"
On the surface of the sea, a terrifying whirlpool appeared—vast and black, like a bottomless abyss threatening to swallow everything.
Immediately afterward, violent winds erupted in the sky. The gales surged, and black thunderclouds spun rapidly, forming a vortex of their own.
A tornado began to take shape beneath the storm clouds, pulling seawater up into its spiraling column.
The dragon drinks the sea!
Even the thunderclouds overhead were drawn into the twister.
In just a few breaths, a monstrous tornado, entwined with seawater and crackling storm clouds, had taken shape—controlled entirely by Fenric.
With the trident in his hand, he commanded the sea itself. Paired with the Ring of Thunder, conjuring such a force was well within his grasp.
And so—
A colossal, nightmarish tornado rose, its body swirling with seawater and laced with lightning. Bolts crackled within its core, their thunderous explosions echoing across the waves.
As everyone knew—water conducts electricity.
At that moment, the tornado was no longer merely wind and sea; it was a roaring storm filled with lethal lightning.
Arcs of electricity danced across its surface, flashing ceaselessly. The sight alone was enough to chill the blood.
Once caught within it, survival would be impossible.
"Hahaha!! Akainu! Try withstanding this!"
Fenric's voice cut through the storm as he waved his arm.
Suddenly, the massive tornado surged toward the shore.
Garp and the others watching from land blanched at the sight.
If they were caught inside, none of them could guarantee survival.
"Gravity Suppression!!"
Fujitora stood abruptly, drawing his cane-sword. His power surged forth in response.
Only his ability had a chance of countering such an attack.
A massive purple energy circle unfolded around him.
In an instant, the gravity before him multiplied dozens of times over.
The ground cracked and collapsed beneath the weight, flowers and trees splintering into dust.
"Ughh!"
Even Fenric's monstrous tornado could not withstand such crushing force. It twisted violently, then collapsed, its form dispersed by gravity.
The seawater it had carried crashed back down in torrents, roaring like a flood as it slammed into the earth.
The tornado was gone.
This was the natural balance of power—abilities countering one another.
If Akainu had tried, his lava would have only fueled the storm further.
Yet though Fujitora had dispersed the attack, the expressions on the shore only grew darker.
Because—
Out on the sea, the winds howled louder. The waves surged higher.
A second tornado—this one ten times larger, a super-giant that seemed capable of piercing the sky itself—was forming.
Fenric's voice thundered across the battlefield:
"The last one was just an experiment. This time, eat this!!"
His body trembled from the strain.
Drawing on both the Trident and the Ring of Thor, he forced his powers to create this world-shaking storm.
Lightning danced madly through the sky. The sea raged. It was as if the end of the world had come.
But the effort took its toll. Fenric's strength—both physical and mental—was draining rapidly. He couldn't maintain this for long.
Far off, Doflamingo watched, stiff-haired and numb-scalped at the sight of the storm that reached into the heavens, wrapped in countless bolts of lightning.
But his horror twisted into exhilaration.
"Mundo… What kind of monster are you? A god? fufufuFUFUFUFU!"
His mad laughter echoed.
Yet within, he etched that figure into memory—a godlike presence named Mundo.
This was someone Doflamingo would never dare provoke, far more terrifying than even Kaido of the Four Emperors.
"Facing him… is true despair."
—--
On the ship of the Kuja Pirates, the crew could only stare, pale and trembling, at the storm above.
It was as though the world itself was being torn apart.
"Boom—!!"
The monstrous tornado surged toward the Sabaody Islands.
Everything in its path was annihilated.
"No… he intends to destroy the entire island!" Garp's face darkened.
Akainu's expression paled instantly.
He did not doubt Garp's words—this storm could erase the island, trees and all, with ease.
"Fujitora!" Akainu roared desperately.
Now, all hope rested on him.
Fujitora's blind eyes snapped open, revealing the pale whites beneath. Though sightless, he strained as if to see the storm with his own eyes.
"…Fleet Admiral Akainu," he said heavily, "I'm sorry. Against something of this scale… I can do nothing."
"Damn it!!"
Akainu's fists trembled. He glared at Fenric's distant figure, teeth grinding, before unleashing an enraged roar:
"MUNDO!!!"
"BOOOOM—!!"
The giant trees crumbled. The earth sank.
The super-giant tornado slammed into the Sabaody Archipelago, sealing its fate.
The island was destroyed.
Fenric himself lost control soon after. Even he could not command such a monstrous creation. Forced to retreat, he withdrew to avoid being consumed by his own storm.
The tornado raged unchecked for half an hour.
By the time it vanished, the Sabaody Islands had been reduced to ruin—its colossal trees uprooted, its landscape erased.
When the dust settled, the islands were gone.
Fenric's destructive might seemed unimaginable.
And yet—
In truth, the Pirate World had many who could obliterate islands. Akainu and Fujitora both possessed that strength. Whitebeard, at full power, could devastate even the mainland itself.
By comparison, Fenric's destructive power still fell short of Whitebeard's.
But the difference lay in their methods.
Fenric's command over storms and lightning gave his attacks devastating spectacle, amplifying both their power and their terror.
Simply put—his destruction was as breathtaking as it was lethal.
