BOOM!
The wall exploded into dust and rubble as dozens of henchmen poured into the room.
Priya froze, panic flooding her body — but Bhumi and Forge remained completely calm.
Bhumi pressed her hands to the ground, and a massive wall of stone erupted from beneath them, blocking the entrance.
As Priya turned in shock, she saw a motorcycle appear in front of Forge.
He shouted, "Get on the motorcycle — NOW!"
Bhumi grabbed Priya by the arm. "Yes, yes! Let's go!"
She pulled Priya onto the back of the bike, and Forge gunned the engine. They burst through the side of the warehouse, speeding down the empty streets. But behind them, the henchmen gave chase — running at superhuman speed.
Forge summoned a glowing bow into his hands gave it to Bhumi who began firing arrows at the pursuing horde, each shot precise and deadly. She tried to avoid hitting any nearby civilians, but no matter how many she struck, more kept coming.
Priya clung tightly to Forge, terrified. "They're not stopping!"
Forge didn't reply — he just smirked. As they reached the edge of the city, he muttered, "This should be far enough."
Bhumi nodded. "I think so."
Forge suddenly veered off the road into an open farmland and stopped the motorcycle. The henchmen gathered quickly around them, surrounding the field.
Bhumi jumped off the bike, slammed her hands into the ground, and conjured a giant earthen box that enclosed the enemies completely — leaving only a small opening at on the side
Forge stepped forward and, in a blink, a large mounted turret materialized beside him. He climbed onto it and began firing relentlessly into the box. For ten straight minutes, the gun roared. When it finally stopped, silence filled the air — the box was filled with nothing but the remains of their attackers.
Priya stared in horror. How… how is any of this real?
As she stood frozen, Forge called out to her from a car that had appeared beside him. "Come on, let's move."
She got in silently, still dazed. Where did this car even come from? she thought. Before she could ask, Forge spoke first.
"You're probably wondering what just happened — and where this car came from," he said with a faint grin. "That's my power. I can create things — anything that exists in the real world. Bhumi's ability lets her control the ground itself: walls, structures, even tracking people within a five-kilometer radius."
Priya blinked. "Really?"
Then her expression darkened. "I was going to ask you something back there… Where's my dad?"
Forge frowned. "Who?"
Bhumi's eyes widened. "Oh. We… kind of forgot."
Priya's voice rose. "You forgot an entire person? My father?!"
Bhumi put her hands up gently. "Calm down, Priya. Let's just go to your home first — we'll find him."
They drove through the silent streets until they reached her neighborhood — but when they arrived, Priya froze. Her house was gone, reduced to rubble and ashes.
She fell to her knees, shaking. Bhumi rushed to her side to comfort her.
Forge stood quietly, his usual calm face hardening. "We're sorry. We made a mistake. We'll fix this. Bhumi — start tracking her father. Bring him back as fast as possible."
Bhumi closed her eyes and placed a hand on the ground. Moments later, she stood up. "Good news and bad news," she said. "Good news — I found him. Bad news — he's at the R&D facility."
Forge's face went cold. "R&D… That means…"
Bhumi finished the sentence for him. "Sapna."
