Chapter 78- Flipped
"Kill… him?" Liliana froze as she stared at her grandfather. Her entire demeanor shifted in a second from jovial to cold. Her warm look turned sharper. "No."
"No?" The man seemed quite confused. "I wasn't asking you, kid. If I deem him dangerous, then leaving him to thrive would be a grave mistake."
"And I said you can't do that," Liliana said coldly. "I do not want him dead. He must not die."
"..."
For a second, the man didn't know what to say. Rarely did he see Liliana that angry or annoyed; she wasn't someone who showed negative emotions that often. Yet, what he was staring at was far from her happy self. She was angry, her aura moving around her in an agitated manner, turning the entire house cold and tense.
This was her way of showing how much she doesn't want that.
'Hm, since when does she even show this kind of emotion toward anyone, really?' He squinted his eyes. 'Could she be?'
