~~~ Annabelle's Room ~~~
I heard someone knocked on my door , I was surprised at who I saw at the door , oh my , it was princess Sophie of Fortfield, " Your highness, what brings you here " she entered my room looking around as if she came for some inspection, " Your highness is something wrong, I repeated my question again , what brings you here " I could see her maid shivering in fear, I didn't know what was going on , She looked at me , her eyes filled with anger , she seems to want to kill me , buh it looks like she held herself or something, I was actually scared I acted like I was fine, I don't know how she could tell that I was scared , but she enjoyed seeing fear in my eyes , she inhaled the air in my room , I don't know if that was supposed to calm her down or something, buh when she started talking to me she seemed relaxed and not angry , I wondered if all that happened was my imagination, but her maid that continued shivering in fear , I realized it was not my imagination or anything, her aura was really dangerous when she came into my room .
Sophie smiled and said "it's a nice room you have here Annabelle, seems like King Lucas is really treating you well, oh don't be scared my darling I can hear your heartbeat since I came in , I really like listening to the sounds of humans heart when they're scared, it's soo fun and it calms my anger , if not I'll be feeding on you right now , her maid rushed to tell her something in her ears which I heard strangely, her maid said in a whisper "your highness she does not know about vampires, the king would not be happy if she's aware" I was surprised, what was a vampire, I need to know.
Princess Sophie said um.... I see , I did not know she has no idea about it , "then I'll be leaving Annabelle" while she walked out I bowed to her and said " Take Care Your highness, ".
I kept pondering on what princess Sophie maid said , hmm..? What does a vampire mean , I have to find out , it seems like the king also knows buh why doesn't he want me to know, I have to know what I'm up against , if Kai is that thing then I need a more brilliant plan , not a plan that would kill me , it's seems like it's a creature or race , either ways I have to find out ,and I'll find that out today.
I knocked on the king chambers, he seem to be having some meeting with Bryan then I heard the word again "vampire" but this time more complex it was "vampire originator" this was very confusing.
I walked into the room and demanded an answer I think it was rude "Your majesty, can you please enlighten me on what the hell a vampire means, everyone in his room seems stunned I don't know if they were shocked because of the way I demanded an answer or because I asked such a question." Oh my goodness, how could she talk to the king like that , I saw a maid serving the king and his guests some drinks, which looked to red , i couldn't call it wine , or was it ? I doubt it though , then that when it occurred to me ,what the hell?! they're some guest here , damn, I'm soo dead , " where did you hear the word vampire from, asked bryan looking distressed, any Human who knows about this without the king's approval are usually killed , you could have kept this to yourself for a while, we could have found a way to tell you , now everyone knows about this .
"Oh it's not bad , I wanted to tell her earlier, she just found out before I could, obviously everyone in the king chambers knew that was a lie, because a meeting is usually held for six months before a human can be approved of knowing about vampires, most of the palace maids knows about it they all went through some trial and all , the even took an oath not to share it with any Human, how come, the king was not making it a big deal, does the king really start developing feeling for this insignificant human ?, Impossible when princess Sophie was rejected,every vampire inside the king's chamber were having various thought.
Lucas looked at Anna and smiled at her and said in his mind " I can't let them execute her".
Annabelle mouthed thank you , to the king , not knowing all the vampires could hear her, they looked at her in disgust and said, " oh my is she warming the king's bed, no wonder , I'm sure the king would soon discard her , when he gets bored , there's nothing to be worried about".
They told themselves.
