Annabelle was wandering around the palace when she saw Kai talking to a maid like he owned her , it's time for my drama , she said to herself, Prince Kai was walking towards her direction and when he saw her he was surprised , he said his mind ' Is this not Luc's personal maid , she's too beautiful, hmm, let's see if I can seduce her to warm my bed or perhaps be my concubine ' Poor Kai , not knowing Anna also has plans for him , as they approached each other, Anna tripped and obviously tried to fall so he would catch her , because according to the rumors , this guy was a big filrt and loves to be around maids especially the beautiful ones , she knows he's going to catch her , which he actually did, ' careful there my lady', he said in a seductive way , Anna shutters and acted all innocent. ' I'm soo sorry, your highness, I was not intending to make you fall ' she looked really genuine and cute thought Kai , because a lot of maids actually do this , they try to act all coy and innocent just for me to lay with them , buh she seems so genuine, I would be on my way now your highness I'm so soo sorry once again , it's fine replied Kai , it's happens . she's not even trying to wait and have a discussion, this one must be really different, not like those maids that would try to discuss some useless matters with me just to have the chance to be with me , after all they all know my personality.
Annabelle was already walking away when Kai asked her , hey , what your name ? , Great, thought Annabelle , here's my chance she turned around and said ' it's a_ Ann_ Annabelle your highness, acting all shy and innocent, hehe my plan is in motion. Beautiful name Anna , I'll see you around then , you're my Brother personal maid right, Tell Lucas I said hi , Kai said his eyes flashing red , I widened my eyes clearly surprised , I was a bit scared though, I walked away quickly, I didn't want Kai to hear my heartbeat according to Lucas it could get me killed if any vampire knows I know their secret without a trial , I walked into my room , thinking of how I'm going to make Kai fall in love so I can get to kill him one day when he's not expecting, so that way I get to question the idiot about why the hell he killed my family. And the freaking prophesy too.
After my first encounter with Kai , I kept on meeting him occasionally, after a month or so we were meeting every day , I still kept my facade of being innocent and cute , the one that would never harm him , he got injured today when he was training today at the field, Lucas also got injured, he was all cool , to be honest Lucas has actually been acting weird through this last month, he was avoiding me after I vomited on his body , and anytime he sees me with Kai he's always angry, saying shit like, Kai is not someone you should be with , stay away from him , those kind of nonsense, he's always saying.. today he asked me to give him water to drink and I did , but I just got one for Kai on my way , which really angered Lucas and she found it weird , really really.... Kai looked at her and said thank you Anna , Annabelle blushed a little , which annoyed Lucas who was staring at them, " Annabelle, Luc called , come here , you have to go to my room right now arrange those clothes for me , Annabelle asked which cloth your majesty, I mean through out this week I would be going for some occasions and I would need to look good, won't I ?, Yes yes your majesty I understand Anna said grumpily, as far as I know though Anna, there's no event this week , this evil idiot just wants to stress me for nothing, such bitterness King Lucas is passing to me , when I did nothing, Annabelle thought as she walked to Lucas chambers
Well Kai was definitely not happy with this arrangement, he was already having plans on how to snatch Anna from his brother, he thought , it shouldn't be that difficult , Luc should not find a maid like her important right.....
Annabelle was on her way to Luc's room when suddenly some men dressed in black suddenly appeared and attacked her , she could only repeatedly Dodge their attacks with luck , immediately Black night and snow came out of nowhere to defend her , they fought with twelve men on their own , it's was really terrifying , the way they fought, it was fast and precise , they were both very agile , I must say I was jealous to see women fight like that , even those that attacked me , they were also not weak they returned the attacks too , it was intense , I didn't know what to do I just stood there like an idiot , I felt like a weakling, I felt soo powerless , then I thought to myself I have to learn self defense, not just self defense I need to be strong to kill Kai ,my charms won't always work on him as a woman I should be strong .
Black night and snow were able to capture five of the men that attacked me and black night went to call Lucas , she ran past me like a shadow and her body was even blurry, I couldn't see her again , I looked at snow and thank her
I'm sorry, are you hurt ?, she asked me , no , no I should be asking you snow are you okay, you're the one fighting, I'm just looking like an idiot who's weak.
Don't say that my lady it's an honour to protect you .... I kept quiet waiting for Lucas to come , I've not even yet taken revenge I already have enemies, what a joke , I shouldn't waste time I would have to kill kai and get answers from him as fast as possible, maybe I should just execute my plans on his wedding day which would take place in the next two month from now, I need a sharp and precise plan .....
