Chapter 4 – The Dream of Kaaliya naag

The wind outside howled like a restless spirit.

Yash lay on his bed, unable to sleep.

Every time he closed his eyes, the whisper echoed again and again —

"Awaken, Sanatani…"

And then… darkness.

Suddenly, he found himself standing on the banks of a massive river — its waters black and alive, twisting like a serpent.

The moon was red, the stars vanished, and thunder rolled across the skies.

From the depths of the river, something stirred — ancient, powerful, full of rage.

A colossal serpent rose from the dark water, eyes glowing with divine fire.

Its hiss shook the heavens.

The trident-shaped mark on its forehead gleamed like molten gold.

"Who dares disturb my slumber?" the serpent's voice echoed like thunder.

Yash stepped back, his feet sinking into the wet soil.

"I… I don't know how I came here…"

The serpent stared into his soul.

"You bear the Rudraksha. The soil of Aarambh flows through your veins.

You are bound to the seal — just as I am bound to the curse."

Yash's body trembled. "Curse?"

The serpent's voice softened — not angry now, but filled with sorrow.

"When Krishna danced upon my head, He spared me — but sealed me beneath the river, bound to the sins of humanity.

Aarambh… your village… stands upon the last fragment of that seal."

Yash's breath caught. "Aarambh?"

"Yes. The soil you carry — it is part of my binding.

And now the world's greed has begun to awaken me again."

The skies rumbled. The serpent's massive coils created waves that reached the heavens.

Then, Yash saw a vision — cities burning, rivers blackened, temples collapsing.

The same serpent's eyes — now filled with fury — coiling around the Earth.

"Only the bearer of Dharma can restore the balance," the voice said.

"But beware, Sanatani — the path of Dharma is not of light or darkness. It is both."

The vision shattered.

Yash woke up gasping, drenched in sweat, his heart pounding.

The Rudraksha around his neck was burning hot, and faint smoke rose from it.

He rushed to the window — outside, the sky was clear.

Yet the Yamuna, flowing silently in the distance, shimmered as if glowing faintly in the dark.

At that very moment, far away in a secret underground chamber near Vrindavan, a group of men in black robes stood around a massive stone seal engraved with the same serpent and trident.

Their leader whispered,

"The awakening has begun. The boy has seen the dream."

And the seal cracked — just slightly.

But enough to let out a faint hiss…

> "The time of Kaaliya has returned."
