Crocodile turns his arm into swirling sand.
Every punch Luffy throws goes straight through him.
Zoro, Sanji, Nami, and the others aren't there — Luffy is completely alone.
Crocodile: "Waterless bodies crumble in the desert."
He touches the ground and the sand around Luffy shifts into a deadly trap.
Luffy tries again and again, but Crocodile absorbs every attack, draining the moisture from the air.
Luffy: "Tch… why can't I hit you!?"
Crocodile smiles coldly.
Crocodile: "You're out of your league."

The Critical Moment
Crocodile launches a sudden, precise strike.
Luffy is hit hard — not fatally, but enough to knock the wind out of him and send him flying across the sand.
He collapses, weakened, unable to breathe properly.
Before he loses consciousness, he remembers something:
Sans' warning.
Sans (flashback):
"water beats sand, luffy. you gotta soak him first."
Luffy coughs, grabbing his canteen.
Luffy: "Water…! That's it!"
But before he can use it…
Crocodile's sandstorm buries him deep in the desert ground, leaving Luffy trapped, stuck, running out of air.
Crocodile: "This is where your journey ends."
He walks away, convinced the desert will finish the job.

Saved Against the Odds
Just when everything seems lost, a camel nearby knocks over Luffy's canteen.
The water drips onto his hand, giving him enough energy to break free from the sand trap.
Luffy gasps, coughing hard — alive, but barely able to move.and blood come to mouth
Luffy: "Sans was right… I need water… to fight him."
He staggers toward the nearest shelter, barely keeping himself conscious.
Round 1 is over.
Crocodile wins.
But the real battle hasn't even started yet.
Screen 2 — Second Battle: The Tomb of the Kings
Deep beneath Alabasta, in the ancient Tomb of the Kings, Luffy confronts Crocodile again — this time armed with one crucial truth:
Water can stop his sand.
Luffy stands ready, drenched from head to toe, holding a giant barrel of water on his back.
Luffy: "I'm not losing again!"
Crocodile smirks.
Crocodile: "Water? How childish."

Luffy Fights Differently This Time
Luffy charges forward, splashing Crocodile with bursts of water.
The droplets cling to Crocodile's body, forcing him into solid form.
Luffy lands a punch.
CRACK—
Crocodile is sent flying across the tomb.
Luffy: "HA! I can hit you now!"
Crocodile wipes his face calmly.
Crocodile: "So you figured it out."
Luffy pulls in a huge breath—
Luffy: "PPPFFFFTT!!"
He spits water directly into Crocodile's face.
Papyrus (watching from a ledge):
"INCREDIBLE! A SECRET WATER TECHNIQUE!"
Sans stands beside him, hands in pockets.
Sans: "yeah. it's dumb… but it works."

Crocodile Gets Serious
Crocodile narrows his eyes.
Crocodile: "Enough games."
He moves faster, turning entire portions of the tomb into swirling desert storms.
The water on Luffy dries instantly.
Luffy swings again, but his fist goes straight through Crocodile's body — back to sand form.
Luffy: "No…!"
Crocodile places his hand on the stone floor.
Crocodile: "Desert Drain."
The ground around Luffy cracks, pulling the remaining moisture from the air.
Luffy weakens instantly and collapses.
Papyrus gasps.
Papyrus: "NO! LUFFY IS DOWN!"
Sans steps forward, ready to intervene—
but Luffy lifts his head weakly.
Luffy: "N… No… Don't help… this… is my fight…"
Sans stops, respecting Luffy's words.
Crocodile walks over him calmly.
Crocodile: "You don't deserve to face me a third time."
He turns and leaves Luffy inside the collapsing tomb.

Sans Intervenes — Just Enough
As the sand settles, Sans drops beside Luffy, lifting him gently with blue energy.
Sans: "told ya he was dangerous, kid."
Luffy barely breathes, but he's conscious.
Luffy: "I'll… beat him… next time…"
Sans nods.
Sans: "yeah. you will. but not like this. you need a different plan."
Papyrus runs down the stairs dramatically.
Papyrus: "BROTHER! IS HE ALIVE!? DO WE NEED SPAGHETTI!?"
Sans sighs.
Sans: "he's fine. just tired."
They carry Luffy to safety as the tomb shakes behind them.
Luffy lost again…
but his resolve is stronger than ever.
Screen 3— Final Battle at Alubarna Palace
The civil war rages outside the palace walls, but inside, everything falls silent as Luffy and Sans step into the ruined throne room.
Sand swirls everywhere.
Crocodile stands waiting — furious, towering, and confident.
Crocodile:
"You just don't know when to stay buried."
Luffy cracks his knuckles.
He's bruised, exhausted, but his spirit is burning hotter than ever.
Luffy:
"I'm ending this. Right here."
Sans steps forward beside him, hoodie flapping in the sandstorm.
Sans:
"yeah. round three, big guy. no more running."
Crocodile scoffs.
Crocodile:
"You can't hit me."
Sans lifts a hand, revealing a small jar.
A jar full of tomato liquid.
Sans:
"he can now."
He splashes it onto Luffy's fists and arms.
The red liquid drips down, soaking his skin.
Luffy grins wildly.
Luffy:
"This is enough."
Crocodile narrows his eyes, realizing too late what's happening.

Luffy Strikes Back
Luffy slams his wet, tomato-covered fist into Crocodile's sand body.
CRACK—
Crocodile's form solidifies instantly.
Luffy doesn't hesitate.
Luffy:
"Gomu Gomu no… STORM!!!"
He unleashes a tornado of punches, sending Crocodile flying upward through the palace pillars.
Punch after punch launches him higher and higher until he blasts out of the palace roof and disappears into the sky like a rocket.
Papyrus, watching from below, throws his hands up.
Papyrus:
"INCREDIBLE! THE CAPTAIN AND SANS HAVE BANISHED THE EVIL CROCODILE TO THE CLOUDS!"
Sans gives a tiny smile.
Sans:
"told ya. water… tomatoes… whatever works."
The ground stops shaking.
The sand settles.
The storm fades.
Crocodile is defeated.
For the first time in years, Alabasta is quiet.

Victory
Luffy collapses to one knee, breathing hard.
Sans catches him with a light touch of blue soul energy.
Sans:
"easy. you did it."
Luffy grins through exhaustion.
Luffy:
"Yeah… we saved Vivi's home."
Outside, the rebel army and the royal guard stop fighting as the truth spreads.
Alabasta is finally free.
Screen 8 — Farewell to Vivi & A New Shadow Joins
With Crocodile defeated, the truth spreads across Alabasta like a warm breeze after a storm.
Rebels drop their weapons.
Soldiers breathe in relief.
The fighting stops.
King Cobra steps forward and embraces Vivi with shaking hands.
Cobra:
"Welcome home, Vivi… You saved this kingdom."
Vivi holds back tears.
Vivi:
"No… I didn't do it alone. The Straw Hats saved us."
The crew stands proudly behind her — Luffy, Zoro, Nami, Usopp, Sanji, Chopper, Sans, and Papyrus, all exhausted but smiling.
Papyrus gives a heroic pose.
Papyrus:
"THE GREAT PAPYRUS SHALL CELEBRATE THIS DAY OF PEACE!"
Sans nudges him lightly.
Sans:
"easy, bro. let the princess have her moment."
Vivi looks at her friends, torn between staying and going.
Vivi:
"I… I want to keep traveling with you. But my country needs me… I have to stay."
Luffy grins warmly.
Luffy:
"You're our friend. That won't change."

The Silent Goodbye
As the crew prepares to sail away, Marines surround the port.
Vivi appears on a high balcony, shouting over the wind.
Vivi:
"Straw Hats! Thank you for everything! I will always—"
Luffy shakes his head with a sad smile.
Luffy:
"No! Don't say our names!"
Identities must be kept secret.
So instead…
Luffy lifts his arm.
A large X mark is drawn across it.
Zoro lifts his.
Sanji too.
Nami. Usopp. Chopper.
Sans raises his sleeve, revealing his own simple blue X glowing softly.
Papyrus raises his arm dramatically, the X huge and sparkling.
Papyrus:
"FOR FRIENDSHIP!"
Vivi covers her mouth, tears streaming.
She raises her arm, showing her own X mark.
No words needed.
They will always be connected.

A New Passenger
As the Merry sails away, they notice someone sitting quietly on deck.
A tall woman with dark hair, calm eyes, and a mysterious smile.
Nico Robin.
Formerly Miss All Sunday.
Crocodile's right hand.
Sanji:
"EH!? WHAT IS SHE DOING HERE!?"
Robin smiles softly at Luffy.
Robin:
"Mind if I join you? I have nowhere else to go… and your captain saved my life."
Luffy tilts his head.
Luffy:
"Okay! Welcome aboard!"
The entire crew explodes.
Usopp:
"DON'T JUST SAY YES!"
Nami:
"She's dangerous!"
Chopper:
"Scary…!"
Zoro:
"…Figures."
Sans shrugs with a lazy grin.
Sans:
"eh. she seems cool."
Papyrus nods vigorously.
Papyrus:
"YES! MORE FRIENDS MEANS MORE CELEBRATION!"
Robin closes her eyes, smiling.
Robin:
"Thank you. I think this will be… interesting."
The Going Merry sails into the horizon once again — with new allies, new mysteries, and a future full of adventure.
