Chapter-28: what did protagonist do after escaping?

Looking at the gains he was quite satisfied with the gains and after taking the stairs he would get another free stats point because of meeting special conditions. The next thing he has to do is to take care of the protagonist.
There is one thing that gives him the confidence that is he can hear the inner voice of the protagonist. So if he was targeted then he will be able to know and at least defend himself. Fortunately he has some back up plans for this kind of situation as well.
He stepped on the stairs and quickly his surroundings changed to that of normal world back in his room. Currently he is quite energetic after all he just woke up from sleep and warmed up before returning.
He will sleep later in the afternoon so that he can be awake when he entered the dungeon again. This way he doesn't have to have many losses when he enters that dungeon in half rest state instead of fully energetic state.
He just has to alter his biological clock and set it to suit his needs. With that he went to the computer to hack into the network where protagonist should be imprisoned to check what happened.
As he looked he found that the protagonist that should be imprisoned was safe and sound. He actually broke the door and came out leaving the apartment building area and went straight to the original home of Visva.
Visva followed him using the security cameras. When he reached the house there is no one present at his previous home. It looks run down or robbed completely empty. Visva looked at the image through the security cameras and felt like leaving is the best choice.
Originally this place should not look like this. If the protagonist was not hindered and he was able to perform normally in the first two days then this place would still be fine. But now the protagonist Robert can only see the broken house.
Visva left and there is no trace of it. In anger Robert contacted his men and quickly tracked down the security guards that are still alive. There are only two of them left among a dozen people.
These two should appear tomorrow along with others in the dungeon third floor. Robert is naturally angry and he tortured them to get all the information they know about the dungeon and also about what happened to Visva (For his revenge).
Originally they are his men but after knowing that Robert did not enter the dungeon they thought that they became stronger. After all, they added extra stat points to their stats after leveling up after 2 days.
Unfortunately the protagonist is a protagonist and they could not fight him at all. They were beaten, captured and tortured before telling Robert everything they know about the situation but they don't know about Visva. Finally they died in the hands of Robert.
The two security guards that saw Visva are long since dead and these people ransacked the house before leaving. Some of them died again. So they don't know what happened to Visva as he left.
Without finding Visva the conclusion Robert came is that Visva is missing or dead. If he is missing Robert wanted to find Visva and wanted to get his revenge on Visva. If Visva is dead then Robert can only become angry and do nothing.
On the other hand Visva took out a big row of masks that all looked same and he will be putting them to use when going to the dungeon next time. These masks are human skin masks he prepared for this situation spending extra money to get them within the day.
This mask has a very handsome appearance that is quite different from the appearance of Visva. Even though the body is still the same as long as he dressed up properly he will be able to change his presence.
He can change his voice slightly and with all things considered he will be able to escape. Tomorrow when entering the dungeon he has to act quickly to first kill through the monsters on his side and go all the way to the boss room.
Then he has to make sure that he picked the lock quickly and get the items inside. Since the protagonist appears then the rewards would naturally be rich. He would quickly leave after taking the treasures and find a way to kill more monsters along the path.
But in the end he would cover up his tracks so that they would not know that he was one that kills those creatures. If possible he would take his chance to occupy another direction of another adventurer in the dungeon to get more benefits.
Well that is only if that adventurer dies. After taking on the place of others it would be easy for him to avoid suspicion, at least from the revenge of the protagonist. While checking the situation he started to practice again.
This time he is practicing with the archery again with two hands. Tomorrow he has to kill those beasts and he is going to use the spear. The sword wielding skill is good but what he is good at is actually the spear wielding.
He combined the moves of sword and spear using a weapon that has two short swords combined to form into a single spear. The entire spear is 6 feet tall and it is divided into two small 3 feet short swords.
