"You're already studying Advanced Transfiguration?"
Hermione's voice rose in disbelief.
How come this person can learn more than me?
Dylan looked over and saw it was this girl. He nodded, "Yes, but Advanced Transfiguration spells aren't easy to learn. It takes time and study."
Hermione blinked. Was this person showing off?
She inexplicably felt the urge to compete with Dylan.
It's just Advanced Transfiguration, isn't it?
Once she's got a good grasp of Basic Transfiguration, she can move on to further research!
"Neville, when you study the Standard Book of Spells, remember to pay attention. I read some details in the Eighteenth Century Collection of Spells, and I found that there's a conflict between the two books."
Dylan instructed Neville, "Regarding this, I'll ask the professor after school starts, and I'll tell you the details."
"...Uh, thank you." Neville was still confused.
What standard book of spells, what collection of spells?
He remembered that the Standard Book of Spells should be their textbook, and what was the Eighteenth Century Collection of Spells?
He hadn't even heard of it!
Seeing that everyone around him fell silent, Dylan continued eating.
Only a group of dazed little lions remained, staring blankly at this person who seemed somewhat different from them.
After Dylan put down his fork,
Dumbledore waved his hand again.
The food vanished from everyone's sight.
Dumbledore also stood up.
"Everyone, the new semester is about to begin. Remember the forbidden areas I mentioned, especially the corridor on the right hand side of the fourth floor of the library. You must not approach them."
"Also, do not perform magic in the corridors during class breaks; it's dangerous."
"Finally, the House Quidditch team is recruiting new players. Interested parties can contact Ms. Hodge, but it will begin in the second week of the semester." Dylan meticulously noted down
all the forbidden areas at Hogwarts that Dumbledore had described
in his little notebook.
It wasn't that he intended to visit any of them, but rather that he had long forgotten exactly which areas of the school were forbidden.
There was no need for him to explore them now.
All he had to do now was to continue learning about magic, studying it, and deepening his skills.
Until the opening night party was completely over.
Dylan and Neville, led by Percy,
arrived at the Gryffindor dorm tower. A group of lion cubs arrived.
Dylan and Neville were assigned to the same dormitory.
"Great! We can live together from now on!"
Neville was delighted, then excited to discover his Leffe was missing again.
"Ah! My Leffe!"
His excitement abruptly died down. Dylan, somewhat helpless, cast another spell.
"Leffe fly!" Leffe quickly floated over. Just as he was about to touch him, he interrupted his magic flow. Neville, however, showed no disdain and quickly embraced Leffe again. He didn't mind being assigned to the same dormitory as Neville. After all, it was easier to share a room with someone he already knew than to meet new students. He arrived at his luggage, where the house-elves had already stowed his luggage. Just as he was about to pack, three more people entered the dormitory. "Hey, hi, I'm Ron." A little redhead darted in front of him. Dylan glanced at him. "Hello." "Hello, we're roommates from now on." Harry walked in. "My name's Seamus, please take care of me." Dylan looked at them and nodded. "I'm Dylan." He hadn't remembered much at first, but after seeing his roommates, it suddenly occurred to him that Neville had been living in the same dorm with Harry. So, his presence had displaced someone who would have been staying there. "Whatever, it doesn't matter where I sleep," Dylan said, not wanting to dwell on it. Mastering the six Dark Arts at full level, he wasn't particularly concerned about the various scenarios Harry might encounter. If anyone dared to cause trouble, he'd first unleash a Cruciatus Curse, then a Fiery Fire Curse, and finally an Avatar! Even with the magical power he possessed now, it might not be as abundant as that of an adult wizard.
But no one would be immune to a surprise attack.
Dylan simply packed his belongings and left the rest for tomorrow.
Before getting into bed, he flicked his wand gently.
"Scourgify!" He
cleaned the bed and himself briefly,
then kicked off his shoes with his heels and climbed into bed.
His legs swayed, and Dylan stretched out lazily.
"Magic truly is the ladder of human progress~"
Now that everything was clean, he didn't even need to shower or wash his sheets.
This also meant no more hanging out clothes or socks.
God knew how cumbersome it was to clip pairs of socks to the rack! They
had to be hung out to dry, and then put away again. It was
too much trouble!
"I'm going to bed. Good night, everyone."
Dylan had just fallen into bed when Ron was stunned. "Aren't you going to change your clothes?"
Dylan glanced at his wizard robes, shook his head and smiled.
The next moment, something magical happened.
Under the gaze of Neville, Harry and the others.
Dylan's robes suddenly vanished.
He slid under the covers.
"What kind of magic is this..."
"I have a spatial pocket!"
Dylan turned over, his back to the others, and closed his eyes.
Harry and Ron exchanged glances ,
each a touch of envy.
At that moment, a thought suddenly occurred to Harry.
"Magic! I must study magic!"
The others hurriedly packed up and went to bed.
After all, they had just met, and none of them knew each other well, so it wasn't easy to chat about too much.
The night passed.
When morning arrived,
Dylan's body clock naturally woke him up. He
sat up and stretched again.
He retrieved his wizard robes from his inventory, put them on, and then turned to look at the others in the dormitory.
No one was awakened by his movements; everyone was soundly asleep,
as if dead.
"Quite peaceful,"
Dylan checked the time.
"It's still early."
He decided to check on his new owl.
He took his textbooks and cleaned himself up again.
Then he walked out of the dormitory.
"Oh, kid, good morning, you are the first one to get up."
After Dylan walked out of the Gryffindor common room.
The portrait of the Fat Lady yawned, a little surprised.
"Good morning, Fat Lady."
Dylan smiled at her, turned around and went straight to the auditorium.
Before watching the owls, of course, he had to eat something first.
He took a glass of milk, two slices of toast, dipped one slice in jam, and finished it in a few bites.
Then he drank a glass of milk and walked towards the owl shed.
"Hey~ Luna! I came to see you~"
