Jinn, a loyal servant of the One True God, stood againt those who worshipped false power. Jinn, being guided by faith, him and his companions sought to eliminate those who deemed themselves as gods and eliminate them. But his companions driven by greed, sacrificed him to the very beings they wanted to destroy.
The false gods not devine, but ancient deceivers of Iblis himself that give people power that in the end of time will take them to the fire that will give them infinite agony. They marked him with a curse, upon his soul, only visible to him and his system. They cast him to the mortal world in a forest on Earth.
Jinn is now like a being with no power, as if he's back to level 1 in a game he played his entire life. But he would get revenge, no matter what, even if it costs his life.
The system peties Jinn's current situation, and grants him a ability, a special type of ability.
[!] The system peties you and grants you the ability Devour. Nothing that you touch escapes your ability.
Condition: Have to touch something to devour its contexts.
Jinn looks impassive at it, a lot happened in such a short time, he immediately thinks of something.
Jinn: Could I feel abilities or what?
The system shows a message box, "With the power of the system yes, but only once."
Jinn: Let me touch my Devour ability then.
The system is quite confused, a new message box appears and asks for the reason, "Why do you ask host?"
Jinn: Just let me do that.
The system complies and allows Jinn to touch his Devour ability, immediately he does what his ability shouldn't have been able to do
Jinn: Devour the condition of me having to touch stuff to be able to devour other stuff. Make it so just the thought works.
The system is bamboozled by this, but it has to comply as this mortal outsmarted it.
But now, Jinn has to wait for the cooldown, he has to wait a day for it to fully return, the day passes, he goes around gathering food, he had to gather potatos, shin mushrooms which some were deadly and others weren't as deadly. Jinn's experience with everything helped him survive till the next day, he could finally use the devour ability again.
Jinn: Devour the cooldown, make it -infinity, I want to be able to use it anytime I please.
The system complies and does as asked from Jinn.
