FIVE MONTHS LATER
Ethan was in his cot , staring at nothing and making faces , to an outside observer , it's just a baby doing babing things.
These past few months has been enlightening and quite favorable if you don't count the startling discovery he had just made.
Ethan had grown into a robust baby , blue eyes like his mother's and surprisingly silver hair , considering both his mother and father had black hair .
He had learnt alot about the basics of the world he was born in , thanks to his chatter boxes for maids , that can't stop gossiping when they were alone and thinking Ethan was just a normal baby.
He learnt the language of this world in his first week, thanks to his ungodly comprehension and his parrots for caretakers .
He had three caretakers ,the first two young ladies worked their mouths harder than any other body part , while the third was just ..... weird .
He had come to learn that the world he was in was called Shiwu , and this world only has two continent , divided by race , The humans and the demons .
The demons hold seventy percent of the land mass and they cultivate by flesh and blood , while the humans cultivate with spirit qi.
The population of the demons multiply daily and thier territories expands as well , there are also human traitors in the human continent that has turn to demonic cultivation and have become demonic cultivators, enticed by power and fast growth above their prescribed bottlenecks.
But they cannot be differenciated from normal cultivators unless they reveal themselves by using their powers.
The demons have thier publically proclaimed goal , that is to bring all Creatures in Shiwu under their demonic God .
But everyone knows that's just a cover for some other hidden agenda they are trying to see accomplished.
The human continent is under a single Empire ,ruled by the Chi Imperial lineage , an ancient family said to have deep roots in the immortal realm, whether that is a fact or not , nobody knows , but nobody dares mess with the chi Family.
Because even without the barking of the immortals, there are ancient existences in the imperial court that could quel any dissent to their authority.
It is said ,the least powerful people serving in the imperial court are in the Spirit separation realm, and the emperor himself is a Tribulation Transcendence existence.
