Auxiliary Chapter (Beta Ultimate): The Codex of Eldara

"Only by knowing the rules can one choose which to break." — Archsage Eltherion, Founder of Eldara Academy

🌌 I. World of Eldara

Eldara is a land suffused with magic, a continent where power determines respect, opportunity, and survival. Beneath its forests, mountains, and oceans flow mana veins, unseen currents of raw energy that fuel the spells of Mages, the strength of Warriors, and the bonds of Tamers.

Every child awakens with a Crest, a glowing sigil on their skin marking their destined class path. Crests vary in color, shape, and intensity — each a visual manifestation of innate potential.

Yet despite these blessings, society values some paths over others. Warriors, Mages, and Knights are idolized, their feats celebrated in history and song. Healers are quietly respected. And Beast Tamers… are often scoffed at, their talent dismissed as weak.

⚔️ II. Class Divisions

 Class < Role < Common Perception < Subtypes

Warrior < Physical combat < Most respected < Knight, Duelist, Vanguard

Mage < Elemental & arcane < Noble & intelligent < Elementalist, Arcanist, Seer magic

Knight < Hybrid sword & magic < Trusted & disciplined < Guardian, Spellblade

Healer < Restoration & support < Respected < Cleric, Alchemist

Beast Tamer < Controllers of beasts < Mocked as weak < Spirit Binder, Familiarist

Note: Tamers often struggle for recognition. But legends tell of rare Tamers who bond with creatures of myth, wielding power beyond any mage or warrior.

🜂 III. Ranking System

Students and adventurers alike are assessed by the Guild of Balance, their strength and achievement measured on a tiered scale:

Rank - Symbol - Description

F - ⚫ - Novice; barely controls mana

E - 🟤 - Basic understanding; minimal skill

D - 🟢 - Trained; capable of minor missions

C - 🔵 - Skilled; respected among peers

B - 🟣 - Veteran; elite within divisions

A - 🟡 - Exceptional; often mentors or leaders

S - 🔴 - Legendary; feared and revered

SS+ - ⚜️ - Mythic; beyond ordinary limits

Tamers usually stagnate at E or D, as most beasts reject weak mana. Yet in extraordinary cases, a True Bond may form — where human and beast synchronize fully, unlocking hidden potential.

🔮 IV. Magic & Mana

Mana flows through Eldara like blood through veins. Its color, intensity, and rhythm are reflected in the Crest, a constant measure of affinity:

Red: Warrior

Blue: Mage

Silver: Knight

Green: Healer

Brown: Tamer

Mana can be drawn, focused, and released through spells, runes, and artifacts. Only those who train diligently can avoid collapse or backlash.

"Mana is a mirror — it reflects your strength, your fear, and your soul." — Elder Mage Linthar

🐉 V. Beast Taming Mechanics

Beasts are classified into tiers:

Tier -------------->Examples

Common ----> Slimes, minor wolves, forest spirits

Rare ----------> Drakes, shadow panthers, wyverns

Epic -----------> Elemental cores, phoenixes

Mythic ---------> Dragons, celestial beasts

??? ------------->Unknown, undocumented creatures

Bonding requires trust, compatible mana, and emotional resonance. A successful bond allows the Tamer to summon, command, and even evolve their beast. Failure may result in mana backlash, injury, or worse.

🏫 VI. Academy & Society

Eldara Academy trains students in combat, magic, and taming.

• Houses reflect class alignment; divisions highlight strengths.

• Exams, duels, and trials determine ranking, prestige, and future opportunities.

• Outside the academy, class bias is harsh — warriors and mages lead; tamers are ridiculed.

But history remembers: even the lowest-ranked can shake the world if destiny and courage align.

📜 VII. History & Legends

• Ancient wars were often decided by tamers commanding legendary beasts.

• Shadow Beasts, phoenixes, and dragons once walked freely — now almost extinct.

• Myths hint that the "weakest" paths often produce the most unpredictable heroes.

"A Tamer who commands the forgotten creatures will one day rewrite the rules of Eldara." — Unknown historian

🛡️ VIII. Artifacts, Relics, and Combat Rules

• Magical relics enhance mana, strengthen bonds, or shield the user.

• Forbidden techniques exist: dual-bonding, summoning Mythic beasts, and arcane rituals.

• Trials and duels have strict rules; failure can lead to expulsion or injury.

🗺️ IX. Geography & Dangerous Zones

• Mana-rich forests, mountains, and hidden vaults house rare beasts.

• Lower regions are perilous; rogue mages, mana storms, and untamed monsters roam freely.

• Tamers venturing beyond the academy must rely on cunning, courage, and their bonded beast.
