[Welcome to World System]
[from today you are officially a Walker!]
[chose your path:]
•the thirteenth Path: Error.
That's it.
No prosperity, no disorder, none of the sub-paths in existence.
A thirteenth path, something that has never appeared, or at least, something that has never been known by the masses.
There isn't even a description, it just says Error like I'm supposed to know what it means.
"I guess I'll know more when I pick it up."
Following Aaron's instruction, I waited popped the nutrition pill and gave the mental command.
[Congratulation.]
[You are officially walking the path of the Error.]
[hailing from the blood of giants and the true master of magic, the Error is and isn't, was and wasn't, will and won't be. Find the answers and ignore them. Create the mistake and make it right.]
[the only law is: have fun]
[Binding process now begins.]
What the fucking kind of explanation is-
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRGGHHH"
"FUCK FUCK FUCK!!!"
My brain was malfunctioning.
The pain.
It was just to much.
The pills had started to take effect, creating mana channels in my body completely anew, it felt like my blood turned to molten lava and decided that my vessels weren't enough. It wanted to spread everywhere.
If that wasn't enough, the body conditioning pill started to breakdown my entire body and building it up from basically nothing, greedily sucking the nutrients from the simingly infinite nutritional pill.
I felt hot.
Excruciated.
Definitely on the brink of death and insanity.
Even thinking seemed virtually impossible.
Yet, for some reason, my consciousness held firm.
Then the system joined the fray and I could feel my sanity slipping by.
I needed to think of something.
Something to anchor myself and not diffuse into nothing.
That's when an image made its way into my shattered brain.
Three crows. Perched on a endless tree, in stubbornness, defiance and pride.
"I… I'm Crow."
I could feel their gaze, their cawing.
Their plumage scattering in the wind when a snake, a wolf and a shadowy entity slayed and ate them.
"What…?"
Three set of green eyes paused on me. Judging. Waiting for something.
That's when I felt something swell inside me.
Pride? Defiance? Stubbornness?
I didn't even know how those feelings could ever feel like and sure as hell didn't want to feel them.
"Ha ha hahaha…"
The face of surprise of the clerk at the cafeteria emerged.
"Hahaha…"
The librarian enamoured look at my kindness for the books.
"Hahahahahahah"
The face of the girl with a shattered heart and broken pride.
"HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!"
The green eyes that were watching me all this time, finally curled. The echo of laughter filled my mind.
"HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA I MAY BE CROW, BUT I SURE AS HELL WILL NEVER BE ONE!!!"
That's the last thought I had before all the pain disappeared and the system finally completed it binding.
[Congratulation Walker of illusion. Find the path of the Error.]
I couldn't hold up anymore and with a last glance at the confirmation screen, I finally fell asleep.
The mana in the air rushed inside my body like it was begging to enter me, to serve me.
My body was swelling with newfound power, the nutrition pill nurturing my starved self like it had never been able to before.
And during all those beautiful and magical things, I had the best sleep I've ever had.
When I finally woke up, I felt completely reborn, and irritated by a continuous beep in my mind.

Extracting runes…]
[rune: confusion, granted.]
"What the… was this already in me or…Aaron?"
Did I extract one of the main runes because we kissed so much I basically ate a full serving of his DNA?
"Hahahahahaha!!! Oh this is going to be fun!"
Dreams of farms? Completely, utterly, totally forgotten.
"Oh Aaron, you don't know the gift you've given me."
**********************
Somewhere far, in the mega continent of this world, a huge all, devoid of any human presence stood tall.
Unblemished and untouched by the plague humanity had become.
12 thrones were scattered and broken all surrounding a stone calice as big as one of those broken chairs.
Forgotten by time,
By reality.
By fate itself.
But with the first light of the day, a small green fire started inside it. Unnoticed by any kind of entity, and just as fast it went down.
That is enough, the fire had started.
It didn't die, it merely went were it needed to go.
At the same time, somewhere on the other side of the world, in a luxurious hall of the world government center, a meeting with the 12 most influential people of the world was being held.
"In a couple of weeks the academies will start a new year, I hope your heirs are up to the challenges before us."
"Ha! Think of your own heir Law, why isn't she a top dog already and barely joining one of the academies?"
"I'm not talking to you War."
"Well, it is indeed nefarious that all our heirs are entering the academies at the same time… well… most of our heir."
All eyes went directly at Disorder.
"Well, he will be fine anyway, I'm just happy he's going around like a menace. Truly brilliant, breaking hearts, partying and confusing people everywhere."
"Haaaa what could we expect… even if we are the main families we can't cover crimes forever, you know we can find him in a second. He will need to attend."
"Yeah yeah, just let him have fun until his birthday."
Silence ensued shortly after, but a visible tension was cutting through the air.
Unspoken threats were everywhere.
The war against the beyond.
Dungeons appearing with heightened frequency.
And…
"Are you sure Sun?"
"Yes, I don't know what it means, but I do think the possibilities are 3 at most."
"Which are?"
"Aaahhhh, well, the most probable explanation is that the veil beyond has received access to the world System, the second is that someone within our families is a traitor."
All eye went to Disorder again.
"Oh come on! I know it's named Disorder, but you know as much as me that it should really be the path of the Drunkhard."
"Yeah sure… and then the most irrational one: a new path has opened, which has never really happened."
That's when Law spoke up again.
"Well… technically that is not true, the path of the family did disappear… could it have come back?"
"I highly doubt, the prophecy says:
Beware the tongues that weave delight,
Their laughter guards the day from night.
But when their hearts grow void of flame,
The god's own dawn shall turn to shame."
