The voice left my mouth as I stated at my reflection in the pond.
I have become a Pokemon!

I was watching Pokemon after a very long time.
When I was a kid, I watched some on TV, the OG one. And then I started playing Pokemon GO on a whim.
That's why my interest in Pokemon was reignited and I started watching Pokemon XY, which is said to be the best series.
Sadly, I was only able to watch some 30-40 episodes.
And then Truck-kun happened.
When I woke up, I was in some sort of egg. I was clearly no longer a human.
It was already cracked, so I came out of it.
I have a fluffy tail. I am smol. I am cute.
And looking at the pond, and my voice, I realise that I am Pachirisu.
An electric type squirrel-like Pokemon that I caught in the game.
I don't know about the lore about my species, but I know that it is a Pikachu lookalike.
I don't know where I am, but I am in some sort of forest.
First thing first, let's search for food!
As soon as I thought about food, a Magikarp suddenly jumped from the water and dipped again.
No! Squirrels are vegetarian!
Probably.
Well... maybe I should test my power a little bit? I wonder if I get EXP or something like that?
Thunder Shock!
"Pachiri...SU!"
Blue lightning came out of my cheek pouches, and fired towards the direction of Magikarp.
Wow! So cool!
"Pachi! Pachi!"
I jumped up and down in joy. Becoming a Pokemon might not be bad at all!
The Magikarp floated up, with swirls in its eyes.
I didn't receive any EXP or any 'ding!'. Calling out a system didn't work either.
Oh well.
I went to a tree and searched for some nuts. Squirrels eat nuts, don't they?
"Pachi?~ Pachi?~"
Where is it?~ Where is it?~
I guess my mind has also changed a bit. I have too much energy! And I am happy too!
Not that I mind. It's better than being sprawled on my bed all day!
"Pachi!"
I found food!
I ran up on the tree and sat down on a branch. I did it almost instinctively.
But then my eyes looked down.
"Pachi! Pachi!"
I am up so high! I am scared!
"Pathetic."
Huh?
I looked at the voice, and saw a punk with purple hair.
He scoffed at me and started walking away.
"Pachirisu! Pachirisu!"
Hey! Bring me down! Help me!
He looked back, and I tried to use my cuteness.
"Pachirisu~"
Isn't your heart melting by my cuteness?
Help me. And even give me some tasty food.
Pretty please?
"Pathetic."
Scoffing, and calling me pathetic, he started walking away again.
"..."
What a rude punk!
I stopped thinking about my fear and started eating. I am hungry from being just born.
"Pachiri!"
It's tasty!
I ate some more, and then suddenly, I heard some splashing.
I looked at the pond. Magikarp has woken up. And then, I shivered. It got enveloped in white shiny light.
Shit! Magikarp is evolving!?
I grabbed the nearby nuts and jumped down. I feared Gyarados much more than heights.
I may be an electric type, but I am not fighting that when I am less than thirty minutes old.
I started running away, terrified as the roar came.
"GYAAAAAAAARRRRRR!!"
The roar became louder and louder! It's definitely chasing me!
"GYAAAAAAAARRRRRR!!"
"GYAAAAAAAARRRRRR!!"
So I changed direction and ran towards that rude punk.
Let him fight it! I hope he is not pathetic!
But Gyarados suddenly came in front of me.
"GYAAAAAAAARRRRRR!!"
"PACHIRI...SU!"
I used Thunder Shock.
It stung him a bit, but he just shrugged it off!
I am just a baby! I must be really weak!
Think think! Quick!
Normal moves like hitting it will obviously not do much.
I don't have much electricity left in me.
I jumped as it used its tail, trying to smack me. I got on it.
"Pachi!"
I got an idea!
I walked towards its head along it's body as it tried to shake me off.
Woah! Woah! Woah!
Don't shake me!
I bit it to retain my grip.
"GYAAAAARRRRRRRRRRR!"
It screamed in pain, but I still persisted, going towards its head, biting it again and again for grip.
Soon, I reached its head.
Alright!
"Pachi..."
Sparks flew from cheek as I charged for my attack.
When you think of lightning, especially blue, you think about Chidori.
I used one of my hand and let it between my cheeks as I held onto Gyarados's head with my teeth and entire body.
Sharper. Sharper. Sharper. Sharper.
My hand stung as lightning covered it, but I kept increasing the intensity and trying to make it sharper.
Noise started coming out. Like the chirping of birds.
And then, it was ready.
I climbed to his face, and came between his eyes.
Stabbed one of his eye with my tail. Bit the between of his eyes.
"GYARRRRRAAAAAAA!"
It screamed in pain, but didn't go down. No choice but to use it.
I aimed for his other eye.
"Pachiri...SU!"
My Chidori connected.
"GYAAAAARAAAAAAA!"
Gyarados screamed.
Gyarados went down.
I stood on his face, proud of my achievement.
He has just evolved, and didn't know any moves, but it's a Gyarados.
And I was just born just a few moments ago!
Let's get out of here before he wakes up. I need to go to a Pokemon centre.
Even though I took no damage, I feel very tired.
I heard footsteps.
It was the same rude punk.
"Pachiri!"
What do you want!?
I will not let him catch Gyarados that I defeated!
"I am not interested in that pathetic Gyarados."
He threw his godamn Pokeball at me!
