Chapter 4: Veerabhadra's Wrath
---
Opening Scene: Shiv's Inner Turmoil
EXT. FOREST CLEARING - DAY
The sky is a stormy grey, rain pelting down. Shiv stands amidst the ruins of a once-beautiful temple, now reduced to rubble. His eyes are hollow, filled with unspeakable sorrow. He holds Sati's lifeless body in his arms, cradling her as if she were still alive.
SHIV (whispering)
How could you leave me, Sati? How could you?
He collapses to his knees, tears streaming down his face. The camera pulls back to reveal a mountain range in the distance, cloaked in mist.

Scene 2: The Birth of Veerabhadra
INT. SHIV'S MOUNTAIN Lair - NIGHT
Shiv is in a trance, eyes closed, fists clenched. His matted locks are illuminated by a blue glow. The ground around him trembles as a shadowy figure begins to take shape.
A roar erupts, and a towering warrior emerges from Shiv's body. Veerabhadra stands at over 20 feet tall, his form shrouded in darkness. His eyes blaze with fury, and his muscles ripple with raw power. He is a manifestation of Shiv's grief and rage, a being born of pure vengeance.
VEERABHADRA (voice echoing)
I am Veerabhadra. I am your wrath, your sorrow, made flesh.
Shiv opens his eyes, looking at the warrior. His face is a mix of horror and acceptance.

Scene 3: The Descent Upon Daksha's Yagna
EXT. YAGNA GROUND - DAY
Daksha's grand yagna is in full swing. Sages chant, priests perform rituals, and the air is filled with the smell of burning incense. The sky is clear, the sun shining brightly.
Suddenly, the heavens darken, and a howl pierces the air. Veerabhadra and Shiv's ganas — celestial beings of destruction — descend upon the yagna grounds. The ground shakes, and the sages and priests scatter in panic.
Veerabhadra raises his sword, a weapon forged from Shiv's anger. He moves with the grace and ferocity of a predator, cutting through the air with a deafening roar.
VEERABHADRA
Daksha! Your pride has led to this.
Gods and goddesses tremble as Veerabhadra approaches the altar. He slams his sword into the ground, causing a fissure to open up.
---
Scene 4: The Destruction of Daksha's Yagna
The chaos ensues. Sages flee, their robes billowing in the wind. Priests drop their ceremonial vessels, and the incense burns unchecked. The heavens darken further, and lightning crackles in the distance.
Veerabhadra tears through the altar, shattering it into pieces. He grabs Daksha by the throat and lifts him into the air.
VEERABHADRA
You have defied the will of the gods. You have dishonored my wife.
Daksha's eyes widen in terror as Veerabhadra throws him to the ground. The god's body is impaled by a sharp piece of the broken altar, and he lies there, dying.
---
Scene 5: Shiv's Silence
Shiv stands at the edge of the yagna grounds, watching the carnage unfold. His face is expressionless, but his eyes are filled with unspeakable sorrow.
SHIV (voice barely audible)
I cannot destroy him. He is my father.
---
Scene 6: The Revival of Daksha
Veerabhadra stands over Daksha's body, his sword still raised. Shiv approaches him silently, his presence almost spectral.
SHIV
You have done enough.
Shiv touches Daksha's forehead, and a blue light emanates from his hand. The god's broken body begins to glow, and a transformation takes place.
VEERABHADRA
What are you doing?
SHIV
I am giving him a chance to atone.
Daksha's head falls to the ground, and a new one grows in its place — a goat's head. The god's body convulses, and he rises to his feet, his eyes filled with horror.
DAKSHA
Shiv! What have you done?
SHIV
This is a symbol. A reminder of humility.

Scene 7: Shiv's Isolation
INT. SHIV'S MOUNTAIN Lair - NIGHT
Shiv sits in silence, surrounded by the ashes of Sati's pyre. He holds her remains in his arms, a small smile on his face.
SHIV (to himself)
I will find a way to bring you back. I will protect you, no matter what.
The camera pulls back, revealing a vast, starry sky. Shiv stands, carrying Sati's remains in his arms. He begins to walk towards the edge of the mountain, his eyes fixed on the horizon.
SHIV (final line)
I will carry you across the cosmos, my love.
The screen fades to black as the sound of thunder rolls in the distance.
