Chapter 2 - Rise of the Rocket Chickens

The basement was a maze of flickering lights and suspiciously loud clucks. Boltan adjusted his cracked helmet, peering into the smoky tunnel ahead. "Team, stay sharp. Anything could be down here."

"Yeah," Roxy muttered, pointing at a shadow on the wall. "Like that feathered death machine with glowing eyes."

From the darkness, a mechanical chicken strutted forward—metal wings spread wide, its beak sparking with miniature thrusters. On its back sat a glowing launcher labeled 'Prototype R-CLUCK-9000.'

Chiku froze. "Bro… that chicken has a rocket launcher."

"Correction," LagMan said as his game finally unlagged, teleporting him into the room mid-sentence. "That chicken has two rocket launchers."

Boltan stood up, covered in dust but grinning wildly. "Team… we've officially found the secret level."

"Secret level?" Roxy shouted. "We're about to be deep-fried!"

LagMan lagged again mid-run, glitching through a wall and reappearing beside the control console. "Hey, I think I found the off switch!" he said proudly—before accidentally pressing the self-defense override button.

Sirens blared. The floor panels opened, revealing dozens of rocket-chickens rolling out in perfect formation.

Roxy groaned. "Great. LagMan started a poultry apocalypse."

Boltan raised his pistol dramatically. "No retreat. No surrender. This is our zone!"

Chiku, somehow dual-wielding frying pans, nodded. "Let's make omelets."

The next ten minutes were pure chaos—blinding explosions, clucking war cries, and LagMan glitching through half the battlefield yelling "respawn me!" every few seconds. Roxy climbed atop a pile of crates, firing precise plasma bursts that turned the
