"Were you running from me, perchance?"
She quickly shook her head, trying to deny it. Her tail was dancing uncontrollably behind her, and her ears were standing upright, ready to get pet, so that meant she was happy to see me at least.
"S-Sylvie saw a squirrel! Sylvie was just chasing it when Lee grabbed her." She averted her eyes as she spoke. She could never look me in the eyes when she lied.
"Does that mean you're not happy to see me? Are you still mad about what happened before?"
"No. Sylvie not mad. Sylvie sorry. Umm…"
I couldn't fault her for having desires about having babies, since it's normal for werewolves and she trusted me enough to tell me even though she was embarrassed by it.
"Hop onto my back. I'll carry you."
"Eh?"
