Chapter 7 - Seven

The Alpha had spent the rest of the day fighting off the urge to call that sassy Omega and when he finally succumbed and called him he ignored all his calls.

And after each failed attempt to reach him—his anger increased to a higher level that by night time he was silently seething in anger after being ignored all day.

He went to the bar he had seen him the previous night, he wasn't sure if he would come to work but he waited impatiently.

A few Omegas tried their best to win his attention, he didn't even bother to spare them a glance or speak to them. Only one Omega occupied his thoughts.

His anger was about to reach a breaking point when he finally saw him walk in. Dressed casually he looked extremely beautiful that he wanted to carve out the eyes of other Alphas that stared at him as he walked past them.

"What is wrong with me?" He muttered in frustration as he watched him without blinking.

He had thought sex with him would get rid of the urge within him but it only seems to increase with each passing minute.

His fist tightened around the glass he was drinking from when he saw him smile at an Alpha.

With his hair slightly curly, he looked like a doll but except he wasn't like one when he speaks.

He decided to remain seated and watch him work for the night and maybe approach him after he closes but that thought was quickly discarded when an Alpha suddenly grabbed him and forced him to sit on his thigh.

His eyes darkened and the wine glass in his hand shattered under the pressure of his fingers.

He was a step away from charging towards the Alpha, and the Omega fighting to get out of his hold added to his anger.

When it looked like the Alpha was about to kiss him, he threw the half-drunk bottle of wine in front of him at the lewd Alpha without a second thought. Loud gasps and screams sounded and the sound of bottle breaking caused people to look over.

It took the Omega less than a minute to spot him from where he was seated.

He expected him to come over but instead he turned to the Alpha and ignored him once again.

"What the hell are you doing?" He said under his breath as he couldn't believe he was getting ignored right to his face.

Khael could not believe his eyes at the Alpha that looked like he was ready to explode from anger.

He turned towards the injured and pissed Alpha beside him. He would deal with the cause later.

"Are you okay?" Khael said and tried to help him while his friend also pulled him off the ground. He doesn't have time to check who had thrown the bottle, and Khael wished it stayed that way because he felt the issue would escalate if they realised the truth.

"That is the motherfucker that threw it". One of his friends pointed towards him and Khael's heart skipped a beat.

"What was he doing here in the first place?" Khael thought in panic but instead of acknowledging them the Alpha stood up and walked towards him while they yelled angrily at him.

"What are you doing?" Khael whispered as he got closer enough to hear but he ignored his question and dragged him out by the arm.

"What the hell is wrong with you?

You just threw a bottle of wine at someone that didn't wrong you. Are you trying to kill him?!" Khael yelled loudly and the Alpha standing before him narrowed his eyes.

His eyes had gone a shade darker and the heat from his body made him take a step backward.

"He didn't wrong me? Why did he lay his hands on you?!" He asked through gritted and Khael scoffed.

He must be out of his damn mind.

"And so fucking what?

It's my body isn't?, what's your issue with it? And do I fucking know you?" He yelled with his chest heaving.

"Khael". The Alpha cautioned in a low and cold voice suddenly that it made him breath in sharply.

How did he find out my name?" Khael thought but was too stunned to speak again.

He scoffed and made to walk away but he was dragged back by the arm and the Alpha dragged him towards his car.

"I thought I told you to pick my calls whenever I call you?!" He yelled at him and Khael flinched but still didn't back down. Even though he was been carried with his legs not touching the ground, he fought against his hold.

"I do not report to you, I have done what you wanted, let me go!" He yelled but instead of letting him go, his grip tightened around his torso and he continued to drag him towards his car.

He opened the passenger seat with one hand and held him with the other. He threw him inside and was ready to shut the door but he sprang up from the seat and tried to get out.

The quick movement caused him to hit his head against the sharp edge of the door. He let out a yelp and went limp.

"Are you okay?" The Alpha asked and immediately went in after him to check his head.

Khael held a hand to his head and wept in pain.

"Let me see". The Alpha said softly and tried to remove his hands from his face.

He finally did and a light red spot had appeared close to his hair line. His eyes watered and he was a bit sweaty from all the scuffle.

"I'm sorry, let me check for an ointment". The Alpha said and went outside to check the compartment in the driver's seat.

But the Omega played smarter than him, he opened the car's door and ran back into the club.

Alpha cursed under his breath and hurried to go after him.

He had underestimated the cunning nature of the Omega but he was learning.
