By the time I finally managed to change my soaked panties, take a quick shower, and throw on some new clothes, I was definitely late. And when I say late, I mean more than just a few minutes. No, I was really late. And honestly, I hated being late, especially when it was for something as important as the banquet. But, was it necessary to change clothes and take a shower? Hell yes. You think I wanted everyone at this damn summit sniffing me like a pack of wolves and figuring out what I had been up to? Hell no.
