Chapter 9 - Chapter 9

As I anticipated it did not take long for Sara to deal with her opponent, the moment she landed a single hit the God abandoned the battlefield and teleported away.

I allowed him to do so for one simple reason, Sara's power of Decay is so terrible that the only way for a god to get rid of it is to allow it to consume them only to later reform whilst hoping never to run into my daughter ever again.

I on the other hand was easily keeping my two opponents in check, but the moment Sara joined me the conclusion was set in stone.

That doesn't mean that Atlas went down easy, as soon as he saw no way to escape he decided to create as much damage as he could.

His attacks turned indiscriminate, his only aim was to cause damage, whether that be to me, Sara, my army or this realm he did not care.

But I did, as an answer to his belligerent attitude I, for the first time, used my power of Creation to do more than merely create weapons.

In the palm of my hand a perfect ball of fire took shape, but this was no mere fireball. No, this was a miniature star imbued with the principle of hunger, in other words this fire will aim to eat away my opponent's energy reserves. This attack could damage even Transcendent beings like the Heavenly Dragons.

I charged the mad Titan and slammed my attack straight into his chest.

The result? The little ball of fire expanded just enough to engulf Atlas and visibly eat at his body. I tried to hold him in place so that he wouldn't escape my attack but he is the God of Strength and Endurance for a reason.

He was hurt but not as much as I hoped he would be. I changed tactics and instead created an armory's worth of God-slaying artifacts which I launched at him Gilgamesh style.

He dodged some of them but most hit true. At this point the only thing keeping him in the game is his Titan side along with his domain of Endurance.

I conjured a spear and charge aiming to keep him focussed on me alone.

Given how weakened he is currently, I did not fear to meet him in close quarters combat.

He quickly proved me wrong by shattering my conjured weapon with a punch, but I quickly recovered and used my shield to protect myself from his followup strike.

That punch was strong enough to send me flying for kilometers.

Atlas used the second it took me to rejoin the battlefield to tag team Sara with the help of Pallas.

By the time I intervened my daughter was on the brink of death.

Battles between beings of our power level are usually decided within minutes, but only if both sides hold equal energy reserves.

However if those fighting are not in the same league of power or if there is more than one of them then the only way to stay in the game would be if the weaker side has powers that can perfectly restrain those of the stronger party.

The best example is once more the Heavenly Dragons, those two monsters hold abilities that are polar opposites and so they perfectly restrain one another. Due to that, fights between the two Heavenly Dragons can last for weeks.

Sara's powers of Decay and Destruction could have held Atlas back until my return however if you factor in Pallas' presence then I must admit that she is lucky to still be alive.

The state of my daughter is the perfect example of what happens when one side is overly powerful whilst the other is radically inferior.

I used my greater authority over this dimensional space to forcibly teleport her away whilst I charged straight at Pallas.

Best to get the nuisance out of the way.

Do you know why I was obsessed with Creation?

Simple, all is born of Creation. Creation gives birth to Life and Life begets Death.

I once more conjured a spear however this time I created the spear to hold one purpose only, to kill the Titan Pallas.

This spear will have no other purpose, no other reason for existing, if even a child wished it they could shatter this spear to pieces however it will never fail to kill Pallas as long as it hits.

Atlas did try to get in my way, he tried to play the living shield as he did during this entire battle but he forgot, I don't need to go through him. Instead I teleported right behind Pallas and with a level of speed I never reached before now, I plunged my spear straight through his heart.

This is the beauty of my power of Creation, it does not matter if I hold power over any given aspect of reality for Creation is the origin of it all, as long as I am willing to invest a greater amount of energy to compensate then I can call upon any aspect of reality.

This attack might have been a bit more energy intensive but it allowed me to kill a tricky opponent with nothing more than a slight increase in my energy output.

Nevertheless the end justifies the means, now all I need to do is take down a weakened Atlas and this battle will be over.

I spared a look at how my army is fairing against the Greek monsters and was pleasantly surprised. My side had both quality and quantity so the outcome shouldn't have surprised me and yet it did.

My army was untested and honestly I knew little about the Greek monsters, since they are usually sealed in Tartarus, a place that is also a living Primordial. In other words a place I would not let my sight fall upon if I could help it.

I focussed once more on Atlas and this time I did not hold back.

I started by sending a wave of soul burning fire his way, followed by a rain of energy freezing ice shards, defence piercing water jets, concussive force blasts to restrict his movements, all while I never stopped launching god slaying weaponry.

Atlas tried time and again to shorten the distance between us however I now know better than to underestimate him.

I continuously bombarded him with all kinds of attacks directly targeting the soul, divinity and energy, the three great weaknesses of any god.

Understanding that his end at my hands is now a given fact, the Titan turned his attention to my army, deciding to target them since I am clearly beyond his reach.

Fine, let him.

I allowed him to rampage after all my army can always be brought back.

The battle between us continued for an hour still. The Titan God gave it his all rampaging all over this continent but even the god of strength and endurance has limits. Seven hours after the battle began, Atlas the Titan God finally collapsed.

I could have finished him off but what would that do for me? He would simply spawn anew, and Kronos will have his enforcer back. No, instead I plan to imprison him, he will remain weakened due to Sara's Decay and who knows maybe one day I will find use for him.

I manipulated the ground to surround his limbs forming shackles then transmuted them into Mithril.

Better safe than sorry.

"Hmm… I guess I will have to rebuild this continent, I do look forward to it."

It has been a week since the invasion of the Greeks and things are back to the way they were supposed to be.

I occasionally peeked at Kronos to see how he would react to his force's defeat and needless to say he was livid.

I was interested in when his next invasion would be but apparently he decided to wait until those who were slain reform.

This should buy us at least a year, perhaps longer.

The Greek's invasion was a nice test of my Dimensional defenses all while serving as a test to see how strong I truly am, after all the rankings are only useful when ranking people by their energy reserves. Any power they may have is not taken into account, this makes things awkward at times.

For example Atlas stands at the very peak of the God Class, and if he were to enter his true form then he would most definitely reach high within the Super Class. However when you factor in his godly domains, martial arts and all the advantages his Titan side grants you get the feeling that ranking him along with those in the God Class is somewhat insulting, and in my eyes you would be right.

Atlas, without using his True form could fight and defeat many in the Super Class all thanks to his many advantages when it comes to combat.

Of all the invaders he was in a league all his own.

I can't help but respect him, after all he is the first great challenge I ever faced.

That does not mean that I would waste such a resource.

As soon as I was certain that he could not escape his binding I turned him into a stud…

Yeh, you heard that right, I turned him into a Godly Titan DNA distribution hub if you know what I mean. From what I hear my female descendants are quite happy with their new toy.

Poor guy, this must feel humiliating for a mighty Titan God to be reduced to this…

Seriously, who cares? He's not even the first person I reduced to such a state. Remember those traitorous descendants I previously mentioned? Yup… I did the same to them, they like Atlas were powerful and I was unwilling to let their blood be wasted.

Instead I came up with a crude use for them.

As the saying goes, waste not, want not.

I have half a mind to go and capture a few more Titans to help shorten the queue but no need, they will come to me soon enough and when they do I will be sure to add them to my collection.

My Sara was hurt during the Greek's invasion of my realm so I used nursing her back to health as an excuse to pamper her a little.

She is quite the mama's girl so I treated her the way I used to when she was still a child and I could feel through our soul corridor that she loved it.

For about a week all we did was watch movies, play video games, visit the nearby city for some shopping, eat nothing but desert, and her favorite part, sleeping in my arms.

To be fair I also liked the change of pace. I usually spend my time with my harem, adding to my realm, or working on magic so spending time with my favorite person in the whole world was indeed a nice change.

sadly nothing lasts forever,

A week after my darling fully recovered I decided to return my focus to the Naruto multiverse which I recently ran into.

Worlds of this level are frankly of little value to me given how limited their power levels are in the grand scheme of things. However what interested me were the unique abilities born of the soul along with those that manipulate reality such as Izanami and Izanagi.

By adding those powers to my database I might one day find use for them in the same way I did with the Power of Destruction, for even if I could not use them myself I could instead find someone loyal to me that could.

It was during my time observing a truly infuriating parallel universe where Naruto was not only mistreated as is common, but abused in ways I simply could not tolerate that I decided to test out an idea.

What if, like I did when communicating, I could use my Sight as an intermediary to create an avatar I could puppet?

This would be a mix of how gods in ASOIAF manifest and the puppetry from the Sand Village only without all the complicated techniques for my will is enough.

Truly ideas and perspective are some of the most valuable things I could acquire from the outside.

I indeed succeeded and so I spared no time spiriting Naruto away from that village of madmen. I then spent years in his world raising him and teaching him all he would need to survive and thrive.

To me this was normal, I have been a mother and a father a thousand times over, at this point raising children is just instinctual.

I also used my puppet to experience the chakra of the Naruto world since I did not want to incorporate such a flawed system of energy into myself, but at the same time who didn't want to use hand signs and go all "Majestic Destroyer Flame!" on the ass of the five Kages?

I might be a millenia old monster but I still have human desires and dancing with the five Kage was on my bucket list, so of course I had to go through with it.

You guessed it, this time I was the one who collected the tailed beasts but instead of using them to free Kaguya I instead used magic to strip them of their will and incorporate them into my adopted son, turning him into a half human half chakra beast hybrid.

By doing so I turned Naruto into the single most powerful human to ever live, especially since this Naruto Multiverse does not have Otsutsuki, instead Kaguya was a priestess who ate the fruit of the divine tree which contained much of the world's malice.

Truly it is a wonder how infinite the beyond truly is.

I created a lesser copy of my soul and granted my puppet true life so that she may accompany Naruto to the end. I on the other hand continued my observations of this multiverse, however now that I am truly able to interact with the world I took great joy in making the Konoha four suffer.

Author's note:

Hope you like the chapter, I will have more time to write in December so get ready for things to pick up.

The Great War is just around the corner, hell you could say that it has already started only that all parties limit themselves at using third parties to fight.
