Chapter 26 - When a Man Has Money, the Fun Multiplies

**[Outdoor Private Photos]**

**[Fragrant Shoulders and Long White Legs]**

After finishing dinner, Jiang Beicheng and Hai Lin returned to the hotel to rest.

Upon entering the room, Jiang Beicheng picked up his phone and glanced at it. Li Xingying had sent him a few artistic photos.

They were taken by a small stream in the wilderness.

It was the kind of Eastern aesthetic that had become quite popular on the internet in recent years.

In the minds of many female influencers, this style was even considered a representation of traditional Chinese charm.

Whether it was truly "traditional" or not was hard to say, but the "charm" was undeniably well-executed.

Li Xingying was wearing a long white dress, with her upper body revealing fair, fragrant shoulders and alluring collarbones. The hem of the dress barely covered her thighs, with slits on the sides showcasing her long, slender legs.

Against the backdrop of mountains and water, it exuded a unique kind of "charm."

When appreciating private photos, Jiang Beicheng always viewed them through two lenses: one refined, the other vulgar.

The refined lens appreciated the artistry of photography and aesthetics.

The vulgar lens was more straightforward—beauty, legs, delicate feet, and... well, the obvious assets.

Li Xingying's set of photos leaned more toward the refined side.

Jiang Beicheng replied to Li Xingying: "Taken by a female photographer?"

Li Xingying: "[Shocked][Shocked] How did Young Master Jiang know?"

Jiang Beicheng responded seriously: "You can tell from the composition. Male photographers don't compose like this; they chase visual impact."

"Young Master Jiang sure understands men. No surprise, you're a photography enthusiast," Li Xingying said. "Whenever I shoot photos like these, I only dare to work with female photographers. I can't relax with a man around."

Jiang Beicheng: "Actually, I've done some research on private photoshoots myself. I could shoot a set for you sometime."

Li Xingying burst out laughing, sensing that Jiang Beicheng was starting to "drive the conversation into spicy territory." Lately, their chats had a tendency to veer onto the "highway" without either of them noticing.

Several times, she'd ended up hugging her strawberry bear plushie while sleeping.

In a few fleeting moments, her mind conjured up dreamy and thrilling scenarios.

But with their upcoming international trip together, she was very much looking forward to the moment when their chemistry would naturally lead to a deeper connection.

She felt that both the process and the outcome would be wonderful.

"Young Master Jiang, are you talking about the kind of private photos where I don't wear any clothes?" she teased.

Jiang Beicheng: "A woman who's too smart isn't always a good thing."

Li Xingying: "[Giggle] Young Master Jiang, you're creating *art*."

Jiang Beicheng: "It's been a while since I found creative inspiration in a woman. You've sparked my creative desire."

Li Xingying clutched her phone, laughing uncontrollably.

Before anything physical happens between a man and a woman, their flirting is always limitless and unrestrained.

That's exactly what she and Jiang Beicheng were experiencing now.

This kind of interaction was a mental prelude, heightening the comfort and excitement of that final physical moment.

Li Xingying didn't respond directly to Jiang Beicheng's comment and instead sent a few [Sly Smile] emojis.

The playful undertone was obvious to a seasoned player like Jiang Beicheng.

In the lingo of online treasure appraisers, Miss Li was currently "very open for business."

Jiang Beicheng: "Anything else you need to buy? Let's make some time to shop in the next couple of days."

Li Xingying: "Everything's ready. Young Master Jiang, want to have lunch together tomorrow? My treat."

Jiang Beicheng: "I'm free."

"Great, see you tomorrow, Young Master Jiang. Good night."

After saying good night, Li Xingying sent a [You're So Naughty] emoji.

Jiang Beicheng shook his head with a smile, put down his phone, and went to take a bath.

At ten in the morning, Jiang Beicheng received a message from Li Xingying.

She had something urgent to deal with that morning and asked to meet for dinner instead.

Jiang Beicheng didn't mind. Breakfast or dinner—it made no difference to him.

Even if she flaked on him today, he wouldn't care too much.

For him, a day's fun wasn't limited to just having a meal with a woman.

He could play a round at the Poly Golf Garden, chat with the old-timers at the Harley flagship store, smoke cigars with friends at the Great Wall Elite Club, or go back to his hometown to fish with his grandma…

Reading a book, hitting the gym, or even visiting a spa to "reflect on life" were all options.

As long as a man has money, the possibilities for fun are endless.

But before he could decide how to spend the day, Xu Ru called.

She said the designer needed to go over the renovation plans with him again.

The concepts and blueprints were ready, but some details still needed refining.

Jiang Beicheng went downstairs to the Guanghuan building.

He delegated most tasks to his team, but when it was time for him to step in or make decisions, he had to play the part of the boss.

"Mr. Jiang, for the lobby's wood carvings, should we use Hainan rosewood or Burmese rosewood? Should we incorporate elements of wine culture into the wine cabinet's design? What specifications for the lighting in the kitchen display area? …"

Jiang Beicheng reviewed the blueprints and the site while discussing with the designer.

"Young Master Jiang, iced Americano or cold brew?" Xu Ru asked, heading to get him coffee.

"Iced Americano," Jiang Beicheng replied with a smile and a nod.

He continued discussing materials with the designer.

"Here you go, Young Master Jiang," Xu Ru said, handing him the coffee. After a moment's hesitation, she added, "Young Master Jiang, I saw Miss Li at the café."

Jiang Beicheng: "Li Xingying?"

"Yeah, she was sitting in the café with a man, discussing something. She seemed quite troubled," Xu Ru said.

The last time Jiang Beicheng brought Li Xingying to Li's Restaurant, Xu Ru had taken note of her.

She'd even spoken up for Jiang Beicheng back then.

When she saw Li Xingying at the café today, Xu Ru paid extra attention.

"Lots of people come to Guanghuan on weekends," Jiang Beicheng said, standing up. "The plans are mostly finalized. If any issues come up when the construction team starts, we'll stay in touch."

"Alright, Young Master Jiang. Thanks for coming in person today."

"Sister Xu, how am I supposed to respond to that?" Jiang Beicheng said with a smile. "Should I say I fully trust you, or admit I'm just a hands-off boss?"

Xu Ru immediately tensed up.

She realized she'd misspoken.

She quickly apologized.

Watching Jiang Beicheng's retreating figure, she felt a lingering sense of unease.

Had Young Master Jiang really never worked in a corporate setting before?

If his demeanor and charisma were innate, that was almost terrifying.

Jiang Beicheng headed straight to the café, curious to see what could be troubling Miss Li.

He didn't want some trivial issue to derail their travel plans.

Pushing open the door, he walked toward Li Xingying's table. "Is something wrong?"

Li Xingying froze at the familiar voice, looking up at Jiang Beicheng, surprised to see him there.

The young man sitting across from her curiously asked, "Your lawyer?"

Lawyer?

Jiang Beicheng raised an eyebrow. So, Little Li was caught up in a lawsuit?

"Friend," Jiang Beicheng clarified.

Li Xingying scooted over to make room for him. "Looks like you're going to see me make a fool of myself again."

Her face was full of helplessness.

"Boyfriend? Quite handsome," the middle-aged man across from her said with a smile. "What's your surname, handsome?"

"Surname's Jiang," Jiang Beicheng replied politely, shaking his hand. He picked up the contract in front of Li Xingying. "Xingxi Agency?"

He looked at Li Xingying curiously. "You're signing with an MCN?"

Li Xingying shook her head and explained honestly, "When I was a junior in college, I did some live streaming for a couple of weeks, just for fun.

Back then, I didn't know much and thought streaming was interesting, so I just chatted casually.

In a daze, I signed a contract with this Xingxi Agency. Later, I didn't want to stream anymore, so I stopped.

In the two or three years since, they never contacted me or mentioned the contract.

But today, they showed up with the contract, demanding I pay a penalty for breaching it. I'm completely dumbfounded."
