Chapter 3 - Chapter 3 How can you play against the star destroyer?

tak terjawab. Ini... sungguh di luar kemampuan mereka.

Another world.

Leon responded to Grey Wind's question about recruiting players from another world.

He left a note: "Just do it yourself, don't mess it up!" Then he stepped into the gravity well, and quickly arrived on Planet Earth.

A gravity well is a tunnel formed by gravity that compresses the surrounding space, leading directly to the target. The space around those inside also compresses, so no matter how fast they travel, those inside cannot sense anything unusual.

However, because the air inside the tunnel is compressed and unable to escape, the gravity elevator's rapid descent inevitably compresses the air below. Although most of the air escapes through the gaps around the space elevator, the air pressure below remains high.

A few seconds later, a powerful sonic boom echoed, and Leon stood in the square of Eden's capital.

The people around him lost their voices and fled in terror from the powerful sonic boom.

Leon stared unconcernedly at the fleeing crowd. His failure to descend immediately served as a warning to them: their own desire to witness the excitement had led to this outcome.

The greatsword in his hand, a symbol of imperial power, was embedded in the solid stone slab. Ignoring the gazes of those around him, Leon slowly sat down on the flower bed with his hands on his knees.

His arrival would surely attract their attention. Now he just needed to wait.

More than half an hour later, several military vehicles entered the square.

Leon propped his knee with his left hand, while his right arm rested on his right leg, holding a small flower. His face was serious and handsome, and no one could tell what he was thinking.

"Excuse me, sir, are you the alien who suddenly visited a year ago?"

He raised his head to look at the middle-aged man in a suit before him, then turned to glance at the large man in military uniform beside him.

In his vision, many armed soldiers not far away were staring at him intently.

Leon nodded, not intending to argue with them.

"Get straight to the point. As 'examinees,' your answers are relatively good."

"Now it's your turn to make your final choice. Will you lead your people to join the Empire unconditionally, or wait with those poor sheep for my safety? Or will you emulate those capitalists who claim to fight to the end but will abandon most of their people and flee?"

The two exchanged glances, pondering that the aliens were similar to themselves, one thing they couldn't deny: how could they speak their language so fluently, so straight to the point... and even using idioms!

They had come here on behalf of their superiors, to test these aliens' intentions.

However, no one expected them to let such a thorny issue slide.

 Furthermore,

The alien only said they could join the so-called Empire, but didn't specify in what capacity.

If they joined as slaves, they might as well die!

"Excuse me, Mr. Alien, could you give me a moment to think?"

Leon snorted.

He dropped the small flower in his hand and slowly stood up.

His majestic figure towered head-high over the alien.

Coupled with his high-tech nano-armor, he exuded an oppressive aura!

"Time?"

"I've given you a year. Now we just have to find the final answer."

"If I enslave you, do you think you can resist?"

As soon as those words were spoken, both men swallowed hard.

The soldiers behind them even raised their weapons slightly, just in case Leon suddenly went berserk.

But they were really overthinking it.

If Leon wanted to attack them, who among those present could resist him?

"Okay, I don't want to waste time here. I want your answers now."

"Either join unconditionally, or take out those toys and show your courage?"

The two men were completely clueless.

Was this alien made of stone? How could he be so decisive? Couldn't he give them some time?

Anxious, they immediately took out their phones and made a call.

They reported the incident to their superiors.

After much hesitation, they finally insisted that Leon give them a few days to consider.

They couldn't believe that Leon, after waiting a year, wouldn't give them a few days to think it over.

"Well, it seems I'm overthinking things."

"..." The two men.

How could Leon conceal the phone conversation?

The weakening of political power has led to extremely slow administrative efficiency.

The answer was almost written on paper, but the other party insisted on discussing it.

After all, if he truly had ill intentions towards Earth, or wanted to enslave them,

who could stop him if he wanted to act? He

just wanted to gain more benefits.

Seeing the other party using the same rhetoric and political tricks,

Leon was a little annoyed.

"Perhaps it's the peaceful environment that makes you ignore the darkness and cruelty of the universe."

Leon took a deep breath and shook his head.

"This isn't your fault. After all, how could a primitive civilization experience the darkness and cruelty of the universe?"

"But it doesn't matter, because you'll experience it soon."

What does that mean?

Everyone was shocked.

Is the other party going to war with Earth Star?

Facing the crowd's panic, Leon didn't explain.

A large hand swept across the space in front of the two of them, and a projection appeared.

"Greed is the root of all intelligent life."

"Since you desire greater benefits than me, I must test your qualifications."

A large screen appeared before everyone, showing a dense, endless swarm of Zerg. They were fighting each other, yet also cooperating, quickly collecting minerals from G-4 and transporting them back to their home planet.

"This is the situation on G-4, which you call the Chocolate Planet."

"This planet is already infested with Zerg armies, whose sole purpose is to devour and destroy. They were not caused by me, but by a general disaster in the universe."

Next year, they will develop interstellar travel and land on Planet Earth. At that time, all of humanity will become their food."

The eyes of the two men flashed with terror, and the surrounding crowd screamed in fear.

"My original intention was for you to become my subjects after unification.

But you have behaved like a primitive civilization in the universe, unable to grasp the current situation."

Leon placed his right hand on the hilt of his sword, summoning a gravity bridge.

As he left, he sneered, "Don't you want more power and benefits?"

"I gave you access to a million-ton transport ship. Grab your weapons and head to G-4 to fight these insects."

"For every insect you kill, you'll earn a place as a First-Class Citizen of the Empire."

He sneered.

"Don't worry, I'll activate my planet-destroying neutron bombs to completely eradicate these insects before they develop interstellar travel."

"But for those who don't have a place, I'll also use my neutron bombs unconditionally to exterminate them."

"Let me see if you're qualified to negotiate with me!" The massive mothership, hundreds of kilometers long, struck people's hearts like a heavy hammer.

To ensure they had this capability, Leon released the mothership's lurking subspace. "This damn star destroyer is right in front of you, and you're still playing tricks!!!"
