He was Murakami's backup candidate for the Orga Driver, and a high-tier Original Orphnoch. The man was a fighter of few words. He twisted his neck, the bones cracking audibly. He then put the belt around his waist. He walked over to the elevator, heading straight for the underground lab to await Raven's arrival.
Inside the Smart Brain underground lab.
Raven stepped out of the elevator. The area wasn't as cramped as he'd imagined; instead, it featured a massive tunnel capable of accommodating large-scale transport. The lab itself was located at the very end of the tunnel.
He hadn't walked far when the previously dim tunnel suddenly lit up. A figure slowly emerged in the distance. Raven looked at him and the black and gold Emperor's Belt on his waist. Looks like the Smart Brain lab isn't going to be easy to break into after all, he thought.
Suddenly, a belt materialized out of thin air around his waist, as if summoned. This was the capability of the System Space: the ability to instantly choose and wear any belt stored within it, eliminating any fear of loss or delay in use.
At the same time, the user of the Orga Gear picked up his phone, entered the transformation code 000, closed it, and inserted it into the Orga Driver.
"Henshin."
The black and gold Photon Blood formed a framework that covered his body, and finally, with a blinding flash of light, he materialized as Kamen Rider Orga, the strongest symbol of a skirted black and gold Rider. He looked incredibly imposing and dangerous.
But Raven wasn't panicked in the slightest. Instead, he was excited by the hunt. He had to get his hands on this belt no matter what!
He held the Delta Phone up to his mouth.

However, Psyga had the advantage of agility and superior aerial combat.

The previously silent Orga suddenly roared, charging straight at Raven. His speed was also astonishing, second only to Psyga's.

"Never mind. If we can just capture him, we'll figure it out." Murakami believed Raven's defeat was inevitable and saw no reason to worry. He was extremely familiar with Orga's power.

Raven used his agility to continually circle Orga. Unfortunately, while his attacks had an effect, they weren't very noticeable. Orga truly did have maxed-out defense, only the Faiz Axel Form could realistically overpower him.
"The game is over."
Orga drew his Orga Stlanzer, transforming it into a giant light sword. He stepped forward and swung the blade at Raven.
Just then, Raven suddenly used his Blaster to destroy several of the tunnel's overhead lights. The area instantly went dark. Orga lost his vision for a moment and panicked slightly.
Then, a silver triangular marker suddenly struck his body from above. Raven immediately appeared overhead, executing a perfect Rider Kick pose.
The Delta Hammer, Lucifer's Hammer!
The power of this move was arguably the strongest among the three Faiz series belts. Raven put all his strength into the kick.
"Ughh!"
Orga struggled to endure the Delta Hammer. Because it was a sudden attack, he was completely unprepared, taking the full force of the blow. Had he been facing it head-on, he could have mitigated much of the damage with his arms.
BOOM!
Raven successfully pierced straight through Orga. Orga was instantly covered in electricity, his body consumed by red flames, and a triangular symbol appeared on him.
Kamen Rider Orga was finished, just like that.
"Orga really is the 'little brother.'"
Raven finally relaxed. Orga's theoretical power might have been strong, but he still lost. After all, this wasn't a turn-based game; victory ultimately depended on skill and maneuvering.
He picked up the Orga Driver from the ground and stored it in his System Space. It was his first trophy in this world.
In the President's office, Kyouji Murakami had lost the camera feed and didn't know if the battle was over. But when he saw a completely unharmed Raven walking towards the lab entrance on the security camera, he froze.
That means… Orga has already been defeated?
How could he have been defeated so easily…?
"Something terrible is about to happen…" Seeing that there was no power left to stop Raven from entering the lab, Murakami closed his eyes, feeling as though all was lost.
