Raven was immensely excited; with this, he could perfectly resolve Yuka's physical problems! Her lifespan would no longer be an issue.
He hadn't expected this particular absorption to be completed so easily.

"Hold on. I still have one thing I need to do: I'm going to personally defeat Psyga and get his belt." Raven wasn't about to let Takumi Inui steal his kill.
He immediately left the laboratory.
At that moment, he realized that the underground tunnel actually connected directly to the stadium arena. He followed a faint glimmer of light in the distance.
When he arrived, he saw Mari locked in a cage, along with a colossal Rhinoceros Orphnoch.
However, it seemed Takumi hadn't arrived yet.
Raven smashed his way out through a passage blocked by iron bars. The resulting commotion instantly drew the attention of the entire audience.
"Mr. Raven!"
Mari's heart lifted when she saw Raven suddenly appear in the cage, as if she had spotted a savior.
At the same time, a tall man looked toward Raven in the arena from the spectator entrance in the distance. This was Leo.
"This time, I definitely won't lose!"
Leo was still unaware that Raven had already cleared Smart Brain's final boss and defeated the Ground Emperor. Full of confidence, he grabbed the Emperor Phone and transformed into Kamen Rider Psyga.
He then flew straight toward Raven.
"Psyga!"
"Psyga!"
The entire stadium erupted in cheers for Psyga.
The build-up Smart Brain created for the two Emperor's Belts was unprecedentedly grand, specially hosting this "Beast Fighting Tournament." They even dragged out a gigantic Rhinoceros Orphnoch created in the lab as the final act. The goal was to demonstrate the power of their company's two Emperor's Belts to the world.
"Mr. Raven, look out!"
Mari spotted Psyga flying in the distance and kindly warned Raven, who had his back to the attacker.
But how could Raven not notice the assault from Psyga?
In an instant, he rapidly grabbed the Delta Phone and shouted the transformation command.
He completed the transformation in an instant.
Then, without even turning his head, he countered Psyga's attempted charge with a flawless Roundhouse Kick, sending him crashing into the Rhinoceros Orphnoch.
This scene stunned the entire audience, who had been cheering for Psyga. Who was this person, so strong that he could counter Psyga's sneak attack?
Mari, in the cage, also gaped, marveling at Raven's power. He seemed even stronger than he was the last time he fought Psyga.
Raven extended a classic taunting gesture toward Psyga in the distance. "Is that all you've got?"
Now that Raven's main body had received significant enhancements, even when using the Delta Driver, the power he could unleash was far greater than before. Psyga was absolutely no match for him.
"You bastard!"
The arrogant Leo would never tolerate such a provocation. He immediately charged forward again, launching an energy attack from the ends of the Flying Attacker while mid-air.
He'd learned his lesson this time, no longer stubbornly engaging in ground combat, but wisely utilizing his aerial advantage.
Seeing this, Raven could only continuously shift his position, dodging the attacks.
Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang!!
Soon, Psyga's intense barrage created a huge plume of smoke over the arena.
Raven seized the opportunity, slotting the Mission Memory into the Delta Mover. The device shifted into Pointer Mode, which he then attached to his lower leg.
A silver light cone quickly shot out from the massive smoke cloud, hitting Psyga in the sky. It locked him in place!
Raven then launched an anti-Newtonian Rider Kick from the ground, flying straight toward the light cone.
He unleashed the Lucifer's Hammer once more!
BOOM!
A massive explosion erupted in the air.
Raven's figure descended and landed on the other side of the arena.
Kamen Rider Psyga was instantly defeated with virtually no resistance. The battle concluded so quickly that the audience barely had time to react.
It was a while before the stadium finally boiled over.
"Seriously, refund our money!"
Some audience members who had paid a high price for tickets specifically to watch a battle between Psyga and Faiz were furious.
"Is this the Emperor's Belt they hyped up for so long? It's so trash!"
Order in the entire venue instantly spun out of control. Everyone was cursing and shouting.
Smart Brain's staff were helpless; they couldn't possibly maintain order. After all, the battle had ended much faster than they had anticipated, completely contradicting their prior promotional content.
"That was wonderful, Mr. Raven!"
Mari was genuinely happy for him, seeing how quickly Raven had finished the fight.
Raven walked toward the Leo, who was beginning to turn to dust, absorbed his energy, and then picked up the Emperor's Belt.
"Finally, it's mine."
He personally quite liked Psyga's design, so he couldn't wait to try it on.
After de-transforming from the Delta Driver, he put on the Emperor's Belt and entered the code 315 for transformation.
"Henshin!"
As the sound effect rang out, blue Photon Blood spread across Raven's body. The brand-new Kamen Rider Psyga appeared before everyone.
And at that moment, as luck (or bad luck) would have it, Takumi Inui finally arrived, belatedly entering the stadium.
The first things he saw were Mari in the cage and Psyga nearby!
"I have to save Mari!"
With firm resolve, Takumi Inui grabbed the Faiz Phone and rushed over. He completed his transformation while running.
He clearly mistook Raven for Leo.
"Takumi! What are you doing? That's Mr. Raven!"
Mari shouted desperately, but the entire audience had started to riot again. Their noise was deafening, completely drowning out Mari's voice.
Raven in the distance was actually happy about this. Having just obtained two Emperor's Belts, he needed a suitable opponent. Takumi Inui was naturally the best candidate.
The latter was also the strongest fighter in this world!
"Bring it on!"
Raven prepared himself. The instant Faiz charged forward, he launched his attack.
Faiz in his basic form was naturally no match for Psyga, especially with Raven as the wearer. Takumi Inui soon tasted the same utter defeat that Masato Kusaka had experienced earlier.
He was beaten without being able to mount any defense.
