Naruto: I Am the Weapon — Chapter 1: Sparks and Scars
The training ground was a crater of dust and splintered trees. Steam rose.
Naruto stood there, chest heaving,hands on the ground too weak to move. His breath was ragged. Jiraiya sat on a rock a few meters away, scratching his head with that half-annoyed, half-amused look.
"Not bad, brat," the Sannin muttered. You actually manage to get close to hitting this time.
Naruto grinned, wiped the blood from his lip. "Almost, huh? Next time, pervy sage, you're gonna be the one on the ground!"
"Keep talkin or I'll make ya spar with a toad next round."
"At least the toad will be better looking and less perverted, " Naruto grinned while struggling to stand up.
Naruto froze.
The more he thought of it the more he realized in a lot of his memories in his fight he sees his original self.
"Ero-Sennin, why do you remember the action of my shadow clones?" Naruto asks.
"Hahaha come naruto you are really telling me that you never realize that you retain the memories of your shadow clones." Jirya laughed so hard he had to hold his bell like it hurted.
Naruto seeing this walks away to somewhere far away from him and does the shadow clones hand sighs. In puff a second naruto appears and gathers chakra to his feat ready to climb trees.
As the clone starts climbing the tree he sits down and the original naruto starts to mold chakra.
After ten minutes recovering all his chakra and his clone doing the walking tree exercise multiple times he releases the shadow clone leading to a flood of memories. All the feeling the shadow clone went through came back to him then a sudden feeling of tiredness came with the memories.
"How did I never notice this " when he thinks back to it every time he used a shadow clone he was in a high stress situation.
'Well we can at least try it.' Naruto starts doing the shadow clone hand sighs and summons 10 clones
"Ok everyone you know what to do start training the resangan by yourself." Naruto looks on to all the other shadow clones.
The clones nodded, spreading out across the clearing. Soon the air filled with the sound of chakra spinning. Naruto watches on seeing how the chakra sphere the shadow clones made were weak. The shadow clones couldn't produce enough chakra while keeping it compressed like a sphere.
"Tch how does pervy sage make it look so easy," while the shadow clones training naruto start molding chakra after a 1 hour.
Naruto gets exhausted from it all and completely pushes himself to the limit leaving only enough energy to get back to his room.
After which he dismissed the shadow clones, the sudden amount of information and exhaustion nearly brought him to his knees; he pushed past the exhaustion and walked to the inn they were staying at.
Naruto walked through the quiet streets of the village they were staying in. The night air was cool, brushing against his skin, carrying the faint smell of ramen from a nearby stall.
He pushed open the door to the small inn. The old lady behind the counter looked up, eyes narrowing slightly. "What would you like, Naruto? " the old lady smiles.
Naruto gave a tired smile "can i get a bowl of ramen."
She chuckled softly. " your to young to be eating ramen all the time. You need some meat and vegetables in the house so you cant refuse mister."
The old lady nodded, disappearing into the back. Naruto leaned his head on his hand, eyes half open. He exhausted his physical and spiritual energy too much.
The exhaustion from his clones trying to perfect the Resegan was a bit overwhelming.
When the food came, he didn't waste a second. Naruto devours his food.
He stood up, paid for the meal, and dragged himself upstairs to his room. The moment his head hit the pillow, the exhaustion finally caught up.
As sleep started to pull him under, his last thought flickered through his mind like a spark in the dark.
If one clone could train for hours… what if I used a hundred? A thousand?
His lips curved into a faint, tired smile.
"I'll get stronger," he whispered to himself. " I won't lose to you again sasuke."
The night was silent except for his slow, steady breathing.
Outside, the moon hung high above the quiet village — and somewhere far away, Jiraiya sat on a rooftop, looking in the same direction.
He sighed. "That kid's gonna burn himself out one day," he said softly.
Jiraiya looked through the window for a couple more seconds then disappeared and reappeared behind a sound shinobi.
"You can either make this easy and I will give you a quick and easy death or I have a toad eat you alive and you have to slowly get consumed." jiraiya says with kunia in his throat.
Sound release sound shock wave. A strong shock wave cracking the concrete in the surrounding area.
As it hits jiraiya jiraiya turns into a log.
Summon jutsu toad knight
A toad with a gratsword with armor appears and immediately subdues the sound ninja.
"Sound release sound bullet × 10
Ten sound shinobi Body Flicker out of nowhere and all release there justu.
Jiraiya also uses Body Flicker to dodge then uses.
Earth release Swamp of the Underworld
The swamp immediately catches everyone and immobilizes them.
"Now tell me where Orochimaru is," Jiraiya said, looking at them menacingly.
None of them answered. They refuse to answer none stop struggling
Jiraiya's eyes narrowed. "Fine."
He slammed his hands together, the ground beneath the swamp trembling. The Toad Knight shifted its stance, raising the greatsword high as the captured shinobi's eyes widened in panic.
Before the toad could strike, one of them screamed
" wait hes in the " the sound shinobi was about to say then.
"BOOM "
The sound shinobi exploded gut going everywhere and his intestine hangs on the roof.
