Fen slowly turned around with dread as she caught view of a girl hugging her tail.
*BONK*
The tall girl bonked the short one on the head. "Don't touch people randomly that's rude, Sakura."
"Hehe, sorry I couldn't help it, it was just so good!" The girl, Sakura apologized, "Anyways I'm Sakura, and this is Mary! What's your name fluff?"
"Uh-uh a he a-" Fen was panicking at the the girls' forwardness.

(POV: Sakura)
'Hmm, she seems stressed, I know what'll work!'
*pat* *pat*
I pat her head... and suddenly she calms down.. maybe a little too much...
"I can't believe that worked."(Mary)
"WUH! s-sorry about... th-that, I-I'm Fen, n-nice to m-meet you..." Fen looked very embarrassed. "A-Also sorry, I-I missed y-your na-mes."
'so she's called Fen!'
"Hehe no problem, again, my name is Sakura!"
"I'm Mary, sorry for this chaotic girl." 'Why is she apologizing? Oh well new fren!'
"Drinks for Mary and Sakura!" the second barista called them over.
"I'll get the drinks!"(me)
I walk over to grab our drinks when the barista whispers to me, "pst, that girl over there.
- points to Fen- She's a little stressed because school testing is about to start and she knows nobody there, so if you be her friend it'll help a lot, thanks"
'hehe little did she know I was already planning on it!' I thought as I walked back with the drinks.
"I'm back!" I give Mary her her coffee and sit across from Fen with Mary on my right and wall to the left.
"So, I heard you are stressed about participating in the school testing, right?" She looks shocked.
"H-how'd-d you know..." she looked down, embarrassed.
"hehe, it was the barista over there." -pointing towards said barista-
"Oh, it was Cin..." she mumbled to herself.
"Yep. Anyways wanna be friends?"
"S-Sure... (I guess)" 'hehe she's adorable being all shy like that.'
[-Author here: " (words) " means mumbling-]
"Sorry to pop your bubble Saki-chan," Mary interrupted my thoughts, "but we still don't know our way around the city, so how about you show us around a little Fen?"
"So you're from outside! what's your world like..." *pof* Fen seemed to just realize that we were new got excited and got embarrassed in the same moment.
"haha so cute."(me)
"D-Did you s-say something?"(Fen)
"hehe no~, anyways care to show us around, Fenny?"
"S-Sure (Fenny?)" she seemed a little confused.
-later, after Saki & co finish their drinks- (POV:3rd)
"So where will you bring us first Fen?" Mary asked the important question.
"Th-There's a p-place I go a lot, it's an-an arcade." Fen responded with a slight smile hidden behind her sleeves.
"cool there's arcades here!" Sakura started bouncing a little getting closer to Fen until a hand grabbed her by the scruff of her neck.
"are~ Mary why?" Sakura looked behind to Mary.
"You were looking at her ears, I know you want to touch them, but show some restraint please." Mary gave her a slight scolding, that Fen heard.
'So she likes my ears?' she thought while touching them.
"Anyways shall we go Fenny?" Sakura asked while still being held like a mischievous kitten.
"Y-Yeah." Fen then brought them out the cafe and showed them around the city while they walked to the arcade.
-meanwhile-
In another location, which is the equivalent to a cosplay cafe, a black haired kitsune is taking off her hair dye with her friend.
"Hey, Chi-chan, what are you going to do after this." Her friend asks asks.
"I'm going to my home, I've got to babysit my little rascals called siblings."
Contrary to her words though, 'hehe with my allowance I was able to hire a temp babysitter, I'm sorry little ones, but I wanna try out the new battle sim in the arcade before school testing.'
"Huh, sure sure." She was skeptical, mainly because of the slight twitch of Chise's ears.
"Great! gotta go now, see you tomorrow, bye Toka!" Chise hurried off... and forgot to take off her uniform.
Another employee walks into the room. "She doesn't know that we know about her cosplay and game obsessions, does she, boss?"
"... not at all, hell, I'm pretty sure she doesn't even know I own this place." *sigh* "Her ears are a dead giveaway."

Chise is currently running towards the arcade 'Hopefully the Ice Queen isn't here, she usually isn't in the middle of the day'
Soon she made it to the front of the arcade, however across from her, is an unmistakable pair of ears, however today is different.
'It's her! but there's no mask!' Chise thought, missing the fact she was showing around people.
Suddenly, they lock eyes.
"Ice Queen."
"Fox."
It was if sparks were flying between them.
Suddenly a 3rd voice enters the fray. "Fen, what's going on?"
Chise looks to see who interrupted them, turns out it's our resident shapeshift, Sakura.
"Hoh, so who might you be." Chise asks
"I'm Sakura, nice to meet you. Wanna join us?" She offers a hand shake, but her being a little over half of Chise's height makes it slightly awkward.
Chise looks to her extended hand, to her chest, then to her own modest chest, the difference was too much for her.
"hmph" Chise turns her head away, ears flicking. "I'm definitely more beautiful than you, shorty."
*crack*
"huh, and where did that come from, flatty." Somehow Sakura was very intimidating.
