After all Lucas father is a Grade 3 knight it means a swordsman who can harness aura into their swords
Aura is the term for mana/magicules in this world.
And a grade 3 knight is a very sought talent in this world if you are grade 1 knight you can feel the mana and manipulate a part of your body to strengthen it.
Grade 1 knight can be conscripted in a noble man's private knight army.
Grade 2 can used aura to strengthen the entire body, you can be a squad captain with the monthly salary of 10 silvers.
Grade 3 knight can coat the sword with mana to strengthen and sharpen the blade, can become a captain of a nobles private army with minimum salary of 30 silver to 1 gold every month.
Grade 4 is a super human,was been said that can conjure area attack just by swinging the sword. Grade 4 knight can join Royal knights.

The current strongest in the talata kingdom is grade 6 aura knight
