Chapter 145 - Chapter 145 Her Mother Was Not Coming

Being a doctor, I offered my professional opinion.

"The cut on your finger looks pretty deep. You need to get to the hospital for cleaning and stitches. If something rusty caused it, you'll need a tetanus shot too. Don't mess around with this," I typed.

After hitting send, I glanced at the photo again before locking my phone. Just as I was about to put it away, Vincent's response popped up.

"Are you at the hospital? I'll come to you for the wound cleaning and stitches," Vincent replied.

I didn't think much of it.

If I had, I might've realized someone like Vincent probably had his own private doctor. Even without one, the people around him would care more about his safety than he did. And if he were alone, he could just head straight to the hospital instead of asking for help online. By the time he got an answer online, he'd probably be half-dead from blood loss anyway.
