"What?! Arbok used Dragon Dance?"
How can a snake use Dragon Dance?

Simultaneously, the shaking ground attempted to interrupt Arbok's Dragon Dance.
Earthquake is an excellent move that combines power with disrupting the opponent's skill execution.
