Throh. A Pokémon first introduced in Generation 5. It looks very similar to Sawk, also introduced in the same generation, both wearing white outfits resembling martial arts dogi.

The two Pokémon clashed again.
Throh reached out to grab Mankey.
If Mankey were caught, the guaranteed critical hit from Storm Throw would deal massive damage.
It could even heavily injure Mankey in one hit.
But just as Throh's hands were about to close around Mankey, the monkey flashed aside, dodging the grab at a bizarre angle.
Having evaded Storm Throw, Mankey slipped to Throh's side and unleashed an Acrobatics imbued with Flying-type energy.

Throh cried out in pain as its massive body tipped to the side.

Seizing the moment while Throh was off-balance, Kenji issued another command.
Mankey seized the opportunity, pursuing Throh and sweeping its leg low against Throh's ankles.
Low Kick. The heavier the opponent, the greater the power.
Based on Throh's weight, Mankey's Low Kick would hit with a base power of around 80.

Mankey's sweep connected. Throh, already unstable, lost its footing completely and crashed heavily onto the ground.
