One more day of travel, and Kenji would cross Saibei Province and enter the Western Regions.

A dense buzzing sound, like a swarm of locusts passing through, filled the air.
Kenji frowned and looked around. Beedrill, Ninetales, and the other Pokémon were already alert, staring vigilantly toward the forest.
