Just then, Ning BaoCheng spoke up:
"From the past months, we can see that the market share price has taken a huge dip, and our company is losing its reputation in the market.
"It's only been for few months and the situation is already drastic. Due to the death of the previous chairman, it is understandable if that happened, but the recent projects you took, all flopped and it worsened the situation." He paused and looked at the shareholders present and continued.
"From this we can no longer keep silent and watch Shi Wang ruin this company, in the files by your right hand, you'll find information on some of our companies that are on the risk of shutting down."
"Even the smallest and basic contract you lost it to a simple startup company, if I was made the chairman all this wouldn't happen and with my capabilities we would get back and stand firm." Ning BaoCheng looked towards Cheng Yuan, the leader of the other faction and addressed him.
"Cheng Yuan, this is the company your brother-in-law and sister worked so hard for, do you want to see it ruined in the hands of the incompetent Shi Wang."
Ning BaoCheng speech was brutal; as he spoke he didn't bother to give Shi Wang any face, ruthlessly bringing him down.
Hearing Ning BaoCheng talk down on him, Shi Wang with self fueled pride he couldn't keep calm.
"Don't try stir to him up with your misleading and malicious words." Shi Wang retorted. He had an easily irritable personality.
"Brother Cheng, why don't we work together, we shouldn't let our families hard-work fall into the hands of outsiders." Shi Wang addressed Cheng Yuan.
"Hmph, Shi Wang don't think I am a fool and haven't noticed your works behind the scenes, no matter what show the both of you are trying to pull, incase you have forgotten Shi Nian is the rightful heiress to the Shi consortium."
"Brother Cheng, Shi Nian is just a little girl, with no real world experience, what does she knows about business wars, I'm just helping her."
"Nonsense!" Cheng Yuan bellowed angrily.
"Your schemes don't work on me, if you want to help her, you wouldn't have hidden and kept her away from the company, you should bring her here and guide her." he stated.
Ning Baocheng was happy with their conflict, if they were to continue like this he would be able to pull the remaining neutralist to his side with this internal family dispute, he smiled smugly with this thought in mind.
"Well Cheng Yuan, since you've seen through it all, I won't bother to continue with this façade. I have gotten Shi Nian shares and as of now I am the highest shareholder." Shi Wang brought out his trump card.
This stumped and silenced Ning Baocheng, Cheng Yuan and their supporters. Shi Wang reveled from their expression and had a large grin on his face.
"This is impossible, Shi Nian would never be so foolish, I refuse to believe this without any evidence." Cheng Yuan exclaimed.
Shi Wang signaled his secretary and the secretary shared the copies of the transfer agreement.
Looking at the furious expression on their faces Shi Wang could hardly hold back his excited and triumphant expression.
Shi Wang supporters stood up and applauded and all sorts of fawning and flattering resounded all over the place.
"Congratulations, Mr Shi, I mean Chairman Shi."
"Chairman Shi, we look forward to see you bring the Shi consortium to higher heights."
Shi Wang was smug and look at his opposers arrogantly as if saying, he won and they can never match up to him.
All the fawning and flattering voices pissed Cheng Yuan and just as he was about to speak, the door to the meeting room was pushed open, before saw the person walking in they heard a cold voice.
"Pardon my interruption, isn't it a bit too early to celebrate."
Just as they were wondering who would be so bold to interrupt them and speak so arrogantly, they heard the rhythmically clicking sounds of the shoes of the speaker.
They turned to the door and they were stunned to see Shi Nian standing at the door, especially Shi Wang, he was confused but yet he wasn't flustered the transfer documents are real and nothing can be changed.
Shi Nian walked in and took a sit in the meeting room and the lawyer sat right next to her, only now did they recognize she didn't come alone but with the late chairman Shi's lawyer.
They didn't notice earlier because Shi Nian presence was too strong and everything else could be so easily ignored.
Shi Wang ignored his niece and walked to the lawyer, he wasn't bothered by Shi Nian's presence to him she wasn't able to do anything but with the lawyer present he couldn't help but feel uneasy.

Just then Shi Nian spoke up, "Uncle, Mr Qin is my father's legal representative, it is only right he be present during this meeting, isn't this right?" She looked towards the shareholders, it was clear the latter statement was for them.
Shi Nian stood up and walked to the podium, "If you would excuse me, please pay attention everyone, thank you."
