Chapter 80 - Sleep With Akeno

Akeno bit her lower lip, her eyes darting away from Rian's gaze.

Her face flushed a deep red, and after a small pause, she muttered softly, "T-that's not it…"

She took a slow, shaky breath, then glanced at Rian with a mix of awkwardness and faint reproach. "You're awful, Rian…"

The redness on her cheeks, the subtle rise and fall of her shoulders with each unsteady breath, and the way her teasing eyes softened—all of it made Akeno look far more human than usual.

But right at that moment, Rian's confident, almost infuriatingly calm smile returned.

Seeing that smile, Akeno frowned, a flicker of irritation flashing across her face. Yet of course, Akeno Himejima was not the kind of woman who would back down easily.

With a graceful motion, she turned around—and a pair of magnificent black wings unfurled from her back.

The dark feathers spread wide, slipping effortlessly through her Kuoh Academy uniform without tearing a single thread.

The sight made Rian's eyes light up. From his Void Ring, he produced a special feather comb—one he had originally prepared for brushing Koneko's hair, if the opportunity ever arose.

However, to Rian, both Akeno's Fallen Angel wings and Koneko's soft hair were equally mesmerizing—each worthy of care and admiration.

Without saying a word, Rian moved closer and, with a gentle and deliberate motion, began to comb through Akeno's right wing.

His strokes were slow and careful, tracing along the delicate feathers from their base at her back all the way to the tips, each movement carrying a quiet rhythm and tender intent.

"~Ah… Nggh," Akeno gasped softly, her face turning crimson as her fingers clutched at the futon beneath her. "…B-be careful… that part is a little… sensitive…"

"Sensitive?" Rian glanced briefly at her flushed expression, his pupils widening slightly before he smiled faintly. "My bad… I'll be gentler."

His movements shifted—lighter now, smoother, like the caress of a spring breeze gliding over her wings.

"Does this feel better?" he asked softly.

Akeno's blush deepened, but her expression softened as well. There was unmistakable pleasure in her eyes, hidden behind her reddened cheeks.

She didn't answer with words—but the way her body relaxed, surrendering to his gentle touch, was answer enough.

"Fufu~" Akeno's soft, teasing laugh finally escaped her lips. "…Being touched by a man who actually knows how to treat a woman… feels wonderful, you know~"

"If you keep doing this… I might get addicted," she whispered faintly, as if not wanting the night to end.

Hearing her gentle murmur, Rian replied casually, his tone smooth and calm. "I wouldn't mind pampering every inch of you, Akeno."

"Ara~" Akeno's smile deepened, her eyes glimmering with a mix of mischief and warmth. "Then why don't we just do that now? I'm ready to be spoiled by you."

"Rian… you know?" she added, her voice dropping to a soft, sultry tone, "Even if you didn't say anything like that… just your voice alone is enough to make me want more with every second~"

Rian didn't answer. Instead, he slowly set the comb aside and replaced it with his fingertips—touching her feathers directly, tracing each one with delicate precision.

"Hngg...~" Akeno bit her lower lip, her shoulders trembling slightly. "You really do know… how to touch a woman."

Her breathing grew heavier, yet it still carried that graceful rhythm—like a whisper suspended between pleasure and warmth.

Rian leaned in slightly, whispering close to Akeno's ear from behind.

"Because I know… what's delicate shouldn't be forced, what's soft should be cherished…"

He paused for a moment, then continued in an even gentler tone, "And someone as captivating as you, Akeno… deserves to be savored slowly."

Akeno finally turned around, her violet eyes meeting his—not with teasing or seduction this time, but with a quiet, genuine warmth.

Her hands came up to rest on his shoulders, as if to make sure this wasn't just a dream.

Between them, the world seemed to fall silent. Their breaths were the only sounds left.

"Fufu~" Akeno let out a soft laugh, though her voice trembled slightly this time. She leaned closer, her lips barely apart. "If you keep talking like that… don't blame me if I get addicted."

"…You're dangerous…" she whispered, her eyes half-lidded. "Usually, I'm the one playing with others… but right now, it feels like… I'm the one being played~"

Rian only smiled, not rushing to answer.

In that quiet moment, he could tell—Akeno was already being swept away.

And he knew… one step further, and the lines between restraint and desire would blur beyond recognition.

Suddenly, Akeno pushed Rian down onto his back. In an instant, she was already on top of him.

Her black wings folded close, wrapping around them like a curtain of night that shut out the rest of the world.

Akeno's gaze shifted—no longer just playful, but like that of a gentle wolf, hungry for feeling, for closeness.

"If you keep treating me like this…" she whispered, her voice barely more than a warm breath against his skin, "…I won't be able to hold back, Rian~"

She leaned in slowly. The tip of her nose brushed against his, her breath tracing delicate warmth along his cheek.

Her slender fingers touched his chin, tilting it up slightly.

"…May I return the favor, darling?" Akeno murmured, her tone soft yet smoldering, as if waiting for permission to let the fire burn.

But Rian only gave a faint smile. His hand rose to caress Akeno's cheek, the gentle touch slowing the flow of time itself.

Then, with one smooth, decisive motion, he reversed their positions—turning the world upside down once more.

Now Akeno was in his arms, her face resting against Rian's chest, wrapped in the warmth of his presence.

Akeno froze for a moment, her breath catching. Her face flushed, her body tense—but slowly, she melted into that warmth.

Her heartbeat grew wild, fluttering like the restless wings of a butterfly.

"The walls in this apartment are thin," Rian murmured, resting his chin on top of her head. "I don't want the neighbors to hear us."

He held her closer—warm, calm, grounding. His voice was like a lullaby whispered into the quiet night.

"Sleep… Tomorrow, we have a date, remember? You must be tired. We can do what you want some other time."

Akeno couldn't reply. In that silence, all she could feel was the soft rhythm of his heartbeat—steady, soothing.

Fatigue mingled with comfort, and slowly, her eyes drifted shut. In his embrace… she fell asleep.

Realizing she had fallen asleep faster than he expected, Rian looked down at her peaceful face for a moment.

A faint smile curved at the corner of his lips. Rian slowly leaned down, pressing a gentle kiss to Akeno's hair before whispering, barely audible, "Oyasumi…"

With one arm still wrapped tightly around Akeno, his other hand reached into the void ring and pulled out a pitch-black sleep mask—the one he always used.

He took off his sunglasses, replaced them with the mask, and slipped it on in silence. From behind the soft darkness of the fabric, Rian closed his eyes—and drifted off to sleep as well.

***

Morning sunlight slipped through the narrow gap in the curtains, gently brushing across Akeno's peaceful, sleeping face.

The warmth stirred her; her eyelids fluttered slightly before she opened her eyes and rubbed them, letting out a long, quiet breath.

Her body stretched softly, her movements graceful, and her black wings unfurled lightly behind her—a natural reflex of a Fallen Angel awakening from sleep.

A few seconds passed before her mind fully cleared. Then, as if following a familiar morning routine, a voice reached her ears—soft, self-assured, yet comforting… unmistakably familiar.

"Did you sleep well? Hmm… of course you did. I was holding you all night. There's no way a nightmare would dare come near."

Akeno turned her head slowly, blinking a few times as her gaze followed the sound. There, sitting casually on the floor beside the futon, was Rian.

His right hand rested against his chest, supporting his left arm, which in turn propped up his chin—a lazy yet effortlessly elegant pose.

Rian's smile was disarmingly warm, the kind that seemed to wrap the entire room in the quiet comfort only he could create.

At that moment, Akeno realized Rian was already fully prepared. He wore a neatly buttoned black shirt paired with a matching tie and vest.

The black slacks framed his form perfectly, and the trench coat draped loosely over his shoulders gave him an air of magnetic composure.

Akeno's lips curved into a slight pout, feigned irritation softening into a playful glimmer in her eyes.

"It seems… I really am just a toy to you," she said teasingly, a smile tugging at her lips. "If something happens the next time we sleep together… you'll have to take responsibility, okay?"

Rian answered with that same infuriatingly warm, lazy smile.

"And why would I need to take responsibility?" he leaned closer, his voice low and smooth. "You are one of my favorite toys, after all."

Akeno's chest tightened—not out of anger, but from a strange, consuming pull she couldn't resist. Her face flushed deeply, burning with a mix of embarrassment and pleasure.

Before she could form a reply, Rian moved first. He leaned in, drawing her into his arms, whispering softly as his lips brushed against her ear—then gently bit it.

Akeno gasped, her body tensing instinctively at the sudden touch.

"Because you're my mistress," Rian whispered, his voice smooth as velvet against her ear, "there's no such thing as responsibility."

Addition note:

Hehehe. It's not yet time for Rian to have sex with Akeno. But it will happen in the future, just wait. So?
