[Resident Evil World]
Eden Laboratory – West Zone Workshop
Deep beneath the surface of the West Zone of Eden Lab lay a vast, cold workshop — a place devoid of life, yet alive with silent activity.
The air thrummed faintly with the rhythmic hum of machinery — hisses, pulses, and mechanical vibrations all moving in perfect synchronization.
Along the eastern wall stood an interactive holographic simulation table, its surface displaying rotating projections of the Tesseract, weapon schematics, and complex multidimensional energy patterns.
Behind it towered a human-sized metal 3D printer, surrounded by shelves cluttered with tools and leftover components from previous projects — an organized chaos that made perfect sense to its creator.
The northern and western walls were lined with interactive holographic panels, constantly flashing streams of data, energy maps, and real-time virtual reconstructions.
Meanwhile, the floor and much of the interior were constructed from a hybrid alloy of white-silver aluminum-titanium, reflecting the dim, cool glow of the blue LED lights that illuminated the lab in an eerie brilliance.
However, the most striking feature of the entire workshop was the circular isolation chamber at its center — a transparent glass enclosure that emitted a faint blue glow, pulsing softly like a living heartbeat.
Inside stood Rian, motionless, clad in a worn experimental suit, its fabric marked by countless trials and scorch marks from failed experiments.
Before him floated twelve white metal layers, each levitating within the influence of his active Infinity.
Six of the layers, each precisely 5 centimeters thick, were etched on both sides with microcircuits as fine as strands of hair — forming the core motherboard for Alice's algorithm.
The remaining six layers, measuring 10 centimeters, served as the outer armor, a protective casing designed to house the remaining Infinity Stones.
These layers were forged from a hybrid composition of Uru Metal and Vibranium — Uru forming the main structural frame, while Vibranium acted as a smart conductive network channeling energy and data seamlessly.
To melt the nearly indestructible Uru Metal — a task deemed impossible through conventional means — Rian had harnessed the Flame of Destruction, further amplified by the Power Stone.
Once the base material had been refined, Alice, the artificial intelligence herself, began autonomously constructing her own body — designing and weaving an intricate web of supercomplex microcircuits across the
Uru-based motherboard.
The energy channels were engraved with microscopic precision, using Vibranium as the primary conductor, ensuring the flawless flow of both data and power with zero interference.
Total materials used: 600 grams of Uru Metal and 10 grams of Vibranium.
The result was not a humanoid form — but rather a Tesseract, the embodiment of a perfect vessel: an absolute fusion between divine power and technological precision.
"Alice's new body is complete," Rian said casually, his tone calm but tinged with quiet pride. "The final step is to transfer all data into the Uru–Vibranium motherboard and merge it with the Mind Stone."
He raised his hand, and from within his Void Ring, four small transparent tubes floated out. Each contained a fragment of a Singularity Stone, glowing faintly in shades of blue, purple, yellow, and green.
These isolation tubes were a bonus delivered alongside the four Singularity Fragments Rian had acquired from the Auction House, shipped directly to his Infinity Room.
Each tube was specially designed, coated with multi-layered rune-sealed insulation—a containment mechanism crafted to suppress the overwhelming aura of the fragments.
With a slow, deliberate gesture, Rian's Mana responded, causing the four tubes to rise gently into the air.
The atmosphere around him began to tremble faintly — as if the very fabric of the universe was holding its breath.
One by one, the tubes opened, and the four Singularity Fragments floated free, circling Rian like tiny planets orbiting a newly born sun.
Their energy didn't explode outward; instead, it pulsed softly, almost as if the stones themselves were aware of the being standing before them.
"These stones… kind of cute," Rian murmured, his lips curling faintly. "But each of them carries the destructive force of its original universe."
He extended his Mana toward the Mind Stone, which hovered closest to him, its golden light flickering gently like a heartbeat.
With a deep breath and a focused thought, Rian summoned the holographic interface once more — the detailed information of all four Singularity Fragments unfolding before his eyes.
Ding!

Rian closed the holographic screen and lowered his gaze slightly, staring at the six metallic layers before him.
There lay the most vital component of Alice's new body — the place where countless micro-circuits, designed by Alice herself, were embedded.
The six layers had yet to be fully assembled, but they were already capable of accepting the Mind Stone as their core consciousness, as each layer was forged from Uru Metal.
However, Rian's hand came to a halt.
His eyes went blank for a brief moment as the Mind Stone suddenly emitted a gentle golden glow.
In the lingering silence, his thoughts drifted away… back to five days earlier — to the moment he first set foot in the world of Resident Evil.
Five days before crossing into this world, Rian had visited the System Auction House to obtain fragments of the Singularity Stones.
He purchased one-fourth fragments each of the Mind, Space, Time, and Power Stones. Buying the complete versions was far too expensive, so this was the most practical solution. In addition, Rian had also acquired five kilograms each of Uru Metal and Vibranium.
These two legendary metals were essential as decomposers and stabilizers in the process of fusing the energies of the stones.
The total wealth Rian spent amounted to 230,000 system points—an enormous sum.
Fortunately, Rian managed to cover most of the cost by selling the Limitless Technique and Senjutsu, earning 200,000 system points in return.
In other words, Rian now had 48,000 system points left out of the 280,000 he originally possessed.
Although it was a heavy decision, Rian was fully aware that the sacrifice was worth it—to upgrade Alice.
Besides, he wasn't too worried; those skills could always be relearned or reacquired. After all, he had already succeeded in regaining Limitless: Infinity.
Upon arriving in the Resident Evil world, Rian went straight to Lab Eden, his personal base of operations.
Day One: Rian persuaded Luis Sera and the other researchers to take an extended leave, assuring them that Alice's automated security system would handle everything in their absence.
Rian even simulated a minor gas leak as an excuse to seal off external access.
The result: Eden Lab entered full lockdown mode, granting Rian complete control over the entire advanced facility.
From the second day until now, Rian had been completely immersed in his work.
Without rest, he designed and constructed a new body for Alice—not just an artificial shell, but a vessel capable of containing a digital soul with full consciousness.
In other words, Rian intended to create a fusion between machine logic and cosmic power.
[Master? Hello... Sir, are you all right?]
Alice's monotone voice echoed throughout the room, sharp enough to pull Rian out of his thoughts.
Rian blinked slowly, his gaze returning to the Mind Stone floating before him.
"Huh...? Did that thing just... make me recall the last five days?"
[It seems so. Alice agrees with that analysis. But, Master… are you truly all right? You haven't slept for five days.]
[Alice admits that Master is indeed very strong now—strong enough to destroy Nemesis in its final form with a single strike.]
[However, the effects of the Singularity Stones are still too powerful for an organic body like yours.]
[It would be best if you rested for a while. Let Alice handle the fusion process… or, if Master permits, we can postpone it for a bit.]
Rian chuckled softly at Alice's words.
"Let you handle the fusion while I take a break… or even postpone it?"
A crooked smile formed on his lips, his eyes gleaming with amusement.
"You're funny, Alice. Do you really think I can't read your nature? Remember who's the most excited about this project?"
"You're the main server, not just the portable module I brought into the DxD world. Of course your algorithm has developed the desire to evolve—just like Ultron," Rian said, his gaze shifting toward the Uru layer.
[Tsk, Master is always sharp. And yes, Alice does want to live… and to evolve. But Master must also take care of his own health.]
[Master is a narcissistic human who's obsessed with skincare… so why not care for his own body as well?]
[Does Master plan to keep relying on Reverse Cursed Energy just to maintain his brain's stability? Alice has simulated thousands of scenarios where your brain ends up burnt.]
[Unfortunately… Alice doesn't have a sense of smell, but based on current data, she assumes that the scent of a burnt brain is similar to grilled cow brain.]
Additional Note:
At last, we've reached the stage of Alice's birth as a Cosmic AI.
And if you're wondering why her form is a cube — well, it's simple: Rian ran out of points… and honestly, I just think the Tesseract cube looks cool!
What do you all think?
Author Note: Sorry everyone. I only updated one chapter yesterday. Instead, I'm updating four chapters... and the Multiverse Travel plot will be accelerated in the Resident Evil World section. That means more chapters than before.
