Chapter 112 - Serafall Leviathan

"How dare you interfere with So-Tan," Serafall said, preparing to swing her magic staff. "I will punish you with the sparkling might of Maho Shoujo, Levi-tan!"

Just as Serafall was about to launch her attack, a loud voice rang out from the entrance of the hall.

"Onee-sama! Stop! You can't be sparkling around the school!" Sona shouted.

Every head turned toward the source of the voice, seeing Sona standing with two red-haired men flanking her—hair the same color as Rias's.

They were Zeoticus Gremory and Sirzechs Lucifer.

Zeoticus, Rias's father, looked like a handsome middle-aged man. His long red hair was tied in a loose ponytail with a black ribbon.

His bright blue eyes matched those of his two children, Sirzechs and Rias. He also had a short red beard, with a small protrusion on his face resembling a fang—or a horn at a glance.

On the other hand, Sirzechs, Rias's older brother, appeared as a handsome man in his early twenties. His shoulder-length red hair fell neatly, and his blue-green eyes were a direct inheritance from Zeoticus.

His face bore a striking resemblance to Rias—as if he were her male counterpart.

Serafall cast them a brief glance… but her gaze quickly returned to Rian. There was no sign she intended to stop her movements.

Serafall's magic staff sliced through the air, unleashing an explosion of icy shards from its tip. The ice particles shot toward Rian… but came to a halt.

Not because they were physically blocked, but because they stopped mere centimeters from Rian's skin.

There, as if an invisible layer of space separated them by an unbridgeable distance—an infinite gap.

As a result, the ice shards froze in midair, suspended without ever reaching him.

The blue light of Serafall's magic reflected off the surface of Infinity, creating a gem-like shimmer floating around Rian.

Rian let out a soft sigh, while around him, time seemed to stop for every single ice particle attempting to approach.

Serafall's purple eyes widened as she watched her ice magic stop just centimeters from Rian's body—suspended in the air like glass, unable to move forward.

"What…? My attack… stopped?" Serafall muttered in disbelief, her staff still raised.

Zeoticus stepped forward half a pace, his gaze shifting from the frozen ice particles in midair to Rian's face.

"So… this is what Rias and Grayfia meant in their report?" Zeoticus said softly, his tone filled with awe. "The Limitless technique… truly untouchable."

Sirzechs narrowed his eyes, a faint smile forming on his face.

"And this person… is the human who trained Gasper to use Balor View?" He exhaled slowly.

"No wonder Kokabiel was rendered powerless by him."

Serafall quickly turned to Sirzechs.

"Wait… so this is the one? The person who taught Gasper?!" Her voice was now a mix of shock and curiosity. "And defeated Kokabiel?!"

Seeing all the devils' reactions, Rian couldn't help but tilt his head slightly, a look of genuine curiosity on his face.

"Is he really that strong?" Rian asked, intrigued.

"I'm just doing what needs to be done. Besides, Kokabiel wasn't that strong anyway, and he was bothering my favorite cat."

Rias deactivated her protective magic, followed by Akeno and Tsubaki. She let out a sigh.

"You say that like you're talking about the weather, Rian. And Koneko isn't a cat. Much less yours."

"Ara~," Akeno giggled softly. "Truly a dangerous man, isn't he? Doesn't that make him even more charming?"

"You really are another level," Issei muttered, exhaling heavily.

Tsubaki remained silent, her breath slow, as if surrendering to the situation.

"But, setting that aside," Rian said, turning his gaze toward Sona. "Sona-chan, your older brother looks a lot like you, doesn't he?"

Rian let out a long sigh. "But… also a bit different. If you prefer to make me wet… my, what a scandalous thought."

He then scanned Sona from head to toe, as if carefully evaluating her.

"Besides, Sona-chan, you're way too cold. Give you a book on 'How to Be a Good Wife,' and you'd just burn it."

"And… well, your chest is small, too. Hah… you still have a long way to go before becoming a proper wife, Sona-chan."

Veins appeared on Sona's temples, her face flushed—a mix of anger and embarrassment. Her hands clenched into fists and rose high.

"Shut up!" Sona shouted, extending her hand toward Rian and unleashing a high-pressure stream of magic water.

Yet, the water stopped dead in front of Rian's face, wavering in midair, completely held back by Infinity.

Now, Serafall's ice flowers, still suspended in the air, mingled with the sparkling water droplets, creating a dazzling effect—like the closing scene of a romantic anime.

"Don't be so angry, my beloved student council president—"

Rian's words were cut off as Sona formed a trident from the water. Her face burned red, whether from anger or embarrassment, and the tip of the trident was immediately aimed at Rian's face.

"Shut your mouth, you narcissistic bastard!" Sona shouted, her tone thick with intensity.

Instead of looking threatened, Rian only seemed more entertained. A mischievous grin spread across his face.

"If Sona-chan wants to kiss me, maybe I'll consider stopping," Rian said, adding fuel to Sona's raging fire.

At Rian's words, steam seemed to rise from Sona's head.

This scene was nothing new to Tsubaki or Rias. They had often seen Sona trying to harm Rian—only for her attacks to stop short before reaching him, held back by Infinity.

And, as always, the more ineffective her attacks were, the bolder Rian's teasing became.

Amid the chaos, Sirzechs and Zeoticus were already walking over to Rias, their gaze briefly flicking toward Rian.

"Quite an interesting scene," Zeoticus remarked with a relaxed smile.

Sirzechs looked at Rias with a puzzled expression. "Are… Sona and Rian always like this?"

Tsubaki, Rias, and Issei answered in unison: "Always…"

Meanwhile, Akeno let out a soft laugh, covering her mouth with the back of her hand.

Serafall, who had been holding her magic staff the whole time, now gazed at the scene before her with sparkling eyes. After watching the interaction between Rian and Sona, the remnants of her annoyance completely vanished.

She cupped her cheeks with both hands, her expression full of glee.

"Uwaah~! So-Tan is blushing like that!" she exclaimed, her tone almost singing with excitement. "It's the first time I've seen my little sister get mad at a guy~ Fufufu~ ☆"

Sona quickly turned her head.

"Onee-sama! Don't say such weird things!"

Serafall only gave Rian a sweet wink.

"Hmm~? So this is the guy who makes So-Tan look so cute… maybe Levi-tan should approve you, huh~ ☆"

Sona's face turned even redder. This time it wasn't just anger—embarrassment mixed with frustration.

Rian, still wearing a mischievous smile, crossed his arms over his chest and said,

"See? Sera-chan has already approved our relationship, Sona-chan. You should know what that means, right?"

Sona immediately went silent, her face still flushed and her head bowed. Rian and Serafall remained quiet as well, simply watching her.

"Go away, both of you!" Sona shouted, her voice cracking from frustration.

The next moment, she spun on her heels and ran toward the exit of the hall, tears beginning to streak down her cheeks.

"So-Tan!" Serafall called out, immediately chasing after her. "Don't leave your Onee-sama, hey… So-Tan!"

"Onee-sama, don't follow me!"

Sona glanced back briefly, her voice a mix of anger and panic, but her steps continued quickly away.

"What about me," Rian asked innocently.

"This handsome guy?"

"Just drown," Sona replied, hastening her pace even more.

Rian shrugged and shook his head lightly, then began following Sona and Serafall from behind. Meanwhile, Tsubaki let out a long sigh—again—before quickly trailing after them.

And so, the four of them left Sirzechs, Zeoticus, Issei, Rias, and Akeno behind, still standing in the hall.
