A man of pure radiance was sitting on a ledge, below the ledge there was absolute white, alongside in every other direction.
"We have it all now miles, we can remake existence itself" Said the man of pure radiance
"What do we do now?" replied miles, unlike the other man miles wasn't glowing in absolute radiance.
"It's simple, we just say, REIGNITE!"
My name is crown, I'm a teenager with no future.
I'm failing school, my social life is just ok and my love life is nonexistent.
It's currently the middle of of October, and I'm going to my mythic patterns class.
At least I have my 2 best friends there.
I'm usually the first one of us to arrive in class since my previous one is in the same hall.
"Good morning" said my teacher as I walked by, I don't remember her name, I don't remember any teacher's name since it seems I'm horrible at remembering specifically teachers names.
I simply reply with a good morning and enter the class.
After I enter the room I see 2 different students there, both of whom happen to sit at the same table.
I knew one of them by name since I had 3 different classes with him, his name was kahore.
The other student was a girl, I never got her name but she was beautiful she had curly hair that reach a little lower than her shoulders, I was mesmerized by her beauty from what I overheard and can clearly see she's also from the same country that I grew up in as a kid.
After staring at the girl for 2 seconds I quickly sit down, and wait until class starts.
After a minute or so one of my friends Default comes in the room, he doesn't sit next to me unfortunately but we still talk before class starts and sometimes during class.
Default immediately comes to my table to talk, one he comes to my table I ask him where miles is.
" I don't know, most likely sleeping in his previous class." it was pretty normal for him to be sleeping in the previous class, his teacher doesn't even bother waking him up as well for some odd reason.
The bell rings and class starts, the teacher was talking about something I couldn't bother to care for.
When I first signed up for this class I thought I would be learning new things that I didn't know beforehand, I also thought the work would be easy.
Not only does she teach us common knowledge about Greek mythology, she also gives us homework everyday, not only that but she also gives homework for the weekends.
She continues talking while I try and force myself to stay awake.
Ten minutes into class, I see something glowing in the front of the class.
I sit by the front side of the class by the door, default sits on the other side of the room by the window which is also next to the teachers desk.
But the glow was coming in the center front side of the room where there were no desks or people except the teacher when she came to talk in front of the big screen.
The glow started off small barley even visible but it grew and it grew very fast, in a mere 2 seconds it grew 5 times in size, it had electricity shooting out of it.
Now everyone in the room was panicking, "WHAT IS THAT" "IS IT A BOMB?" everyone in the room was yelling, they were trying to get out of the room.
However the glowing phenomena stopped, everyone started to calm down a bit.
And then "BOOM" with a small booming sound the glow appeared again briefly before spitting out two heavily injured people.
One of them was a giant eight feet tall man, he was carrying an even bigger sword on his back that had more width than length.
The other one was a man that looked a lot like me he was around the same length as me and had a lot less injuries, his injuries quickly regenerated allowing him to briefly stand on his feet.
"Your trap failed " said the man, the giant didn't reply to him, he was still breathing heavily on the ground, but he briefly gathered himself to say "this was my trap" before quickly stabbing his giant sword through the other man, however the man didn't flinch, he didn't even seem harmed "give up nothing you do can hurt me any longer"
The giant seeing how unharmed he was quickly pressed on a button on the hilt of his sword, whatever he did made the man with the sword in his chest feel pain, he was screaming in agony.
Suddenly from his chest a small rock came flying out "NO!" he screamed before trying to grab the rock flying in my direction.
The giant positioned on his knee and holding the sword that's plunged into someone's chest looked at me and yelled "GET THE ROCK NOW" I don't know what went through my mind, but I knew and knew without a doubt that I was chosen by the rock, I jumped out of my seat and ran towards the rock and grabbed one side of it. while the other side was grabbed by the other man, we both pulled as hard as we could and somehow the rock stretched and kept stretching and suddenly ripped in half.
I fell down on the ground with the rock flying towards me and phasing into my chest, the other half doing the same for the other guy.
"WHAT HAVE YOU DONE!" screams the man before yelling again "DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT YOU'VE DONE"
"What?" I replied with, I didn't know what I did and I don't know how the rock has phased through me, my heart was pumping.
Everything that just had happened was still a blur in my mind, the man pushed himself out of the sword and put his hand up before conjuring a sword out of mid air but before he could do anything the giant grabbed him and threw him out the window before jumping out himself.
By now everyone in the class had already run away, default ran to me and said "Dude what was that? we need to run, let's go" I nod and follow him out of the room.
you could hear booms in random classes, the two mysterious people were fighting in the school and breaking walls and pillars along the way.
everyone was currently evacuating the school, me and default alongside other students walked out of the school and looked up to see the sky covered with red clouds and orange rifts in the sky with futuristic machines and fantasy flying animals coming out of them.
