Victor picked up little Neil, comforting her slightly. After handing her to the old archaeologist, he disappeared in a flash of lightning, followed closely by Enel.
Little Neil wiped her tears and reached to return to the hall, when a strange fruit shaped like a kitten's head rolled to her feet.
"What's this?"
She held it carefully in her chubby hands.
"Neil! Put it down! You can't eat this fruit—you'll be cursed by a Devil!"
"Devil… fruit?"
Meanwhile, in the hall…
A sea of flowers bloomed.
Countless arms sprouted like petals, attempting to block the enemy.
Robin's face was streaked with blood. As the only one with combat capability in the hall, she had used every ounce of strength to stop CP0 from slaughtering the archaeologists.
"Devil's daughter Nico Robin, stop resisting! Anyone or any force opposing the World Government will meet only destruction!"
CP0's cold voices reverberated, increasing the desperation of the remaining scholars.
Robin's expression remained firm. She knew Victor would return. Despite facing five CP0 agents, she held her ground, remembering the fearlessness she'd felt as a captive on Judicial Island. Her companions had given her courage then; now, she trusted Victor to save them.
Swish!
A dazzling flash of lightning erupted.
Boom! Boom! Boom!
The five CP0 members were forced back as two figures appeared, striking them before they could react.
Victor fought three at once.
Enel handled two.
The underground base was small, so they avoided excessively destructive attacks, yet their presence alone was enough to dominate CP0.
Victor relied heavily on physical skill, punching relentlessly.

The dull thuds of fists hitting flesh echoed. Victor was ruthless, catching one CP0 agent and striking him with enough force to smash his head and reduce his body to ashes.
The archaeologists were horrified.
The remaining CP0 agents were stunned. They had never fought Victor before, and seeing two of their comrades instantly turned to ashes, they could hardly believe this rookie pirate was not a Four Emperors-level threat.
The Navy Six Styles they used were useless. Victor intercepted every move and countered with precision. Could he know the Six Styles himself—and even surpass CP0?
"You bunch of bastards!! Don't want to kill me? Come on!"
Victor's fury was unmatched. In the hall, he saw over a dozen archaeologists lying in pools of blood, with little Neil's mother, Jiuxiang, seriously wounded. Robin stood determined, bloodied but unyielding.
Victor smashed one CP0 member with a hammer, grabbed another, and hammered relentlessly.
The remaining two CP0 members, terrified, tried to flee—but even at full speed, they could not escape Victor.
He grabbed both by the arms and hurled them into each other.
Pong!
The collision was deafening, amplified by the sheer force of the throw. Both had blood on their heads from covering themselves with Armament Haki; otherwise, their skulls would have exploded.
The archaeologists, including Robin, were stunned by Victor's ferocity.
"This man is… too cruel!"
"Victor… The World Government will never forgive you… never!"
Blood dripped from the mouths of the surviving CP0 agents, but they shouted nonetheless.
"World Government?! Haha! I've killed Celestial Dragons and even destroyed Mary Geoise! Tell me, should I fear them?!"
Victor sneered. He kicked one CP0 member into the rock, paralyzing him with an electric current, then grabbed another and shattered his Armament Haki.
Kuang! Kuang! Luang! Pong!
Another CP0 corpse was reduced to ashes.
Victor lifted the last CP0 member…
"Ya… No!!!"
The terror in the man's eyes was absolute.
Even the two CP0 members fighting Enel were paralyzed with fear, their legs trembling.
Desperate, they drew their ultimate weapon—the Primeval Stone.
