Chapter 38 - The Dimensional Shatter

Miya had continued roaming around the Hollow Land as she sighs in boredom. There wasn't much she could do there. She just wandered around, footsteps silent.

Her footsteps in the snow was dead silent. As Miya continued wandering around, she sensed an immense power in the far distance, possibly even in a far dimension.

That was when, the dimensional barriers that protects and connects everything started shattering. This was the dimensional shatter of every fifty years. A being had came out through the cracked and shattered dimensional barrier.

Miya glanced at the dimensional shatter as that being came out. It was a very cosmic and eldritch being. It was one of the Cosmic Gods.

These Cosmic Gods weren't part of the God hierarchy the Creator made for all existence. It was the Cosmic God of War. He was a tall man who had the appearance of a body builder, wore a black coat with crimson red and gold accents, black shirt and pants and boots while wearing black gloves. His hair was black fading into red with crimson eyes.

"Well, Well, Well... look who we have here. A little pipsqueak." he says calmly as he walked through the dimensional shatter.

His boots touched the snow as his coat flow through the windy snow. He started walking towards Miya, as he starts towering over her.

Miya glanced up at him with an unfazed expression. She glared at him as he stood at five foot eleven.

"Who must you be?" Miya asks as she remains unfazed and calm.

"Tatsuya Kurozawa. You must be Miya Katagari..." says Tatsuya with a calming tone as he continues towering over her.

"Yes, that's right." says Miya as she summons out her heavenly blade immediately and swung it towards him. Tatsuya had stopped her swing with such ease.

Tatsuya sighed then had kicked her with such force that caused the Hollow Land to crack a bit, then opened up a crack into the dimensional barrier that sends Miya back to her original world and crashing inside of her old house as her parents had grown old.

Miya had crashed landed and hit the wall as blood splattered due to Miya's head cracking open. She sat against the wall as she coughs up blood. She then had a near severe brain damage as she started regenerating and healing up her wound.

"Ow... fucking hell.." says Miya as she stood up and rubs her head. She then glanced over, seeing two familiar adults in the house, but she couldn't recognize them for a second.

Tatsuya walked through the dimensional crack and stepped foot into the home.

"Get out of here, now!" Miya shouts as the two adults ran out.

Those two looked familiar... I can't remember though, but right now. It isn't the time to think about others if this guy is trying to kill me... it hurts like shit... Her thoughts trembled as she's in pain. Who Miya saw, were indeed her parents before getting summoned into the other world. They had reached their nineties, but she was still having trouble processing or remembering.

"What if... I turned your conceptual source of life into nothingness?" Tatsuya asks calmly as he raises his hand up.

"Heh... well, you won't kill me... because as long I fully believe that I'm still alive, you won't kill me..." says Miya as she chuckles with a smile.

"I'll just erase you from the world on a level you won't resurrect yourself or even believe it. Meaning, I'll kill you on the information level." says Tatsuya as Miya stared at him, then had came up with a plan. She smirked a bit as Tatsuya notices her smirk.

A large sphere of nothingness was being formed, and as Tatsuya was about to release the sphere of nothingness, Miya summoned out here heavenly blade again and sliced his arm off. Tatsuya glanced at her as he completely regenerates his severed arm.

His attack was cancelled off. Miya noticed the blade's effects didn't affect him and mixed in a large amount of Nihility magic into her blade, then had severed Tatsuya in half.

She's quick for a little girl... she's beyond the conventional life and death, and yet she can't die because she doesn't believe she can.... this girl had reduced her probability of dying to nonexistent and her fate of dying to zero.... Tatsuya had regenerated and stepped back and sighed. He remained calm.

"So the effects of my heavenly sword didn't affect you... it only affects beings on the lower levels of existence like on a physical to conceptual level existences..." says Miya as she remains calm.

"Yeah.. I'm more beyond that. You can say my entire existence is metaphysical, so you can't kill me even if you want to." says Tatsuya as he started to smile a bit.

Miya stood there and charged towards him, then went with a roundhouse kick to the neck, but yet Tatsuya blocked and grabbed her leg.

He then threw Miya through multiple buildings and damaging city blocks as she skids through the concrete and lands back on her feet.

Tatsuya then opened up the ground, sending her to an alternate dimension. The dimension was like a dark infinite corridor.

Miya had landed and noticed both ends of the corridors. She then started walking dowm one path, and as she continued, she gets greeted with a room having different paths that leads to different spots.

Three paths... different options. Which one leads to where? I'll go right... Miya's thoughts were calming as she walked down the path on the right.

Miya walked down this path, and sees it goes down infinitely. She continued walking, and had exited the tunnel, seeing it's hell. Miya tilted her head in a confused manner.

Hell...? Why am I here? Something's off... like really off, this infinite-sized dimension, it feels real, but fake... Miya thinks about the situation she's in, until she heard a voice behind her, shouting.

The voice echoed through the empty space of Hell. It sounded like Lucifer's voice. She then glanced back, seeing it is Lucifer, but what's off is that his face was covered by a black-like fog.

"Why do you exist Miya? You can go fuck yourself or even better, go die!" says Lucifer as he shouted. Miya glanced at him, confused what's going on.

He walked over to her and pushed Miya onto the ground.

"Nobody cares about your opinion Miya! you're just a stupid little girl playing hero and god!" he shouted continously as Miya's heart was starting to shatter a bit. Her eyes widened a bit, but then contained herself.

"You're not the real Lucifer are you...?" says Miya as she was feeling a bit hurt from "his" words.

"I'm as real as I can be and as real as you can fucking see. Thinking you can help and protect others is hilarious!" says Lucifer as his voice vanishes and his body disappears too.

Everything started to change, Miya was now standing in the middle of the road in front of her old home. She glanced at it and knew this was some kind of domain or realm.

"You're a mistake Miya! I should've aborted you!" Miya glanced over and sees it was her mother shouting. Her eyes widened in shock and was paralyzed a bit.

"We should've never brought you into existence! We should've abandoned you! No one cares who you are! You don't matter!" Miya's parents continued to shout at her like she's actually there. She froze in place. She was fine when the fake lucifer shouted, but she knew she wouldn't be able to handle anything her parents say to her.

Her heart pounded, but was also shattering at the same time. Hearing words like that, even when she knew it was false, had started breaking her down piece by piece and building her back up just to break her down again and again.

The scenario had changed again, now she sees the friends and opponents she met in front of her.

"We should have never been friends!" one of them shouted with hatred. She was still processing from the last one.

While she knew everything was fake, she couldn't help but feel so emotional from this. She didn't shed a single tear, she just stood there, frozen in shock. It was one of her fears, feeling hated from others she cares about, feeling like she was a mistake and unworthy to exist within a world like this.

"I should've killed you, but instead, I let you go. What a mistake I made!" that voice was coming from Vōniur. He shouted as Miya's heart shatters more and more.

Miya stepped back a bit, then tumbled down onto her ass and trembled in shock. Outside of everything that's happening, Tatsuya sighed and decided to teleport Miya's real body to the Void Prison that he made.

A prison that traps anyone in an empty, dark, dimensionless space. No abstract or platonic concepts exists here. It was just silence. Miya's body laid there in the cage of nothingness, while she's trapped in an unforgivable realm.
